Quick biography  : She grew up for a few years with a mother who was never really able to take care of a child properly in the first place. And when her boyfriend/husband left her it was even worse. So she  was send in some foster/host family. She was send to a few of them as it seems she didn't "fit in". But then she was send in one family whom she really  loved and they loved her. They even thought about adopting her but then her father "came back". His last girlfriend left him and he couldn't seem to find anyone else. And he actually never seemed to care about his relationship. He didn't care if his partner was happy or if it was something serious. He just wanted to have someone around who could take care of him. So he searched for his ex-girlfriends but instead found his daughter and got her back. From the day he brought her back home he neglected her and she was doing everything around the house.  At first he guilted her into staying and doing everything he  asking. When that didn't work anymore he became abusive. And now Grace  is trying to get away from him
