~Next Day~

As Hibird lands on Hibari's left shoulder, the boy was on his way to school after his usual patrol. When this happened, he began to think about what Shirou told him. However, he didn't have that much time to think to himself when he heard a small growl but saw no one around.

"I know you're upset. You can do as you please. However, should you appear to bite Caster and her Master to death with me, I won't stop you as long as I get one of them myself. Got that, Ookami-san?"

The moment Hibari said that, the growling stopped. With a smirk on his face, Hibari was walking inside of the school. As he was roaming around the halls, he was thinking about the war. So many carnivores presented themselves to him and he has so many people he wants to bite to death. However, since one of them decided to launch an attack on his territory, his joy was replaced with irritation.

As Hibari walked around the school, he heard the sound of three individuals talking. Hearing this, he held his tonfa as he was ready to bite the students to death for mingling. However, just as he was about to step in, he heard the three individuals speak.

"Mr. Student Council President, if I may ask about your big brother. Has anything happened at the temple recently?"

"Issei, i'd like to know as well."

"Well.....I suppose one thing comes to mind. Mr.Kuzuki is getting married. Around two weeks ago, he brought a woman whom he introduced as his fian-"

Hibari didn't stay as he found this topic to be useless and it didn't interest him. As the boy arrived on the rooftop, he was lying down on the ground as he looked towards the sky.

"Caster........hmm. Ookami-san tends to do as it pleases. There's a chance it may have encountered that herbivore."

Hibari closed his eyes as he took a nap. While this happened, Hibird flew off of Hibari as it was now flying around the school. When it flew off near the woods, it landed on a branch as it looked at the ground. When it did, it saw something that neither it nor Hibari would ever expect.

As Hibird looked at the ground, it saw the headless rider leaning against a tree. While this happened, the wolf was seen taking a nap as the headless rider was just staying by its side. Honestly, Hibird thought that their relationship was similar to its own with Hibari. Especially with how similar the wolf and Hibari are.

As Hibird flew towards the pair, it landed on the headless rider's right index finger. While the rider held Hibird on its finger, it began to stroke the bird's wing with its left index finger. While this happened, the wolf opened its left eye to see its headless rider playing with a bird.

When it recognized the bird as Hibari's, it simply closed its eye and took a nap out of boredom. Though it was unaware that its master was doing the exact same thing. However, little did they know, this moment was just the calm before the storm.

~After school~

It was almost time. Rin was inside of her home as she was prepared to go with Shirou and Saber after gaining a lead from Issei. Apparently, Souichirou Kuzuki brought back a woman to Ryudou Temple, whom he introduced as his fiancée. However, considering that the temple was Caster's territory and what they learned, Rin and Shirou decided to put their theory to the test. The theory of Kuzuki being Caster's master.

"How long do you plan on playing around?"

"What are you talking, Archer?"

"I'm talking about the war. Cooperating with another master is a good idea, but you've partnered with the worse possible one."

Rin thought about what Archer said. While Shirou might not be of much use in this fight, she doesn't have any complaints on having him as an ally. She feels like the boy wouldn't betray her no matter what. Looking at his Master like this, Archer sighed.

"Listen, he will not live to see the end of this. If you insist on choosing allies, Caster would be a better choice. Heck, even Hibari Kyoya would be a better pick than Shirou Emiya."

"Don't be absurd, Archer. You expect me to ally with a monster like Caster. While I admit that the Disciplinary Jerk would be a strong ally, he's too much of a wild card plus cooperating with him may as well be impossible."

"True as that may be, Caster behaves like a real mage. Plus, if planned out thoroughly, Hibari Kyoya may very well kill all the masters for us. If you're a mage, you should prioritize results over ideals. Honestly, what's happened to you. You've changed since your encounter with Shirou Emiya. Where has your cold rationality gone?"

She knows he is right. Rin knew that she's been off lately. However, she will do what she thinks is right. She's not as naive as Shirou, but she won't budge on certain things. She won't compromise, not for anyone.

"What do you have to say, Archer?"

"What can I say? It's the duty of the vassal to support his lord when she is out of sorts. Until you are yourself again, i'll watch over you from the shadows."

As Archer said this, he was now in spirit form. He knows that Rin wants him to not be involved in the upcoming battle with Caster. He will do just that, he will not fight with Caster.

"That's right. After all, I know of a much better candidate for that."

~Nighttime~
Hibari was seen walking away from the school. When he did so, he began to walk around on patrol. While this happened, he saw Avenger walk out from the woods. This caused a smirk to appear on the boy's face.

"So you've revealed yourself to me once again. That must mean something interesting is about to take place."

"........"

"Perhaps i'll meet another carnivore that I can tear apart."

The smirk on Hibari's face didn't leave as he could've sworn he saw the wolf's lip twitch upwards. However, before Hiabri could say anything, Hibird quickly flew into the air as Hibari held his tonfas.

"You have the instincts of a wild animal. I'm impressed, Hibari Kyoya."

"Are those your last words? If so, then don't regret saying that as I bite you to death."

Suddenly the sound of steel clashing enters Avenger's ears. When he looked forward, he saw a man clad in red clashing his blades against Hibari's tonfas, which were now coated in Cloud Flames. Just as Avenger took a step forward, Hibari spoke up.

"Stay out of this, Ookami-san. This carnivore is all mine."

Normally, the wolf would just ignore any request a mere human would try to give him. However, he saw the look in Hibari's eyes. His gaze focused only on Archer as a smile appeared on his face. Seeing this, Avenger turned around as it dashed through the night. While this happened, Archer looked towards Hibari.

"Is that such a wise idea, Hibari Kyoya?"

"Don't say my name so casually. Besides, if anyone is going to be you to death, it's going to be me."
