RPING CHAPTER

You come to see a medium sized open space that is fences around with large, metal poles. Between each of the poles are thick strips of wire that are spiraled with small bolts electricity. All you see outside of the fence is an endless expanse of black dirt and sky.

In the facility is a small basketball court with one hoop and a rack of nearly-deflated, dirty basketballs. Guards are poised at every corner with large guns in their hands at the ready.

A few rusty picnic tables are littered together at the right with some tattered game sets say upon them; chess, checkers, and Scrabble.
