3rd P.O.V

Daisuke was always calm and calculated even though he was just 9. Now he was sent to a public school by his mother because she said quote on quote "You need to have a little bit of social life and friends Daisuke".

Mothers am I right? Anyway Daisuke is now at the front of his class about to introduce himself. "My name is Kambe Daisuke pleasure to meet you all" he said in a monotone voice and bowed to them. 

He actually didn't want to be here but he made a deal with his father behind his mother's back that if he gets straight As and perfect scores for that entire year he doesn't need to attend anymore the following year. He thought it was easy enough and accepted it "Okay um how about you take a seat next to Haru, Haru could you please raise your hand" 

Daisuke saw a boy with silver brown hair and golden eyes. "I'm here!" Haru said raising his hand up for Daisuke to see. Daisuke went up to him and sat down.  The class started and Daisuke couldn't help but find interest in this Haru boy.

Time skip to where school has ended

Daisuke was waiting for his driver when he saw Haru again. Now Haru was actually waiting for somehow either of his parents to pick him up but he knows that it would take a miracle for that to happen. 

He's mom is probably with her friends wasting her money again by now and his dad is probably passed out on the couch drunk both of them forgetting they have a child. Haru is used to that by now but still finds the heart to still care about them. The only problem was it was raining and he gave the only umbrella in the house to his mom.

Haru sighed and sat on the floor to wait the rain out and to hopefully get on home on time. on the other hand Daisuke wondered why he would sit on some gross floor "Why are you sitting on the floor? Aren't you getting picked up by your parents or something?" Daisuke asked.

"Oh no they aren't they're....Kinda busy at the moment so I'm gonna go home by myself but I forgot my umbrella.." Haru brought his knees closer as he felt a little more cold. Daisuke didn't know what he was feeling now was it pity? Or did he actually care about him in just mere hours?

Daisuke sighed and offered his hand out to him "This rain is going to take a while and maybe even longer so how about you accept my offer, my ride is gonna being coming soon you can came with us" Haru was both surprised and confused at this sudden offer.

Why would he bother to help him? "Oh umm no thanks it's fine, I don't want to bother you" Haru said standing up and dusting himself off. Daisuke just sighed at Haru's stubborn yet angelic attitude "C'mon I insist, now let's go" Daisuke said grabbing a hold of Haru's wrist by the time they finished talking Daisuke's driver arrived.

Daisuke dragged Haru to the expensive looking car and they got in. It was a little awkward on the ride Daisuke informed the driver that Harus was his friend and that he's offered him a lift to their home.

"Um so..Why did you transfer to this school?" Haru asked trying to start a conversation to lower the awkwardness "My mother forced me too you can say, she said I needed to make friends at my age" Daisuke said rolling his eyes at his mother's words.

"You know, I can tell that you don't want to do that but sometimes that something that you might think may be an annoying and a waste of time thing to do might be not so bad" Haru said smiling brightly at Daisuke.

Daisuke could feel his face get hot an indication that he was blushing "I-I see, uh thank you for the advice Kota" Daisuke said looking away for a bit to calm himself. "You can call me Haru!" Haru said.

Daisuke smiled softly at him "Well in that case you can call me Daisuke then" He said. It was Haru's turn to blush now but none the less they both shook hands as a meaning that they both had become friends.

Time Skip ( '･･)ﾉ(._.')

Once Daisuke and Haru became friends they've been inseparable and Daisuke has become quite protective of Haru. You see when Daisuke wasn't yet learning at this school Haru often got bullied for being supposedly 'poor' and 'useless' but despite all those Haru still respected and was still kind to his classmates.

But that didn't stop the negative thoughts swarming Haru's mind. At one point he would think that all they were saying was true but over time he made a decision to not listen to them and just ignore it.

But now that he has Daisuke at his side those bullies didn't bully him anymore. That's because Daisuke would give them a deadly glare that would send shiver up their spine and if that doesn't still work Daisuke would result to a more extreme solution. Besides Daisuke's overprotectiveness he would constantly want to give Haru gifts. 

Haru would tell Daisuke that he didn't need all of those expensive items that's because he's scared that Daisuke might get in trouble because of all these expensive things that he constantly buys him. Little does he know that his family's balance is unlimited and that he's parents would barely even notice if some of they're money got spent.

But now there was a problem.......Daisuke got a 99% on his exam that was supposedly an A Daisuke was shocked that meant he lost the bet with his father. Daisuke was thinking of ways on how he could have failed it, he was smarter than most of them he was even smarter that a collage student for heavens sake!

He asked the teacher what he got wrong and she said that it was just a simple mistake and that kids make them all the time. But he wasn't like the other kids his age he thought, that exam led him to study hard forgetting that he had a friend that was getting worried about him. 

One day Haru confronted Daisuke abut his current state "Daisuke-kun? Is something wrong maybe you should take a break-" he was cut off by Daisuke's angry and stressed state.

"WOULD YOU SHUT UP FOR A SECOND YOUR MAKING ME LOSE MY FOCUS! JUST LEAVE ME ALONE KATO!" Daisuke was so blinded by his rage and pride that when he was finished shouting he realized that he had just hurt his one and only friend.

"Does Daisuke hate me?.........I-I'm sorry f-for bothering y-you t-then......." Haru said between sobs tears were streaming down his face he tried to cover it with his sleeve but it wasn't enough to stop the tears. Daisuke was just dumbfounded he tried to reach out to him but when Haru flinched a bit that hurt Daisuke seeing Haru so sad and hurt because of him.

He was supposed to be the one to protect him, to make him happy and smile instead he made worry and sad. Daisuke just enveloped Haru in a hug that shocked Haru as he was laying his head on Daisuke's shoulder.

 "I-I'm sorry, I'm so so s-sorry" Daisuke said hugging Haru tighter as if never wanting to let him go. Haru smiled a bit and hugged Daisuke back "Your forgiven" they just stayed like that for a while enjoying each others company.

After that incident Daisuke didn't care about staying in school anymore if it means spending more with Haru then he wouldn't going every week. His parents grew fond of Haru when Daisuke brought him home

Daisuke was now happy with his precious angel by his side.
