VAANI

We had just received our hotel room after completing all the wedding rituals. It's been around 3pm and I am booked for next 1 hour now for the bed.

We have now reception direct in the night because they wanna complete their wedding in three days not our fault.

And after that they will be going to Switzerland for their honeymoon tomorrow morning only.

"Hey Vaaniiiiiiiiiiiiiiii." a yell followed by Neona voice comes across my ears.

"Whatever happened keep it yourself for 1 hour I am gonna sleep now."

I conclude to her because I am badly craving for sleep now.

I had already changed to comfortable clothes to get on bed because they were only good to eyes not to my body.

"I am in love." Neona spells out.

And I am not getting any sleep anymore. I want to badly know who is that damn guy with whom she is in love with.

I get up from my place and sat attentively to listen what she is gonna say.

"Just spell the name." I say in response of her not saying anything.

"ROHAN MISHRA." She spells out the name in one breath.

And I think I know this name.

"Don't say he is that executive chef who is handling this wedding venue and also who is the friend of vivaan."

I cautious her at the realisation.

"Yes he is that executive chef who is handling this wedding and also who is the friend of vivaan."

She clear my suspicion.

"How did you two met babe?" I ask out of my curiosity and non believe.

Because she lives is US and he lives here because he was the main chef of the restaurant when we four have gone along to have dinner.

"Obviously at this wedding babe." She continues." You know we met first on the day we reached here and you know what he is everything I have ever crave for."

"You have got your love of your life in three days?" I ask.

"Babe that's the catch here you never know when you will get your love of your life sometimes it may take many years to find out but sometimes few seconds are enough to recognise your love of your life."

"Babes but you don't know--" she cuts me off.

"You don't trust me vaani." And I got she is serious. She is seriously in love with whatever name he has got.

"Are you feelings mutual?" I ask.

Because if there feelings are not mutual then there will be a problem.

"Yes yes babe he only proposed me just now at the poolside. He said he was gonna propose me after the wedding reception in the night but he said he can't wait till night and wanna spend time with me and he said he fall in love with me at the first sight. And as soon as I said yes to him and we had our first kiss I came to you first to let you know this thing."

I process everything as she says. Yes it's true sometimes you spend your whole lives to realise who is the one for you but sometimes some moments are enough to realise the one meant for you.

"You had your first kiss!!!" I exclaims to her.

"YES.!!" Then we both envelope into a hug.

I have got all ready and reached the venue just a stairs down because we are having all the functions here only.

After our hug we both went on talking for hours about her love i.e Rohan and she told me everything about him. And I love this thing about her may be she forget or not I don't know but we made the promise that we will tell each other about our first and we both sucecceded at that.

And I have now remember his name like she has mentioned his name over a thousand times in our conversation.

We were so much engage at the gossip we didn't realise how much time has been over.

The next thing we done after realising we are late we started getting ready for the event and here I am.

Because that madam has gone to meet Rohan.

I have been waiting here for my parents because they couldn't make up to come at the wedding because of my dad's important meeting but they are coming now at the reception as they treat Soha and Neona as their daughters too and they wanna personally come and give their blessings to soha and kushal.

And I look around the venue to find my parents.

VIVAAN

I came down at the main hall to look for vaani. It's early for the reception to start but I know vaani will come over down early to look after the arrangements.

I make a round to laid my eyes on her but I came across a unexpected view.

Her family was coming in my direction and they have already located me and were smiling to acknowledge that.

I walk forward in their direction and greet when I met them.

"Hello aunty and uncle.!! How are you all?" I ask with my gentle smile put on my face.

Because her family feels like... good. Comforting.

"Hello beta how are you?" her mother asks me while cupping my left side cheek with her hand.

"I am all good aunty." I response.

"And how are you doing?" her father asks me.

"Nothing greater than you are doing in the market." I response in his honour because his reputation and doings are not more great than anything I do.

"I have been looking for you all everywhere." a voice interrupts us from behind which seems of Vaani for sure. I know.

As I turn to look for her she stares at me and by just staring of her intimate me and raise the goosebumps all over my body and at this point I can't describe what power she holds over me.

"We have just arrived here and we found vivaan so we were engaged in convo with him." her mother replies to her.

"Ok mom let's go Soha is awaiting for you all." she says bitterly.

I don't know when she will be in good mood or irritate one I think I have to work on this.

It's been long time since we met with her parents presence.

We are at the main big hall in backyard of the house.

I roam my eyes to let them recognise her.

Then it's stays still at one sight and there was she, Vaani.

A heart beat races through my heart don't know what upcoming next.

According to my knowledge where she is standing currently has a pool backside within a few inches of her.

I don't know why I am feeling this way at first I don't know what is gonna happen but my heart beat is racing so fast.

I took a long breath watching her and I guess she is talking with someone on the phone now.

I slowly observe her moments starting tense my mind and soul.

And I feel something strange about this moment i don't know why.

When I was ready to go her not able to control my uneven heart beat.

There was it the lights went off.

And I was like mad my mind goes out of my control I don't know what to do everywhere is pitch black.

My mind goes crazy about her.

And then light turn on but vaani is nowhere to be seen there where she was already before the light wents off.

The next thing is I hear a female voice from behind is where is Vaani.

I don't waste a single minute turning behind and look for the source of voice but I move towards in the direction of swimming pool where she was standing before.

And I guess Neona notices in my direction because I hear her voice which turns me on more crazy.

"Oh my god is she fell in the swimming pool but she doesn't know to swim."

I ran towards the swimming pool and see a glittering cloth laying on the roof of swimming pool.

Then I removed my blazer and took a drown in the swimming following her.

I reach to her got her duppatta but she was nowhere when I grab it.

Then I fully goes under the water and see her from distant and I came above the water and took a long breath before I go down in water again because it was time taking to go into her direction by laying above the water.

I fight with the water and I soon as I reach her I grab her hoping a response from her but she was unconscious.

I take both of us to edge and I feel lot of people over there but I didn't observe it didn't care to.

I doesn't wanna acknowledge what is happening around I just wanna make sure vaani is safe.

I lay her on the coping and cup her cheeks.

"I guess she had panic attack that's why she goes unconscious. This has happened before."

A female voice comes from behind me I don't care whom is it but I do care about vaani right now.

"Vaani please wake up please." I start to cry I feel like I have nothing left but her. Like she is the one I truly want. Like I would like to die in the same pool if she doesn't wake up now. Then I try to wake her with all my dignity by holding my hands tangled against her chest creating a pressure.

After a few trials the water starts to comes out of her mouth and she starts to cough.

There she regain consciousness and open her eyes. I couldn't stop myself any more. I hugged her.

"Thank God you have wake up. Thank God if you haven't wake up I couldn't live by myself. I love you Vaani. I love you so damn much. I don't ever wanna lose you do you hear that I don't wanna leave you in my forelife also." I almost cried out and our gasps meet against our earlobe.

I had never thought that I would express my feelings to her like this I had always thought of doing it in a very grand way.

But I didn't have control on myself after the thought of losing her hits my mind.

And I couldn't thought of other better way of expressing my feelings currently because she hugs me back.

And I on the seven wonders because I feels like I got everything in my life whatever I have wished in my life so far.

Then we pull back.

And her closed ones took my place and I didn't look didn't care who was there in behind of us until now.

Hey guys I hope you like this chapter this twist in my story but it's not completed yet.

I am sorry for this late post because there is been imbalance between my job and my book. But I am trying to get hold on it.

And I will soon because tomorrow is my birthday so will turn 18 and will become more responsible and treat you with more amazing chapters ASAP.
