Abilities: water control, listening to others, (too) sensitive hearing, soothing, manifesting visions/prophecies, cleansing of the energetic body, archery, leading 

Disadvantage: is afraid of the deep, so he actually can't swim, even though he is a water fairy (angel thing) 

Mythology:
Elves (acc. TSS) were beings who could see the future. Soobin should represent princess Cassandra from Greek mythology ("she who entangles men"). The god Apollo, enamored of her, granted her the power of prophecy but when she rejected him, he sabotaged that power with a curse that no one would believe her predictions. Thinking about it... Apollo (Sun) and his twin sister Artemis (Moon) were also very good at archery, just like elves. 

So my prediction is... Soobin is not the real liar in CYSM, it's just that nobody would believe him (The one who is believed by no one). 

Symbols:
Anemone - love, passion, anticipation 
Praying Mantis - courage, persistence, beliefs. Depending on the culture it can mean fortune... or unfortune. Birth, death.

Wendigo - it craves to possess his whole body 

Abilities: fire control, a vessel for the fire of alwaysness (star fire), skilled in sword and spear combat, strength, quick learner, determination 

Disadvantage: great devotion to his loved ones, tries to fight on his own 

Mythology: 
Wendigo, in short, is a giant humanoid... ugly creature, or evil spirit from folklore, who possess human beings and tempts them to commit cannibalism, since it itself desires the human body. It is superhumanly fast and strong... and can only be killed if its skin is on fire. 

Yeonjun's true name in TSS (The one who shall not eat dogs) refers to Cúchulainn (Culann's dog), Irish mythologic hero, who was bound by an oath that he must never taste dog meat, because he killed a bad blacksmith's dog in his youth. He chose the short life of a warrior and immortal glory. His most famous weapon was the 'gae bolga' spear. That's a bit funny, because [gae] in Korean means dog. (Funfact - Yeonjun is passing by a hot-dog stand in Chasing that Feeling) 

Jun is able to do anything for his loved ones without telling them and is therefore an easy target for evil. 

Symbols: 
Tulip - perfect and eternal love, rebirth, caring 
Pupae - transformation, growth, rebirth, perseverance, cycle, change

Dryad - perishes along with its tree/home (forest/Soob) 

Abilities: plant control, making potions, physical healing, partial influencing of the inner child and garden of the mind, forgiveness 

Disadvantage: easily attached to places and people 

Mythology: 
Beomgyu is "the one who opens boxes". In Greek mythology it means he represents Pandora - an irresistible girl made by Hephaestus from water and clay... to get a little revenge on Prometheus, who stole fire from the gods/Zeus and gave it to humans. The gods gave her many gifts, good ones but the bad ones as well, and closed them in a strong box. Prometheus actually rejected Pandora, but his brother didn't... and it was probably him or her curiosity what made her to open the box despite Prometheus' warning. All diseases and malice flew into the world, before Pandora quickly closed the box, and only one thing remained on its bottom. It was hope. 

So I guess - Beomgyu is the one who brings the chaos, but also carries a hidden ray of hope... and opens the boxes. 

When it comes to dryads, they are also beautiful creatures/spirits that live in caves or trees, on which their fate, even life, is tied. If the tree dies, so does the dryad. 

Symbols: 
Poppy - consolation, remembrance, peace to death, sleep... but also hope for a peaceful future
Butterfly - transformation, hope, rebirth

Abilities: sees beyond the material world, can read Akashic Records, mind/memory reading, absorbing/hiding emotions, suggesting thoughts, various spells, even opening portals in the future 

Disadvantage: (for certain reason) he can not temporarily enter the Akasha Chronicles 

Mythology: 
Taehyun is "the one hanging upside down from an old tree with deep roots" and one precious Moa whispered us this in TSS comment section: "Odin (Norse mythology) sacrificed his eye, stabbed himself with his own spear, and then hung himself from tree of life (Yggdrasil) to gain wisdom."  
 
(Copied paragraph from one website) - The little owl, Athene noctua, is the symbol of the Greek goddess Athene, who represents wisdom, science and strategy. She has a marked preference for the most clever among the Greek heroes, who endure their adventures by the use of savvy consideration instead of mere force. The owl has always symbolized intelligence and prudence, and with its manlike face, it is the emblem of attentiveness and communication. - The noctua tribe only existed in TSS (ig, I haven't heard or found it anywhere else) and they are supposed to be a very smart... maybe even owl-eyed... warlocks, maybe? Ahah. That could be where Tae's desire to fly comes from. 

You can probably guess by now... Taehyun can hide a lot. 

Symbols: 
Daffodil - rebirth, new beginnings, spring, creativity, energy, resilience, forgiveness and vitality

Summoner - doomed to lose a part of himself or a loved one 

Abilities: flying - only one with angel/wings; refraction of light (invisibility, aiming at a certain point etc.) his heart sees what even starry eyes cannot see, angel blessing (pure light of love, protection)... later he could be able to summon mystical creatures 

Disadvantage: he had not yet awakened the power of his ancient tribe 

Mythology: 
"The one who built the labyrinth" is Daedalus, this time it is a man from Greek mythology. It's quite a dark character actually and the only thing I can think about now is "Angel or Devil" title, heh. This man was a genius inventor, craftsman and sculptor... however, was very jealous, if there was someone possibly better than him. In short, he did some really bad things and after he created a labyrinth for king Minos, the king imprisoned him - with his only son Icarus - within the top of the tallest tower. Of course, Daedalus was still the genius and devised a plan to escape~ (there's no way to escape it~). He made two pairs of wings out of feathers and wax, then warned his son to not fly too low or too high... but Icarus got too overwhelmed with the feeling (greedy devil whispered to him ehe) and he flew higher and higher until the sun melted the wax on his wings. In the end, Icarus died and it was considered revenge from the gods on Daedalus for being so presumptuous and breaking the laws of nature. 

TSS story uses this comparison to Daedalus mainly because Kai is the one who can find the way through labyrinth/maze and solve various puzzles, but even though he is very very pure, he still have to face this darkness deep within each of us (dragon wings). 

As I mentioned "Angel or Devil"... the opposite of Daedalus is Kai's ancient tribe of summoners. Summoners were very loving kind of... kind of magicians... charmers, yes. They could summon many kinds of amazing mystical creatures, even from other universes... and if they created a lovely bond with them, the special beings gladly helped them with what they needed. 

Symbols: 
Icelandic Poppy - resilience, hope, fleeting beauty of life, peace, remembrance of loved ones, sleep 
Leopard Gecko - rebirth, regeneration, renewal

HI, PIXIES! <3 I am finally here! ... with an endless character intro, yay! *cough*. I know it was too long for an introduction, buttttt... I worked really hard to put all of the information into it, so I hope you enjoyed it! It's actually... probably... longer than any previous chapter of this story, heh. Nvm, I wanted to gather some info I know from TSS, share it with you... and also mainly summarize some things about my/our fairies <3
