shinhaari: For me, fanfiction is a way to explore and deepen my understanding of the characters I like. It allows me to connect with the characters I love on a more personal level. Through fanfiction, I can create my own plots with the characters I admire, make the stories more engaging and intriguing, and develop the characters even further. It's a space where I can share my stories about the characters I love and connect with others who share the same.

To me, fandom, especially as part of ARMY, is a place where I can connect with people who share the same love for BTS. It makes me so happy to hear their stories about how they became fans and to learn what drew them to BTS. Whenever I find a fellow ARMY member, I get excited. It's so much easier to form friendships since we have so much in common to talk about, from their music and messages to our shared love for the group.

shinhaari: I first learned about fanfiction through a YouTube recommendation. A story popped up, and it caught my interest. I clicked on it, and that's how I discovered fanfiction. Since then, I've enjoyed exploring more fanfiction stories and connecting with the characters I love.

shinhaari: I do remember the first fan I interacted with on Wattpad. I got to know her when I shared my first story, and she was the first person to vote for my book. She continued to support me whenever I published new chapters, which motivated me.

For a while, she went on a break, and I couldn't talk much with her, but then, out of nowhere, she came back and started reading my new book. The only thing I knew was that she's Yoongi biased, and although we couldn't have many conversations about the fandom, it was such a surprise when she returned. It made me happy to see her support again. I'm still in touch with her, and it feels great to have that ongoing connection!

shinhaari: Writing fanfiction helps soothe my mind. It's always exciting and interesting to explore new ideas and to bring the characters I love to life in my own way, adding my personal touch to the stories. It's a great way to get creative and express my ideas through writing, which feels rewarding in the end when I read what I wrote.

Reading fanfiction, on the other hand, allows me to escape and immerse myself in different worlds during my difficult times. It lifts my mood and lets me dive into new and creative plots, bringing me joy.

shinhaari: My favorite part of being a fanfiction writer is the process of writing itself. It's fascinating to explore new ideas for my stories and learn a lot about writing along the way. It's odd, but I got the idea for my last chapter from seeing a lemon. It's interesting how even the smallest things we encounter can trigger new concepts. Writing is exhausting but in a good way. When you finish, it feels like finding your favorite member's photo card in an album. The happiness you feel is indescribable

As a fanfiction reader, I enjoy looking for new stories and seeing the creative plots other writers come up with. Reading books helps me relax and makes me happy. I also love getting to know other readers and writers and having conversations with them. As a reader, I'm happy to support other writers and connect with them.

shinhaari: I believe fanfiction will continue to grow as more people begin to share their stories; as we can see, there are a lot of fanfiction books on Wattpad. As for me, I simply want to keep writing, exploring new ideas, and enjoying the process being a writer.
