Getting done from martial arts training, Sebastian is driving around LA but then he heard his phone ring and he looks to see it was Echo and he answered it with a smile.

Echo: "Hey, homeboy. Are you done training?"

Sebastian: "Yeah about five minutes ago. Why you ask?"

Echo: "Tony wants us at our original meet up spot. Are you coming?"

Sebastian: "Yeah I'll be there soon... Hey, Echo?"

Echo: "Yeah?"

Sebastian is about to tell his feelings for her but he sighed hanging his head down. He met her in elementary school as they both saved Tony getting bullied.

Sebastian: "Nothing don't worry about it. Do you guys need anything at the gas station? I'm getting some gas which is why I'm asking?"

Frostee: "I want some yoka!"

Sebastian laughed shaking his head at Frostee cause he's a funny kid he ever met and is a good hacker for his age. He's like a funny little brother to Sebastian which is why he loves the kid.

Sebastian: "Someday your going to turn into a yoka. Alright I'll get it for you, kiddo."

Frostee: "Yay!"

Cisco: "Can I have water and a pack of gum?"

Sebastian: "Sure thing bud."

Echo: "I'll have a water."

Sebastian: "Alright I'll be there soon."

Echo: "Stay safe. Alright, fool?"

Sebastian: "Yes, Ma'am"

Sebastian hangs up his phone and he heads to the gas station getting gas and the drinks and gum before leaving to the meet up spot.

Twenty minutes later

Sebastian gets to the place and he sees Echo sitting on the hood of her car and Frostee is sitting on top of Cisco's car playing a game on his phone and Cisco is leaning on his car chatting with Frostee. He parks his car next to Echo and he gets out of the car.

Frostee: "Sebastian!"

Frostee jumps of the truck running up to Sebastian hugging him and Sebastian laughed hugging him back as well and Cisco and Echo watched with a smiled at the love the two share as brothers.

Sebastian: "Hey, Frostee."

Frostee: "Did you get my yoka?"

Sebastian nodded digging into the bag in his hand and pulled out the energy drink and throws it to Frostee who caught it.

Frostee: "Yes! Thank you, Sebastian."

Sebastian: "Anytime."

Cisco came up to Sebastian giving him a bro hug and did the secret handshake they did since they were all little in elementary school. He then gave Cisco gum and a water before walking up to Echo and gave her the water and she took it.

Echo: "Thanks."

Sebastian: "No problem."

Echo gets up smirking before she walks up and gave him a hug and she rested her head on his chest but he didn't mind as he hugged her as well rubbing her back.

Echo: "You know school gets boring with out you, fool."

Sebastian: "You guys got one more year don't worry you'll survive. Be glad it's summer break."

The two let go when they heard a car horn behind them and they see Tony pulled up with a smirk.

Tony: "Huh, Huh? Come on what do you guys think?"

Frostee: "Um, what am I looking at here?"

Tony: "What your looking at is a 10 second car, my friend. I'm about to break the record that Dom set on this very stretch of road and becoming the next great street racer."

Sebastian laughed shaking his head and Tony looked at him confused why he is laughing at him. Sebastian looks back at his friend crossing his arm.

Sebastian: "Well, this sounds familiar."

Tony: "What are you talking about? I've beaten you many times man."

Sebastian: "Because I've let you win. If you want we can have a real race in the future."

Echo: "Sebastian does have a point. Like we heard this last month,"

Frostee: "Hm-hmm"

Sebastian: "And month before that."

Frostee: "Hm-hmm"

Cisco: "You realized all those time you talked about, your car blew up."

Sebastian: "What a mess that turned out to be. Serious T no offense but I don't think you are going to break your cousin's record anytime soon."

Tony: "Come on, Sebastian! I will and this time is going to be different. I was born to win! I'm a Toretto! This is my destiny."

Sebastian shakes his head smiling but then he heard loud music and they all look to see a guy the know and hate name Mitch as he rolls up into a muscle car that looks like it could be in a car arena. Sebastian hated the guy for trying to flirt with Echo but he knows that's she can take care of herself.

Mitch: "What's up kids. King of the road is here."

Echo: "More like king butt."

Mitch: "I got room in here for a queen."

Frostee: "Echo doesn't want to ride around in a car witch a picture of your mom on the front."

Sebastian and Cisco snickered before checking out Mitch's car. Sebastian and Echo went to the back and saw that it was hooked with a rocket on the back of the car.

Echo: "Are those rocket engines strapped back there?"

Sebastian: "When did you get the money of buying rocket engines? Last month you were poor to buy things like this."

Mitch: "I know a guy."

Cisco: "What's up, Mitch? Moved from car thief to jet rustler?"

Mitch: "Maybe. Don't worry about it. Hey, Toretto! Let's see what that soap box racer can do. After you lose I'll let you detail my car. The closest to you'll get to a winner."

Tony: "Yeah, well, after you lose, you can wash my car. It's the closest you'll get to a shower."

Mitch: "What about you, Burns? Want to race with me?"

Sebastian: "Yeah, I will after you race Tony."

Mitch: "Sounds good."

Tony walked over to his car as he gets in and he follows Mitch to the starting point. They stop as Cisco and Sebastian walks over to Tony.

Cisco: "Tony, you can't win bro. Your car doesn't have much power to beat a rocket."

Tony: "Cisco, you know what my cousin, Dom says."

Sebastian: "It's not about the car but the driver. But to be honest Cisco is right. You don't have a good engine to beat a rocket."

Tony: "I can do this guys."

Sebastian: "Uh huh, sure you can."

Sebastian walks over to the end where Frostee and Echo is sitting on a couch. He stood right behind them and looked over at Mitch and Tony.

Tony: "Hope you brought your buff rag, Mitch."

Mitch: "Your a buff rag."

Tony: "The buffest!"

Cisco: "What are you guys talking about?"

Tony: "Yeah, I don't know. Frostee, start us up!"

Frostee: "You got it."

Frostee deployed his drone in the middle off the street for a count down for Tony and Mitch down few blocks.

Sebastian: "How much you want to bet if Mitch won and crash his car?"

He asked Echo who chuckled shaking her head and he smiled and looked back at Tony and Mitch.

Frostee: "Ready... set... go!"

Tony and Mitch came speeding down the street neck to neck but it looked like Tony got the lead for a bit but then Mitch activated his rockets and passed Tony instantly. He hits the finish line doing a victory yell while speeding passed Echo, Frostee and Sebastian and the three watched him.

Frostee: "You think he knows how to stop?"

The three watched Mitch speeding towards something fast as he collided with something. Frostee and Echo closed their eyes for a second before looking back to see his car hit a light post.

Sebastian: "Dang."

Echo: "Mitches get stitches!"

Frostee: "How did you know he was going to crash, Sebastian."

Sebastian: "Just a hunch."

He walked over to check on Mitch to see if he was okay or anything. Sebastian doesn't really hate the guy but he can be really annoying sometimes. Mitch got out of his car looking at the front of it to see the bumper and the grill destroyed.

Sebastian: "You alright, Mitch?"

Mitch: "Yeah, dang my car!"

Mitch put his hands behind his head looking at the damage that he did to his vehicle. Sebastian lightly punched his arm to calm him down.

Sebastian: "get a hold of yourself. It's just a car, it can be fix and repaired but a life of someone cannot."

Mitch: "Your right. So much for that race with you. Maybe next time?"

Sebastian: "Sure, why not. You going to be okay driving that to a auto shop?"

Mitch: "You bet. Thanks for checking on me."

Sebastian: "Anytime. Maybe practice with those rocket engines you have at a desert or something to get some practice in. Even a pro racer can use the practice."

Mitch nodded giving Sebastian a handshake which he accepted back before getting back in his car driving away. Sebastian shakes his head while rolling his eyes and walked back to his friends who are by Tony's car. He walked up to Echo putting both hands on the car.

Tony: "I can't believe he beat me again."

Frostee: "Yeah, it wasn't even close that time. I mean you weren't even in the same state as him. Do you want to watch a replay?"

Tony: "No, Frostee, I don't."

Tony crossed his arms a bit annoyed that he lost to Mitch again.

Echo: "Your never going to beat a rocket powered car with an engine Cisco found at the dump."

Sebastian: "I could make it better but I would need the right tools and such."

Cisco: "Hey, this engine is solid, alright? The fuel hose just got lose. Nothing but a little bubble gum can't fix."

Cisco slams the hood down and Sebastian finger gets whacked by the hood as he grunts in pain and quickly took his hand off the car and shook his hand to reduce the pain.

Sebastian: "Agh! Son of a... hmph!"

Echo: "You okay?"

Echo asked him in a bit of a concerned tone in her voice. Looking at his he saw red marks on his finger but the pain is slowly dying down.

Cisco: "Sorry, Sebastian!"

Sebastian: "Don't worry about it, Cisco. It was my doing and forgot to tell you."

Frostee: "Need a ice pack?"

Sebastian: "I'm okay, Frost."

???: "It's going to take more than bubble gum to even beat my best time."

They all turned around to see Tony's cousin, Dom Toretto. They ran up to him glad to see him visit them again.

Cisco: "Hey, Dom's back!"

Echo: "What's up, Dom!"

Frostee: "What up?"

Sebastian: "Good to see you again, Dom."

Tony: "Hey, Dom."

Tony gave his cousin a bro hug who accepted it as well with a smile.

Dom: "Looks like you pushed a little too hard. Reminds me of some else I know."

Tony sighed annoyed and Sebastian patted his friend's shoulder to lighten up.

Tony: "I thought I had it this time. I hate losing to that guy!"

Dom: "That's cause you're a Toretto. Your born to win. But remember, being a Toretto has nothing to do on what you do in that car. Being a Toretto is about what's in here."

Dom told him pointing to Tony's heart and it cause Tony to smile back at him.

Dom: "That car going to make it home?"

Cisco: "Hey, maybe not in record time, but it'll make it."

Dom: "Alright, I'll see you later. I got something to talk to you about. Keep him safe, Sebastian."

Sebastian: "I will."

Dom nodded before walking a way from the group but when he gets to the middle of the Street, a van pulled up in front of Dom and two people came out of the sliding door grabbing him.

Dom: "Get off me, man!"

Sebastian and the rest turned around to see two guys grabbing onto Dom and they run over to help him but it was too late as the two guys pushed Dom inside the van and drove away.

Tony: "Come on! We gotta go after them!"

Sebastian: "Why the heck does this happen to your family?!"

They all get in their cars except for Frostee who rode with Cisco in the front seat. Sebastian is the first one to start his car as he chased after the van that took Dom.

Frostee: "Who were those guys?"

Sebastian: "We will ask them after."

Tony: "He's right. We can't let em get a way with Dom."

Sebastian: "Coming up in front of you guys."

The van appeared in front of them from the right as it drift in front a few cars in front. Then, Sebastian appeared on the right side drifting into a right turn and is now with Tony.

After a bit of following the van, it started to turn left. The others did as well but not Sebastian who went straight ahead.

Tony: "Sebastian, where you going?!"

Sebastian: "Going to try to cut them off... Hey, do you guys have bikers on your six?"

Echo looks back and saw six bikers racing up behind her.

Echo: "Uh, Tony! I think they might not be working alone!"

Cisco looks out the window with a gasp to see bikers behind them.

Cisco: "What do we do?"

Tony: "We need to split up and shake these bikes. Frostee, get a tracker on that van we can't lose it."

Frostee: "I'm on it."

Frostee took out a drone out of his as it flew behind the van above to track it so they can escape the bikes behind them.

Frostee: "Stalker drone is online! Where ever Dom goes, he goes."

Sebastian: "Cool. I don't have anyone on my side so I'll follow..."

Sebastian is about to finish his sentenced when five bikers showed up behind him and he gave a biker on the left side a smirk.

Sebastian: "Okay, scratch that I got five of them on me."

Cisco: "You going to escape them, bro?"

Sebastian: "I think so. They're bad at driving a bike anyway."

Tony: "Stay safe. Alright guys let's scatter!"

Everyone went their own directions to escape from the bikers easily.

Cisco and Frostee are getting chase by a few bikers and they're gaining up on them pretty quickly.

Cisco: "Man we're never going to outrun these fools. We need to find somewhere to go and they can't."

Frostee: "I got."

Frostee gets on his computer and he finds a construction site not to far from where they are as he puts a waypoint on it.

Frostee: "Turn left up here."

Cisco takes a hard left drifting a bit but got control and headed down the street as he sees the construction site ahead with barrels behind the fence.

Cisco: "Hang on!"

Cisco sped over to it and crashes through the fence hitting the barrels as they fall on one bike in the head and the liquid that was in the barrel caused the other bike to slide falling hard.

Cisco: "Uh, Cisco?"

He looks at Frostee but he quickly looks straight ahead to see a ramp in front of them. They screamed as they are in the air but they landed on the street almost hitting a light post.

Cisco and Frostee: Woo hoo hoo! Yeah!"

Cisco got into the comms as he checked to see how Echo is doing with her bikers.

Cisco: "You Echo, you alright?"

Echo: "Yeah, we're having fun."

Echo is getting chased by four bikers but two pulled up right beside her on both sides with electric batons. Echo found it humorous that they are trying to get her.

Echo: "Oh yeah, y'all 'bout to get shook."

She clicks the button on her right wheel causing her to go fast down the street and she starts to ululate and the two bikers almost hit her car and the one on the left turn hard into it's partners bike causing them to fall off onto the road and the other bikers sped up towards her and truck is in front as she went through the trailer with a drift and the bikers hit the truck hard.

Echo: "I lost my bikers. Sebastian, Tony, you two okay."

Sebastian & Tony: "No, still covered."

Tony is down the LA River trying to escape his bikers but they were kinda good drivers than he thought. Out of nowhere, Sebastian jumped into the river landing next to Tony and the five bikers following him and two hit a trailer when he jumped off.

Tony: "Geez, Sebastian!"

Sebastian: "Hey! How's it going?"

Tony shakes his head at his friend smiling then he gets onto the comms to ask Frostee something.

Tony: "Frostee, you got eyes on the van?"

Frostee: "Still locked. Heading towards it now."

Sebastian: "Okay. Shoot Tony and I the location and will meet you there in a second."

Sebastian gets off the comms but then he hears a motor rattle. He looks around confused then he looks over at Tony who's fuel monitor is flashing red.

Tony: "No, no, no! My fuel line is getting lose again. I got to ditch these guys."

Sebastian: "I've been telling you to buy a new fuel pump, Tony. I don't know why you don't take my offer of getting a new one cause I can get you a good discount for one."

Tony: "Not now, Sebastian."

Tony turns to the left as he ramps up the wall as Sebastian follows him and one biker gets close to his door with a electric baton but he hits the guy with the car door as the biker lost control hitting the second guy behind him and they tumbled into a trash can.

Sebastian Shakes his head chuckling at what happened to those guys. Tony and Sebastian turn left as they saw hydraulic cars ahead bouncing up and down.

Tony: "Let's see how bad they want to follow us, S."

Sebastian: "With pleasure."

They shift their cars into high speed towards the hydraulic cars and they both are neck to neck underneath the cars.

Tony is yelling and Sebastian has a calmness expression as they both finally got cross the hydraulic cars.

The bikers quickly brake screeching their tires but it was no use as they crashed into the cars and one went flying over all of them.

Sebastian: "Okay, is it me or did the first hydraulic car on the left have a wooden stick in the grill that looked like it was smoking?"

Tony: "Yeah, it did."

Sebastian: "Glad I wasn't the only one."

They finally got to the destination where Dom is being captive and Tony parked his car in front of Cisco's truck and Sebastian and parked behind Tony.

Tony and Sebastian quickly got out of their cars running across the street to the abandoned auto shop.

Echo: "Guys! Wait!"

Cisco runs up to them and puts a hand on Tony's shoulder.

Cisco: "Hey, we don't know what's in there, T!"

Tony: "Dom' in there!"

Sebastian kicked the door as it flung open and Tony runs in quickly and so does everyone else behind him.

???: "And... time!"

They all slowed down to see a woman with a phone as she clicked something on it and they were all confused what's going. Next to her is Dom who has a smile on his face.

Tony: "What?"

Dom: "See? I told you they were the best."

???: "Could have been a little faster, but we'll have time to work on it."

Sebastian and everyone are speechless on what is happening and they turn to the right to see a black van they saw and saw two large guys wearing tuxedos and black sunglasses. One is on the computer and the other shuts the door of the van. Some other people are on iPads and is carrying boxes.

Sebastian: "I think you owe us a explanation, Dom."

Tony: "What's happening? Who are these people? Are you okay?"

Sebastian: "Tony, calm down."

Dom: "You think a couple of guys could pull up and kidnap me? That takes an army. This is Ms. Nowhere. I worked with her organization in the past. And now she needs your help."

Frostee walks up kinda confuse of the ladies name and wants to make sure he heard it right.

Frostee: "I'm sorry, what, what, what, what's your name?"

Nowhere: "Nowhere. Ms. Nowhere."

Echo: "Uh, I'm still confused. Where are you?"

Nowhere: "I'm here, but you know... Wink. I'm not here. Get it?"

Tony: "Did she just say 'Wink'?"

Sebastian Shakes his head chuckling a bit and it cause Nowhere to look at him wondering what is funny.

Nowhere: "What's so funny?"

Sebastian: "I'm just wondering. Who names their agent Nowhere? There's bette names out there than being called that."

Nowhere: "Is that a threat?"

Sebastian: "No, I'm just saying there is better names out there than being called Nowhere. For example Nomad is a pretty good name for a agent cause it sounds pretty cool."

Nowhere: "Are you asking for a fight?"

Sebastian: "Maybe next time. You brought us here for a reason. So what's going on?"

Nowhere: "I'll cut to the chase. I need a crew of street racers to infiltrate a criminal organization called SH1FT3R... Gary!"

The guy name Gary jumped of her yelling at him and he quickly pulls up a photo of a guy on the computer.

Nowhere: "They're led by this man, Shashi Dhar, he's a master thief and a adrenaline junkie. SH1FT3R hosts race events that serves his cover for a his massive heist. He recently stole over three billion dollars from Silicon Valley's richest men."

Tony: "So why do you need us? Dom's right here."

Sebastian: "It won't work, Tony."

Tony: "What do you mean?"

Dom: "Cause there's no way I could show up at a race without everybody recognizing me. She needs a group of new agents. And I recommended you guys. You're out on the streets racing anyway. This way you might do something good and Ms. Nowhere can watch your back."

Echo: "So you want us to be undercover spy racers? Dope!"

Echo and Frostee are doing their secret handshake and Sebastian just smiled at them along with Cisco.

Tony: "If you know this Shashi guy is stealing the money, why don't you just arrest him?"

Nowhere: "You don't earn the name 'Ms. Nowhere' by being a security guard for a bunch of tech nerds."

Echo: "You had to earn that name?"

Nowhere: "Your one to talk, Echo, or should I say... Margaret."

Sebastian sighed cause he knows how Echo gets when someone calls her by her real name. She never liked the name which is why she prefers being called Echo.

Echo: "That's the first and last time you ever call me that."

Sebastian: "She doesn't like to be called by her real name, Ms."

Nowhere: "Look I'm not interested in the money. SH1FT3R chatter on the dark web keeps talking about 'gathering the keys.' Now our cryptographers haven't been able to figure out what that means yet, but we definitely know SH1FT3R has high-level contacts in the underworld. The codes could be nuclear codes, sleeper cells,——"

Echo: "Piano keys."

Cisco: "Wait they're trying to steal music? Those maniacs!"

Sebastian laughed patting Cisco on the back and he explained.

Sebastian: "I don't think so, buddy. If they want music they could make a lot of them."

Nowhere: "I thought you said they were the best and brightest?"

Dom: "I didn't say brightest."

Nowhere walks up to Tony and Sebastian walks up beside Tony on his right.

Nowhere: "This is national security stuff at the highest level. You ready for this?"

Tony: "Born ready."

Sebastian: "I am as well. Been looking for a new job recently and I guess being a spy will be fun than being a janitor somewhere."

Dom: "Born a Toretto. Remember, don't just follow orders, follow your gut. Oh, Sebastian this is for you."

Dom gave Sebastian a small package as he takes it and he opens up the small box to see a small cloth bag and opens it. He takes something out of it and it was a necklace.

Sebastian smiled with a sigh of relief cause he knew who gave him the necklace. He was always a animal lover but is really fond of dragons and wolves and he clutched it in his hand.

Sebastian: "Thank you, Dom."

Frostee: "Who gave that to you?"

Sebastian: "My brother. He's not around much anymore cause... well let's just say he has his own life."

Echo: "That's the first you ever talked about your real family."

Sebastian: "I love them don't get me wrong but I try not to involve my problems with them."

Cisco: "We understand bud."

Sebastian: "Thanks, C."

Dom: "I'm leaving now. And you keep my family safe, Nowhere. Or this SH1FT3R gang will be the least of your worries."

Dom leaves the building and Tony turns back to Nowhere.

Tony: "So if we're going to be racing, I guess the government is about to pay for my cars new fuel pump?"

Nowhere: "Oh, your going to need more upgrades then that. Gary!"

Gary jolted up and Sebastian felt bad for the guy getting bossed around by her.

Nowhere: "SH1FT3R races are like nothing you ever seen before. They're all about pushing competitive technology to the edge. Smoke cannons, flash grenades, grappling hooks, rocket engines, anything goes."

Frostee: "Dope."

Cisco: "Dang."

Echo: "Awesome."

Sebastian: "Well, that doesn't sound like a race. But I guess being a outlaw anything goes. Seems like fun though."

Nowhere: "Now there's a tryout race coming up in LA hosted by this woman."

Gary pulls up a photo of a woman wearing a red leathered jacket. Frostee gasp in shocked to see who it was.

Frostee: "Oh, no way! Layla Gray?" She's the most awesome racer around! Oh, except for you S and T. But Syrus Burns is a real legend racer along with his father Ralph Burns. Aren't you related to them, Sebastian?"

Sebastian: "We may have the same last names, Frost but we aren't related."

Nowhere: "Layla Gray is SH1FT3R's main recruiter.You need to win her race to infiltrate SH1FT3R."

Echo: "And you think she's going to let us into a tryout race?"

Nowhere: "Hardly. SH1FT3R races are tightly guarded secrets. Only a select group of people know when and where they're happening. But I pulled a list of local suppliers and car customizers, then hacked into their databases to get a client list. At least one of these people should be at the race."

Sebastian: "We know someone who's going to be there. His name is Mitch and right now I think he's getting tacos at a taco truck."

Frostee: "If we can get a hold of Mitch's phone, for just a minute I can clone it and we'll get all the calls that he gets."

Sebastian: "Well, I guess you should go now, Tony."

Tony: "Why me?"

Echo: "Cause you lost the race."

Sebastian: "It will give Frostee enough time to clone Mitch's phone when you distract him."

Tony: "Alright fine. let's go, Frostee."

Tony and Frostee left the building and Sebastian, Echo and Cisco waited for them to come back.
