I slowly reach down to grab my board and am ready to ride away slowly when the thing reveals itself. It turns out that it's Calum for whatever reason.
"What the hell?! It's 3:00 in the morning Calum!" I scold then laugh. He just shrugs and laughs along with me.
"I don't really know.... I was bored and I couldn't sleep." He looks at his feet and swallows.
"Oh. Whatever. Wanna sit with me?" I point to the swing next to me. He nods and sits down on the next swing over.
"Will you push me?" He squeals when I nod and run over to him. We laugh and banter playfully for a while and when we check the time next it's already 4:00. We end up laying on the grass next to each other looking at stars and constellations and stuff. We got up and Calum had a bright idea of playing tag. We start running around and screaming and laughing. He's it and I stop for a break and see him barreling over to me and I yell for him to stop and to help. He soon tags me and takes me down to the ground when he trips on a rock. I end up on top of him and staring into those warm chocolate brown eyes that welcomed me on that first day.... Toda- wait no.... Yesterday. I start to lean in and he props himself up on his elbows. He leans up but then I realize I have a boyfriend, backstabber or not. My face flushes as I get up from the ground and see the person I know will be angry at seeing me laying with Calum..... My mom.
