Connie Maheswaran and Paulette 'Volley' Wills looked at their companions, Steven Universe and Spinel Arcadia. Steven was whispering into the pigtail hair girl's ear while glancing back at their friends and crushes.

"What do you think those two are up to?" Volley whispered to Connie.

"Those two?" Connie started with a grin, "Who knows, but I sense a prank coming."

"You too, huh?" Volley smirked, looking at both of them nod at each other before turning to Connie and Her. 'Looks like they're ready.'

The two started bouncing on the balls of their feet before stepping side to side, left out then in, right out, then in. Back and forth as they began to wave their arms in tandem with their steps, making it look as if they were skating in place.

'What?!' Connie and Volley could only look on as the two steps became one more exaggerated. After a few more moments of their stationery skating, they spun in place, ending in a winking pose. Their hands in fingers guns, the brow of the unwinked eye arched.

"A shot of love, straight to your heart." Light blush on their cheeks with a flirtatious smirk, Steven and spinel shot their bullets. "Bang!"

"Ah..but..what?" Volley's face was red, unable to put together what exactly was happening, finding it hard to look at Spinel's grin. A feeling of excited shyness creeping into her heart.

"You dorks." Connie chuckled, turning her back to the two, Steven especially.

"Your face darkened, Ni."

Connie turned to her friend with a pout, scratching her cheek. "Out me, why don't ya?"

"Soo~oo." Steven shuffled up to Connie moving his hands in a rotation, "what you say?"

Connie smirked before laying her head against his. "Yeah, ok...Can't deny such a confession."

"I'm still confused." Volley interfered, only to have her face turn brighter when Spinel grinned up at her.

"We're shooting our shots." She chuckled, taking Volley's hand in hers and kissing it, "How about it, Vol? Give this jester a date?"

Volley could only smile back the excitement overtaking her shyness.
