Back story
The sun rose up, causing maroon to be cast against the wakening sky. The darkness faded into a hazy gray as the birds woke to sing there songs of the morning. The gods and goddesses stirred from the clouds in the sky, from deep within the grand sea, from the fiery compounds of the active volcanoes, and from the crest of the land. As light peeked it's way through the they moved to ready themselves.
"What a beautiful morning," The goddess of the sea spoke in her ever gentle sing song voice.
She smiled at the wakening sun and greeted the goddess of the Earth, Levina.
"Morning Levina, such a pretty sky isn't it?" She asked swimming towards her friend with an enthusiastic wave.
"Aren't you cheerful as always, Akire?" Levina mumbled rubbing the sleep from her eyes.
"Don't you know it! Marion, is the view up there better than here?" Akire called to her friend.
"No, it's just as beautiful I believe." Marion, the Sky god called back.
"Where's Zealan? Still slumbering away the day in his flaming cave now is he?" Levina asked, her hands on her hips.
"I'm here, I'm here." Another voice groaned out as a figure came into view.
It stood far from the water not wanting to get near it as it would hurt him greatly. His body resembled that of caked lava with flames lit beneath the hardened rock.
"Zealan how good of you to come out this morning!" Akire shouted excitedly.
"Will you not be so loud? You could wake up the whole world with your shouting." Zealan growled glaring.
"Sorry," Akire said pouting at her angry brother.
"Are we arguing again my children?" A young lady asked as she stepped out of the near by woods.
"Mother Fate, what wakens you from your sleep?" Marion asked alarmed.
"Many things my children... many things," Fate spoke her eyes downcast and sad.
"Tell me it hasn't been a thousand years already. Please no more blood shed no more sorrow!" Levina, the quiet goddess pleaded.
Levina slumped to the ground crying softly. Zealan went over to comfort her but was unable to touch her fearing he would burn her skin. He suddenly grew angry and stormed off.
"Let there be death, let there be anger, let there be sorrow. Those cursed beings deserve what they have brought upon themselves," He shouted going back to his volcanic home.
"Brother please don't say such things," Marion called to him.
"Let him be. He already has too much anger as it is. We don't want him angry at us as well." Akire spoke coolly.
Fate walked over to Levine and touched her gently on the shoulder.
"I'm sorry my child but what is to be done is a must or else we would have more bloodshed." She spoke, frowning.
"Is that all that you are here for?" Marion asked, gliding down to the land from the sky.
"Yes and no. The things I see are fuzzy and gray. Something dark has blurred my sight. I can only see glimpses or what is to come. Marion, Levine, and Akire I ask of you three to spread the word of the upcoming events. Many have forgotten in the long time since the last Estalix." Fate urged her children.
"We will do as you ask," The three said in unison, before leaving to fulfill their quest.
"The next we shall meet at the arena." Marion said as he flew away form his siblings.
"Where the young shall fight... where blood shall be shed... where many will fall..." Akire murmured before swimming into the depths.
"All to see, who shall rule the land. For the next thousand years until the time comes again." Levina whispered meeting back into the earth and vanishing.
"Many say fate and time are cruel things. I wonder if they know what we truly are. What do you say Sarrahfine my love?" A male figure spoke as he came to stand along side Fate.
"I think what they say is true. We are cruel in our own ways," Sarrahfine, known also as Mother Fate, said turning to husband, a man who went by the name of Father time.
"We can only see... we can only see," Time spoke before turning back away, "What we shall bring,"
