I wake up on my bed falling off it, my face full of tears of a dream that I wish to never come true. I don't remember what the dream was thought.... I only remember sadness and other emotions in it. Happiness was in the dream which only made me more confused about what my dream really was.

"Alicia! Breakfast is ready! Better come down and get before the boys eat it all!" Mom called up to my room as I quickly wipe away the tears

"Coming! Hold on!" I get dress really quick into a white tang top and plain jeans. I rush down stairs as the boys eat all the bacon. I sigh and take my seat next to my little and only brother.

"I told you you to come down quick! Now the boys have all the bacon!"

"Yep! It's all down in here!" Dad pats his belly as I just giggle and eat some of the pancakes. I quickly get ready and brush my teeth. I look in the mirror and see dark circles around my hazel and green like eyes. I cover it up with makeup and brush out my long blonde wavy hair that goes just to the middle of my back. I tie my shoes and start to wake out the front door.

"Bye guys! Love you and see you all tonight!"

"Love you too honey! Have a great day!" My parents both reply as I head out to school

I take the bus as I sit next to my best friend, Avery, she has brownish light hair that goes well with her dark brown eyes. She has her bangs always put to the left side of her face, even thought her hair is longer than mine she still says mine is the prettiest blonde hair she has ever seen.

"Hey Alicia! Come sit down next to me!"

I chuckle "Like I have a choice." I sit down next to her as she unwraps her small painting.

"Look! I made this to show to the whole class!" The painting had a tree in the middle, splitting into two ways as a dove and a raven fly away from the separate branches. The moon was on the doves side as the sun was on the raven's.

"Wait... Avery shouldn't the moon and the sun switch around?" I point to them

"Nope! Their opposites! The moon is on the dove side because the moon mean calmness. While the Raven is the sun for being mean and angry! I just hope this will make my grade go up to a A.... I really need it for art class!"

"That's what you get for slacking off for a long time."

"Yeah, yeah! I don't need you to remind me of everything!"

We both laugh all the way as the bus toke us to are school, Heavenly high school, It was a great place but it had it's ups and downs here and there. There have been murders and kills around the school a couple of times, but they never found who did it to the kids. They say people can go crazy here over night. Their was this boy who did a dare to stay in the school for a whole night will no light or anything. The next day he had gone crazy and tried killing people over and over again saying "It was you!!! You demon!!!" They tried calming him down, but he ended up killing himself the next day.

We step out of the bus and go to are lockers that are on the east side of school. I turn around to face Avery, but she was gone.... I looked behind me as everything when black....

I open my eyes again and see me and Avery in the school parking lot. She runs forward to a guy as a car comes out of no where and speeds toward Avery. I try to move but my legs feel like steel. I watch in horror as Avery body goes flying down the parking lot, leaving a huge trail of her blood to her lifeless body. Tears go down my face as screams fill the air for my missing voice....

I snap back into reality as Avery is right in front of me snapping her fingers in my face.

"Alicia! Are you with me?!"

I shake my head before replying back "Yeah! sorry I zoned out there for a second!"

"I know! You do it every single day! Come on!"

We go into the art room as I watch Avery present in front of the class. After she present she gets a B for her grade.

"What?! I deserve an A for this! Just because the planets don't make sense to her, doesn't mean she can just give me a B!" I laugh at Avery when she gets mad. She looks too cute to be taken seriously.

"Oh well then! At lease you got a good grade! Don't worry! Be happy in your life!" She gives me a death look until it softens when she looks at the door behind me. I turn to see who it is as memories of my childhood come back to me all at once. It was my first best friend ever, Oliver, He looks me in the eyes with his soft blue eyes of his. His short dark brown hair shines in the light as he walks over to me in a old friendly pace. He's grown a lot the last time I saw him. He was taller than me this time. I wanted him to be shorter than me, but we both knew he would out grown me in hight.

His warm voice fills me with happiness as me seeing him again was more than a surprise "Alicia! It's me Oliver! I haven't seen you sense we where 10! It's good to see you!" He hugs me tightly as I blush from the sudden movement of him

"O-Oliver! It's good to see you too! You moved backed from New York?!"

"Yeah! My parents got better deal if they were to work over here in Idaho then in the Big Apple! I missed you so much!"

I went to hug him back unit he let go of me. I quickly stop to not make things more awkward "I missed you too Oliver... It's good to see you again.."

"Me too.... Hey I got to go but here's my number!" He writes it down quickly on a piece of paper "Call me when you get home! Bye!"

"Bye! I'll try to call you tonight!" He waves good bye as I burn through the day with Avery....

The bell rings as we put are books in are lockers

"Do you still have feelings for him Alicia? Because you blushed when he hugged you backed!"

I blush even more harder than the hug "W-What?! No I don't!.... Okay maybe a little...."

She smiles bright as she slams her locker door shut "I knew it!!! Yay!!! Alicia and Oliver!!! Aliver!! I call it!!" I just shake my head at her as we head down at the parking lot. We almost get to the school bus until one of Avery other friends call her over.

"I'm coming!" Fear rises inside me as I remember this from this morning.... He lifeless body flying as blood is the only thing I see.... as if reading my thoughts the same car comes diving in Avery's way.

"AVERY!!! LOOK OUT!!!" I run towards her and slam the both of us just in time for the car to miss just us just barley. Everyone screams in panic as the teachers come to the now stopped diving car. Avery tries to get up shakily and look at me as a group of people surround us saying "Are you okay?!" I slowly get up to help Avery to her feet as she shakes with fear all over.

"T-thanks f-for s-saving m-me... H-how d-did y-you d-do t-that?...."

I look into her eyes and lie for the first time in my life to her face "I don't know. It was just fate for me to save you."
