Beautiful- MadoHomu

YOU THOUGHT I HAD ENOUGH

--------------

It was late at night. Homura never experienced such peace, in other words, everything leading up to this moment was worth every second. Madoka was still mad at her, but now she didn't have to protect her, they spent their days rescuing magical girls from all over the world.

It was night now, and Madoka was asleep in her bed. Homura had night shift when it came to collecting souls, but if said soul was a problematic magical girl, it was her job to rescue them as well. Luckily, those types of magical girls were rare.

Then Homura felt it, a magical girl on the brink of death. Not only that, it was one of the problematic magical girls. Homura went down, finding herself in France to watch a magical girl fight.

She knew who it was. Corbeau. She's heard of her from word of other magical girls as they talked in Madoka's silver garden. Homura didn't talk to the magical girls often, they barely knew of her existence, but she didn't mind. She rather watches and listens to their conversations.

Homura bit her lip, listening to Corbeau beg for her life to her sister, a sister she raised. It was horrid to watch.

"Why don't you understand how much I love you?!" Corbeau yelled, on the ground unable to get up. "Well, I do not love you any longer." Her sister replied, shattering her soul gem.

Before Corbeau disappeared, Homura grabbed hold of her.

"What the... I'm alive?" "Nope."

Corbeau looked up at Homura. "Who are you?" She asked, Homura simply held onto Corbeau's hand and brought her up to The Silver Garden. Though, Corbeau wouldn't be staying there. Homura had a little creation of her own, Her Distorted City. A place where Magical Girls had to fight for Grief Seeds, they had good lives in Homura's opinion, but it wasn't relaxing unless the magical girl could prove that they could be worthy to step foot in Madoka's Silver Garden.

After a long pause, Homura finally replied, "I'm your equivalent of Satan. There's no Jesus Christ or God. There are me and Madoka- you call her MadoKami or Godoka, and I'm Homura, but you call me Homucifer." She explains, "We didn't create the world, only created liberation for magical girls. Well, Madoka did at least, I created punishment. You're going to punishment for your crimes."

"Why do I have to call her MadoKami or Godoka, and why do I have to call you Homucifer? Also, if you didn't create the world, who did? And going to punishment is fine. As long as I get to see Isabeau crushed. She ruined my sisters..." Corbeau replied, sending multiple questions at once. "First, you call Madoka by her Goddess names and me by my Devil name because that's the polite thing to do, you don't know us, it's like how you call a witch by their witch name unless you knew them beforehand and you're able to call out their original name because you knew them beforehand." The devil started,

"Also, we don't know who created the universe. It most likely created itself, there's no way a single thing could create something as vast and infinite as the universe. God or not. Finally, Isabeau will be going to the worst of punishments, Lapin will also be coming to your area, and Minou will be joining Isabeau in her punishment, the difference being the fact Minou can move up to your area." The demon inhaled for a second, "You and Lapin can work your way towards stepping into Madoka's Silver Garden, but there's a small chance Minou will do the same. Tart, Riz, Melissa, and Elisa get their special place for their contribution to the world."

Corbeau nodded, continuing to walk to the haven. "So is there a hell of any sorts?" She asked, to which the demon shook her head in denial, "The worst of the worst get to go to hell, we barely created one. You have to do serious shit to get into hell. Isabeau is one of those people that get to go to hell after her punishment. Few people go to hell, the requirements being you fucked more than 100,000 people up, and murdered the same amount for no other reason then domination."

"So essentially, no, there is no hell, but there's layers to heaven, and 'hell' being the worst one, the one that people go to if they're a terrible, awful person." Homura then stopped. "Oh look, we're here."

Corbeau looked down, seeing a beautiful place. It isn't quite what she pictured, familiars were running the place, and magical girls talking, training in combat, and doing what they love.

"Here in this version of heaven, you do whatever as long as you're not hurting someone without consent. Yes, this means you can have kinky sex and we won't care." Homura states, a shocked expression coming on Corbeau's face. "What? We were all thinking about it, and multiple magical girls have asked about it once they came here. Though, you will not be coming to the silver garden. You're a problematic magical girl, you go to the city, where you fight witches instead of resting." Homura leads Corbeau to the city, it was beautiful but roaring with witches and familiars. "If you don't hunt witches, you'll be in great pain, you won't be able to break your soul gem or kill yourself, but you're able to turn into a witch for a moment, and if a magical girl kills you, you pass out for a week. It's extremely painful, the only way to be comfortable here is to hunt witches and get grief seeds, using one once a week. But you gotta remember, this place is full of magical girls, and fights break out easily. Have fun!" Homura wishes Corbeau a goodbye and pushes her into the city.

Corbeau stood and looked at the city, looking around. She jumped and ran to her apartment. "New here?" A magical girl asked as she watched Corbeau go to her apartment. Corbeau nodded. "Heard about you. Yeah, you'll get into a lot of fights, hopefully you can redeem yourself before anything bad happens to ya!" The girl laughed, and then jumped up into the buildings.

...

A year had passed.

Homura was resting in bed, when Madoka suddenly shook her awake, "HOMURA, DOUBLE WAMMY, I SAVE RIZ, YOU SAVE LAPIN AND BRING HER TO CORBEAU, THEN COME BACK HERE BECAUSE I WANT YOU TO TALK TO RIZ!" Madoka yelled, Homura got up tiredly. "Okay, babe I'm up..."

Madoka smiled and ran up the stairs and to watch the clouds. "Ready?" She asked, looking Homura in the eyes with pure determination. "When am I not ready? Also, I'm not rescuing Isabeau when she dies, am I?" Homura asked, but it wasn't the time for questions because Madoka had already jumped off of her haven and down to Endless Hell. "Aw shit, here we go again..."

Madoka swam through the darkness until she found Riz, drowning in the shadows. She grabbed her, causing Riz's eyes to spring open at the sudden light. "Hey, it's going to be okay now. I'll take you away."

Madoka murmured into Riz's ear, lifting her out of the shadows and onto the stairway to heaven. "Wait! I still need to help Tart!" She yelled, trying to break free from Madoka's grip. She thought for a moment, "I have an idea. We'll watch her, and once she needs you, I'll give her your soul gem, got it?"

Riz nodded. So the two waited and watched. When Tart was about to fall into despair, Madoka took Riz's soul gem and kissed it, throwing it at Tart. "Good luck, Riz.

Tart grabbed Riz's soul gem, and merged it with her magical girl form, and began to fight. An irregularity indeed. Kissed by the goddess Madoka herself. Madoka watched as Tart yelled for the forces of heaven, and went up, once the gates of heaven opened up Madoka shot her arrow at Isabeau, tearing the thing to bits, and killing it. Madoka wasn't a magical girl, she was a goddess. With that, Riz's soul gem separated from Tart, Madoka grabbing it quickly.

"Who are you by the way?" Riz asked, looking up at Madoka as she held her soul gem lovingly. "I'm the goddess of this world. I didn't create it, but I created liberation for magical girls. Here, go ahead and go up to heaven, my girlfriend is waiting for you." Madoka ordered, giving Riz her soul gem.

"Girlfriend!?" Riz exclaimed, "Sorry, wife. Yes, it's hard to explain, but just know as long as you didn't murder over thousands of people for no reason other than domination or spite, you won't go to our version of hell." Riz nodded and began to walk up to the gates of heaven.

Riz walked through, and saw Homura waiting there. "Hey, you've been through a lot, haven't you?" Homura asked, Riz's eyes widened, "THE GODDESS OF THIS WORLD'S WIFE IS THE DEVIL?!" She yelled, surprised. Homura laughed and nodded, "Yep! I've been through a lot to save Madoka from death. You've been through a lot? Can relate. I don't usually open myself up for talking like how Madoka does, but you're able to come to me any time. You get a special place along with Tart once she comes up." Homura explains.

"Oh! You call Madoka Madokami or Godoka unless she states otherwise. For now, call me Homucifer, but you'll see Madoka refer to me as Homura, my true name." The devil corrected, Riz nodded, a path towards the special place lit up as Riz walked towards it. "This place... it's beautiful..."

...

Madoka and Homura sighed, exhausted. "We did it! We saved the magical girls that we needed to save! It'll all be okay!" Madoka cheered tiredly. Homura nodded, and got in bed with Madoka, wrapping her arms around Madoka, spooning her. "H-Homura! I told you, we're sleeping on the same bed for now, but no touching! I'm still mad at you!" Madoka squeaked. Secretly, she's been dying for Homura's affection, she's still mad at her of course, but she loves her, she's been avoiding Homura's contact for years, they just started sleeping together 1,000 years ago. She wanted to teach Homura some ground rules, but the rules were extended to long in Homura's opinion.

"I know you like being snuggled. You love my affection, besides, it's too late to fuss about something. Corbeau and Lapin's test to get into your Silver Garden is tomorrow, and I sleep well knowing you're in my arms..." Homura murmured, bringing Madoka closer. Before long, Madoka heard soft snores coming from her wife, and she sighed. "Just for tonight..."

Madoka turned to Homura and they began to cuddle each other to sleep, Madoka's omnipresent soul collecting Magical girls still, so the two knew to rest.

And finally, this wasn't the only night they snuggled to sleep.
