Okay, so the often ridiculed season 8 of Game of Thrones has an important middle episode: The Battle of Winterfell. Sure, it may be hard to see, but the ending is what counts:

Now, this last shot is important for me. Why? Cause it mirrors a certain scene from a certain Avengers movie that I certainly hate talking about:

Now, here's where things deviate:

Infinity War's scene ends with death.

GoT's ends with Arya as The Hero of Winterfell.

What could have gone differently for Avengers?

One key thing: Both characters have knives, but use them differently (slash not at all).

Here's how Arya uses hers:

She drops it, catches it, then STAB! Old N.K. is DEAD!

All I'm saying is, there's plenty of time for Loki to try and conjure another knife, then do the same thing to Space Grape up there.
