"Never thought I'd thank you for walking me hom," Minseo said as they were walking down the cobblestone path leading to her house on the far end of the street.

"I have no where else to go anyway I'm dead already."

"Wait- where do you sleep? Can you even sleep?" she questioned.

"Nope, ghosts don't get tired."

"Can't imagine how boring it is for you."

"Um no, it's actually not boring. At night I'd go back to my home, go into my parents' room and just watch over them sleeping peacefully. Sometimes my mom would sleep with tears flowing down her cheeks, and whisper my name in her sleep occasionally. My dad is actually coping better though. But he still appears lethargic...eyebags, gruffy hair. And my brother- ugh. I don't even wanna think about him. But like- I feel at peace. depressed, but at peace. Knowing that my loved ones are still alive, that i still get to see them. "

Minseo pitied the ghost. "Doesn't it hurt...knowing that they're hurting, that they've lost their son?"

"Of course. I honestly can't see them during the day, when they're awake and more miserable than ever. They never talk anymore, and my brother used to be so cheerful and boisterous. It's sad. Like when my mom's cooking my favourite pancakes knowing that I'll never taste them again. speaking of food, I miss food," hot tears threatened to spill has Seokjin croaked out his words. He quickly changed the subject to something lighter, a skill he has mastered since birth.

Don't show your vulnerability. Always be happy.

"Do you have ghost food?"

"No, we can still smell it though. "

Seokjin and Minseo reached her ornate door frames, and she whipped out her housekeys to open the door.

"Do you want to come in? Or are you going to see your family..."

"Um, no I can't bring it in me to see them in that state again."

"It's okay I understand, come in."

The two walked into her tiny house, where the furniture, books and clothes were scattered in a haphazard fashion.

"Minseo-ah why are you so messy?!" The ghost scrunched up his face and scrutinized the place with a look of disgust.

"What? i just don't have time to clean up I'm sorry."

"If I were alive, and could physically touch stuff I would help you clean up now."

"It's my house, it's my business," Minseo said sassily and walked into her room. "Hey Seokjin, don't pull that teleportation shit on me i'm gonna change," she yelled and closed the door.

Immediately when she turned around-

"GAHHHH KIM SEOKJIN U PERVERT GO AWAY."

Seokjin's windshield wiper laugh echoed within the walls of her room as he clutched his stomach, threatening to fall off his balance from hysterically laughing.

"I was just kidding I'll get out now," and he disappeared.

"I swear this boy is so cute and annoying at the same time."

"I heard that."

*blush*
