I have just completed my newest outfit creation. It took me a while to get all the pieces, but I think it's rather spiffy to wear to while you're shopping or at work, maybe a dinner party.

It's a pretty big picture, but you can see the design clearly. The back of it is completely black, and there is a version of this dress with long sleeves, but I prefer sleeveless. It is a bit fitted, more like an office dress than a beach dress. It's considered a vintage dress.

There doesn't need to be a belt with this dress really, but it might make it look a tad nicer. I would recommend something in black to blend in with the black fabric stretching across the waist, and the gold buckle will stand out more. 

A necklace might get lost under the neckline, as it's asymmetrical. But a thick gold necklace like this one might work, and it can stand out on the side with the smaller strap. 

This is a twenty-piece bangle bracelet, a gold color to match the necklace and belt buckle. I believe the pieces can be switched around in any pattern the wearer wants. 

And for a splash of color against the neutrals and metallic, a red clutch purse. There is a silver strap inside that can be tucked away, removed, or let out to use as a purse. The other color it comes in is black if you want it to match the dress. Red nail polish can also add that extra color if you choose black or no bag at all. And it's damn cheap too, the red one. Frugal spending, I say!
