Since dragons develop fast, yet look the same age throughout their younger years, it travels through Modicai blood as well. A Modicai can look young until it's higher than 200 years old.

Powers: Fire, Flying ability, Modicai (Plural) have the appearance of a human, but are mostly half-dragon since when they got dragon-like wings pop out from their back, and the fire.
Skills: A very skilled archer, persuasive, speaks most languages for business trades and such.
Backstory: Used to live in Lunam when she was a child but sought righteousness for both kingdoms. So she did so, she fought to keep justice on its feet. Some say she was the one who created peace into a city, otherwise known as Harmonia... You never know...

Skills: Soul-flame. Its very, very, hot type of flame that can take souls and/or burn you in an instant. Though if she is really dislikes you, she would make sure just to use normal fire so you have a agonizing death. Basic fighting skills, with some special fighting techniques.
