I regret choosing the art semester

Dear miss art teacher

I thought that we were gonna learn how to change your art style and practice body anatomy. Plus, shading. Not this unnecessary colour shading palette. Yes it's important to know what colour it gives when you add white or black to a specific colour but this is 2018, we mostly do digital anime drawings now a days, not some boring abstract art. Second, there's something called a piper in drawing programs. If you don't understand what that means, it's a drawing tool that copies the colour you used in a precised area in your drawing. From there, an artist can change the tone and they'll find the darkest or lighter version of that colour. I didn't want to become a Picasso in training. So please, can we learn about something else?

-A sophomore who joined art because most of her friends went to that semester.

( this was joke XD don't kill me. )

*sigh* yes. I do regret going to the art semester but it doesn't mean I don't appreciate art. I was actually debating on which semester to go. Art because I thought that we were gonna learn about drawing techniques and not 3D organic geometry forms. Music since I loved my time in playing the clarinet and wanted to possibly continue to play it or learn how to play another instrument.

So. Dechi_Megami, If you see this, you said you wanted to  go to the art semester next year? Well, you can if you want to, However, most of your time, you'll be doing shading palettes, like this:

Take this as a friend advice or not XD you can take it as a joke. I kinda consider this as both a joke and as a serious warning. And yes, the art teacher gave me the colour orange to work with. I know, I failed miserably.
