When they looked into the mirror, they were unprepared to find a different face gazing back at them.

"Aspen...." She whispered, staring at the reflection with teary eyes. "Layyah." The person smirked, mentally ready to kill whoever hurt the girl in front of them.

"Didn't I tell you they didn't love you? Didn't I tell you they'd eventually make you cry? Are you happy that you didn't listen to me?" The reflection spoke with anger laced in their tone, not at the girl but at those people.

"I'm sorry Aspen, I'm sorry I didn't believe you." The girl, Layyah sobbed brokenly. The reflection, known as Aspen, tisked.

"I'm only trying to look out for you sweetheart, let me out of here and I'll get you your revenge."

Layyah looked up from her bathroom floor and wiped away the stray tears falling from her dark brown eyes. "Y-You'd do that? For me?" She questioned in surprise.

"Of course I would, you and I are the same person remember, I'm just the stronger, meaner and scarier version of you. If you let me handle those "friends" of yours, you'll no longer have to feel so worthless." Aspen promised.

"Do it, please I just want them to feel what I'm feeling....maybe even more than that." Layyah sniffled, shakily standing up and walking closer to the mirror. "That's a good girl, they'll pay for what they've done. Just put your hand on the mirror, you know how this goes." The reflection whispered.

Layyah took a deep breath and placed her palm on top of Aspens, only the cold mirror separating the two.

There was a bright white glow that caused the girl to stumble back in pain before she gazed at her reflection again. "Enjoy your time in there Layyah, I'll be back once they're dead." Aspen lazily smiled, happily staring at her real human body.

Layyah, now in the mirror, gasped at the words and pounded against the glass. "Dead?! Aspen we never agreed to that!"

"Tough luck sweetheart, I control us now."

Layyah watched the girl walk out of the bathroom as she continued to scream for her to stop, but it was too late.

Her reflection was out for blood.
