These are not all the cities as the zugludvar empire is large but just ones that will come up and that I have already thought about

Apala:
a city literally on the back of a dragon. Apala was an earth dragon and currently the biggest dragon living,but the thing is he never moved and he haven't for a hundred years.

Nidia :
Nidia was most known for its rich culture and great weather. A large majority of the people there were of a darker complexion but you can spot the usual person of a different species or race because a lot of the time people move there because they love the energy.
They have a large population of titans and beast people

Sandala/vegeta:

Is home to a species classified under beast people a  naturally aggressive race that strive to be the strongest amongst others but can also be protectors.
They mostly lived as a clan in there home lands of sadala (in the zegludvar empire) but because of unforeseen circumstances  they had to relocate to a new area now known as vegeta but not all went some spread out and relocated to different places some found different forest to thrive in and others went to bigger cities with different species of people

There origin is unknown it is a myth that they could not be of this world all together but most don't believe that because they are too much like other species of this world

They are most known for their great strength unique abilities

They can easily be spotted by there unique tail and hair texture and more often than not wearing the clan crest

In some places they are not respected or looked down upon but are usually Not challenged because of their superior strength 

They are looked down upon in other places because they are seen as uncontrollable and refuse to succumb to humans unless it is of their own will  unlike a lot of other species

There is a lot of history behind this but that will be explained another day

Akatsku village:

Is a small village located near the mountains,it is best known for its people sticking to more traditional aspects and best of all the amount of great swordsman that were born there. Is is right next to another village that is known for its craftsmanship in swords /weapons
