(y/n) POV

"(Y/N) BREAKFAST IS READY!" Aunt Sakura yelled from the kitchen, I got up out of bed with a splitting headache, 'Was it all just a dream?' I thought as I rubbed my head. I looked at the top of my right hand and saw that I had three command seals, 'So it wasn't a dream after all and I really did fail at my summoning ritual.' I thought sadly.

"Good morning aunt Sakura." I said, "Good morning (y/n), Summer is out in the garage if you want to see her." Aunt Sakura said, I nodded and walked out to the garage.

"DAMN IT! If only Raven or Glynda were here maybe then they could help me figure this out!" Summer said in frustration, "Good morning Summer." I said timidly, "Oh I'm sorry (y/n) it's just I'm more than a little frustrated with my new weapons." She said, "Maybe I could help. May I look at your designs?" I asked, she nodded and handed me a large paper.

"I doubt it, for these weapons to work I'm going to need dust." She said, "Dust?" I asked, she began to explain what dust was and what it did. "Oh so they are like magic stones then!" I said as I grabbed a few magic stones from a nearby bag, "Here take them if what you told me about dust is true than these should be far superior." I said, "Ok let's try it they cant hurt what doesn't work." She said as she placed one of the stones into one of the weapons and finished what little work was left to do to it. "Ok let's test it out." She said, "Ok lets go to the backyard, Aunt Sakura will be really mad if we destroy the garage." I said, she nodded and followed me.

"Ok firs off gun mode." Summer said, "Ok let me get prepared first." I said, I took a deep breath, "Trace on." I said and a shield formed on my arm.

"Ok I'm ready, now fire as many shots as you can." I said, she nodded and unloaded every bullet she had in the clip into my shield, "Well that works now time for the arm blade." She said as she reversed her grip and activated the blade. A red blade of solid energy formed, "Are you ready (y/n)?" She asked, "Yeah!" I said, "I am the bone of my sword." I said softly and a short sword formed in my hand.

"HERE I COME!" She shouted as she slashed through my shield, I rolled away and took the combat stance dad taught me to use when I wielded a sword like this one. I ran at her and struck her blade, "H...how did you?!" She began to say, "I am.. THE BONE OF MY SWORD!" I shouted and a second sword similar to the first appeared in my left hand, I slashed at her as fast as I could trying to land a blow. Suddenly both my blades shattered, "(y/n) that's enough!" She said sternly, "The scythe is next right, I...I'll stay out of your way." I said as I sat down on the wooden porch. She activated the scythe mode and began to twirl the weapon. She moved so elegantly as if she had used that weapon her entire life. "Summer I want you to train me to use a scythe like you!" I said, "So that's your servant's name huh baby brother." A woman said from behind me, "TOHKA!" I shouted happily, I ran over and hugged my big sister, "It's good to see you (y/n), tell me have you been practicing your magic?" She asked, I nodded, "Very good, so what servant did you summon?" She asked, I looked at Summer for a moment, "She's Warrior class." I said, "Warrior class? (y/n) you know there are only seven classes of servants and warrior isn't one of them." She said, "Well Summer isn't a heroic spirit, so she has no class given to her by the grail." I said, "I see, well she suits you. (y/n) can I talk to you for a bit?" She asked, "Ok." I said, "Summer you can do what you want till I get back ok." I said as I followed my sister inside.

We went to dad's old study to have our little talk. Tohka sat down behind dad's desk. "(y/n) why did you enter the Grail War?" Tohka asked, "I...I just wanted..." I began to say, "You just wanted us to be proud of you didn't you!" She said sternly, I nodded, "(y/n) why would you do something so reckless? You know that eventually you will have to fight and try to kill me and Hiro if you want to win this war don't you?" She asked, "I...I didn't." I said in shock, "(y/n) use you command seals and come live with me until this war ends, you'll be safe there I promise." She said as she walked over to me and bent down to my height and gently grabbed my shoulders. From this level it was clear to see the differences between us, she had beautiful long black hair, and bright blue eyes just like our mother. I have short brown hair and blueish green eyes, we look nothing alike. "I... I cant if I do than I'll never have my wish granted." I said, "Is that more important to you than your life?!" She yelled, "If it means that I get our family back together than yes." I said, she pulled me into a warm hug, "Sister, have you noticed that I look nothing like you or Hiro?" I asked, "(y/n) what are you talking about you look a lot like us." She said, "No I don't, Hiro has short black and blonde hair and green eyes, you have long black hair and bright blue eyes, while I have brown hair and blueish green eyes." I said sadly, "(y/n) what's this really about?" She asked, "The overseer do you know who it is yet?" I asked, "No why?" She asked, "It's Rin Tohsaka." I said shakily, "I see so that's what this is about. (y/n) it'll be ok she cant hurt you." She said, "Well then baby brother if you wont give up on this war than let's team up, I'll keep you safe and you do your best to get better as a mage." She said sweetly, "O... ok." I said, "Tohka is Hiro going to try to kill me first?" I asked, "I'll be honest with you he probably will, I mean that's what I would do if I were him." She said, "Why does he hate me so much? I didn't do anything to him other than try to make him proud of me!" I said, "I know, he's just jealous that you have father's reality marble, but he also blames you for mother leaving. He refuses to accept that she felt that we all were holding her back and chose to blame you." She said, "Do you blame me to?" I asked as I began to tear up, "No not at all, I know that it wasn't your fault, it wasn't anyone's fault. What could you possibly have done, you were only a couple of months old after all." She said with a slight laugh, "I'll go get us some snacks and tea, then we can play your favorite game just like we used to." She said softly, I nodded and she got up and walked away.

Summer POV

"So you're going to protect (y/n) huh? I highly doubt that." I said as Tohka exited the room and closed the door behind her, "So you were eavesdropping on us this whole time, yes I'm going to protect him not only from our brother, but from our mother as well. I told him Rin Tohsaka would not hurt him, I'm not going to let her anywhere near him!" Tohka said, "What servant do you have?" I asked, "I have the strongest servant, Saber." She said sternly, "I don't trust you, but (y/n) seems to trust you unconditionally. Just know if you even think of harming a single hair on his head I will kill you and that Saber of yours." I said as we both walked away.

(y/n) POV

I was alone waiting for Tohka to return, "She's such a fool." A woman said from behind me, I quickly turned around, "Who's there!" I said as I created a rapier. 

"Now, now is that any way to great your mother?" The woman said as she manifested sitting on dad's desk, "R...Rin Tohsaka!" I said in fear, "That's good Shirou told you about me." She said, "W...why are you here?!" I asked, despite my best efforts I couldn't stop my body and voice from shaking in fear, "Archer, come here." She said, suddenly a woman appeared next to her.

"Yes Rin what do you need?" She asked, "You like children don't you archer?" Rin asked, "Correct I made a vow to protect every child no matter the cost." Archer said as she looked over at me, "Well this is my son (y/n) I want you to keep an eye on him for me." Rin said calmly, "D...DON'T IGNORE ME!" I yelled as I ran at Rin wit the intent to stab her, suddenly the blade of my rapier was  sent flying into a nearby bookshelf, "(y/n) I don't wish to kill you, but if you attempt to harm my master once again than I shall have no choice." Archer said as she drew an arrow, suddenly I was falling out the back window being held by a blonde woman who wore all red. 

"Are you alright?" The woman in red asked, "Y...yes I'm alright thank you." I said, "(Y/N)!" Summer yelled as she and Tohka ran over to us, "Saber what happened?!" Tohka asked, "Oh Tohka you here as well, I'm sorry but I had no intention of visiting two of my children. Especially since (y/n) is the only one of the three of you I actually have any interest in." Rin said, "Mother what do you want with (y/n)!" Tohka shouted, "Is it so hard to believe that I just want my child back?" Rin asked, "For you yes!" Summer said, suddenly a barrage of arrows fell upon us.
