Forty-five minutes later Chris has finished and sets up dinner with candles surrounding the dining room. He leads her into the kitchen after waiting for her by the staircase, holding her hand, the other holds the baby monitor.

She gasps when she sees the romantic setup. "Oh baby, I don't deserve you." He pulls out her chair for her. "Anything for the love of my life, you mean so much to me." He kisses her sweetly.

As he sits down the baby monitor goes off and they both sigh, he immediately gets back up. "Don't get up, I got it." He kisses her as he heads up to the twin's room. As she eats she can hear him talk to them.

"CJ, you woke up Riley, now what would your mother say if she knew you woke up your sister? You just ate so I know you're not hungry, so what is it? Did you miss us, because we miss you too, but mommy needs to eat and rest too. I am doing my best to keep her well rested and healthy because she's your source of food. We all need her happy and healthy. Now, back to sleep and do not wake up your sister."

After a long pause she hears him close their door. He returns to his seat. "How was it?" She sighs loudly. "Oh my god, it was amazing as usual, honey. And I heard you with CJ, it was the sweetest moment." He smiles. "I think he was like if I'm up you should be up too, and I told him that's not how this works."

She yawns and stretches. "I can't wait to be in my own bed. I should sleep like a baby...at least for three or four hours" She kisses him as she puts her plate in the sink. "You okay cleaning up?"

He nods as he smiles. "Absolutely, baby, you go lay down I'll be up after." She wraps her arms around him and he does the same. He leans down placing gentle kisses to hers, running his hands to her backside. She pulls back and smiles. "I'll see you upstairs."

Thirty minutes after she laid down Chris finishes up the kitchen. He takes a shower and comes to bed in just his pajama bottoms. He slides in, wrapping his arms around her. She sighs as her hands cover his. He kisses up and down her back and her neck.

"Mmm, so comfortable, our bed, your hands, your warmth. I could probably sleep all..."

Just then the monitor goes off, she sits up. "It's my turn, probably feeding time." She leans back down for one more kiss. "Dream of me, okay?" He laughs. "Is there any other option?"

Five minutes after entering the nursery Chris hears her singing to them. Only a handful of people knew she could sing. Listening to her gave him goosebumps. She goes through a few lullabies before she steps back out the nursery.

"Remember mommy and daddy love you so much."

He hears her blow them a kiss. When she returns she is surprised that he was still awake. "I thought you'd be knocked out by now." She takes her place back in his arms and he squeezes her before kissing her temple. "I heard you singing to them, it was beautiful, it gave me goosebumps. Maybe we should record you, so they can hear your singing all night." She hums. "Maybe when they're a little older, I enjoy the face to face right now, the bonding." He nods before they both fall asleep.

*Short chapter I know.....but for a reason....when you continue it would have been two months since the twins were born *waggles eyebrows* what does Chris have planned for their first romantic night away from the kids??? Next chapter reveals all.....
