I watched Nico Di Angelo as he went to his table to eat dinner.

We were all in the pavilion eating dinner at Camp Half-blood. A camp for people like us, children of the Greek gods. I have been here for about a year now. And during the year, I have grown to have a crush on the boy who I watch currently.

Yes. I am gay, but I don't care what other people think. My brother, Will supports me a lot. He even teases me whenever he sees me staring at the son of Hades.

I've only met Nico a couple times before. He was the one who actually brought me here. I honestly liked him the moment I saw him. Like, who wouldn't though? With his long, shaggy black hair and beautiful dark eyes-

"Why don't you just talk to him?" A voice made me snap my head towards them.

Will was looking at me with a raised eyebrow.

I glared at him.

"Oh, you know why! Honestly, he is barely around and I don't think he will even like me back!" I exclaim to Will.

"You won't know until you talk to him. But honestly, I'm pretty sure he does." Will says before going back to his spaghetti.

I looked down at my quesadillas before looking back up, meeting a pair of dark eyes. Nico Di Angelo was looking at me.

When I looked up, Nico seemed to quickly look away. I felt heat rise up to my face, meaning I was blushing. Was he really looking at me? Or was I imagining it? I shook my head slightly and went back to my food.

We were all at the Campfire now, us Apollo kids leading everyone in the music. Today was my turn for choosing the music. I first chose some classics, before I decided to do one of my favourites. It's actually the song my dad sang to my mom when they first met.

I told my siblings the song so they knew what to sing. I got my guitar ready, and I started to play the .

(I did the English translation here too, but Sammy is singing it in Spanish, since it's a Spanish song. I was looking for songs in Spanish and found this one and immediately fell in love with it)

Somehow during the song, I made eye contact with the one and only son of Hades. Neither of us broke away. I didn't know if he understood anything of what the song meant, because he's Italian. And Italian is actually pretty close to Spanish. So it's hard to be sure. If he did, did he think the song was directed to him? Or what?

I was cut out of my thoughts by my siblings patting my back.

Then Chiron said it was time for everyone to head back to their cabins.

I slowly walked with my siblings to our cabin, I was behind everyone else. I didn't know why I was doing it, I just felt like I should.

Unexpectedly, someone grabs me and pulls me between the Apollo cabin and the Hephaestus cabin. All I could do was yelp, since it was such a shock to me. A hand immediately covered my mouth, to muffle my yell if I did.

It was dark, but I was able to make out the features off the boy in front of me. The long, shaggy black hair; pale, olive skin; black clothes; and those familiar dark eyes. Nico Di Angelo currently had me pinned against the Hephaestus cabin, hand covering my mouth, towering over me slightly. I'm actually pretty short for a guy, so a lot of other boys tower over me easily. The only boy my age that I'm taller than is Leo Valdez. He is an elf, after all. And even with him that is just barely.

"Nico?" I asked. But of course with my mouth covered, it came out more muffled and I doubt he even understood.

"Be quiet." Is all he said. I nodded and he slowly removed his hand from my mouth. I took a deep breath, being dramatic, but happy to be able to breathe properly.

I then stared at the boy in front of me, raising an eyebrow. I was still so confused on why I'm here.

"So...may I ask why you decided to kidnap me?" I asked. I swear I saw a blush creep onto Nico's face before he turned away.

"Well, you technically already asked." I saw a smirk on his face. "Also, I wanted to talk to you about something."

"We're already talking though. And why would you need to talk to a simple Apollo boy?" I snorted. Nico furrowed his eyebrows, but I saw a smile try to work its way onto his face.

Nico didn't reply for a couple minutes. My ADHD was starting to kick in and that annoyed me. I felt like I needed to do something with my hands.

"I like you."

That snapped the ADHD and my thoughts right out the window.

"What?" I asked. Did I hear that right? Or do I need to clean my ears?

"I said I-I like y-you." Nico shrugged, but I could see the red on his face. And he also just stuttered. The Nico Di Angelo just stuttered.

"Wait. Did Nico Di Angelo just stutter?" I started to tease, even though my face started to heat up.

Nico just stayed silent.

"I can't believe my ears! Nico Di Angelo just stuttered! Que lindo...pero espera! ¡Oh mis dioses! Is the world going to end now? Do w-"

I was then cut off by a pair of lips smashing onto mine. I was shocked at first, but then I immediately melted into the kiss. A hand was holding my cheek and I was pressed up against the Hephaestus cabin.

We were like this for about a minute before Nico broke away. We both breathed heavily, both of us silent. Which is honestly a shock because I always have something to say.

"Do you ever shut up?" Nico asked, raising an eyebrow. I just laughed.

"Nah. But that's what makes me awesome." I grinned. Nico just smirked.

Nico was still pressed up against me, meaning I was still pinned to the side of the Hephaestus cabin.

"Can I be free yet?" I asked.

Nico laughed. "Non puoi allontanarti da me."

I was able to slowly translate it. Yes, I did learn Italian, but I'm still sort of learning. But I laughed when I translated it.

You can't get away from me.

"Por supuesto no." I laughed. He did know what the words in the song meant.

Nico moved away from me and we both walked from between the two cabins, me heading to mine, and Nico heading to his.

"Adiòs, Di Angelo." I smiled.

Nico just nodded and continued walking towards his cabin.

I continued to smile as I walked into my cabin. Most of my siblings were asleep. But one was still awake.

"So? What took you so long?" Will raised an eyebrow.

I grinned.

"You were right."

Will seemed to understand what I was talking about and immediately snorted.

"Of course I'm right. I always am!"

I used Google translate for these, but I'm actually slowly learning Spanish. I actually know a lot right now. I started learning in Grade 5, after that only did small amounts on Duolingo, than did another course thing during this year. Hopefully I can learn Spanish when I go to school this coming school year.
