Personality:

Aria as a person can be described as difficult. She can go from being a cold-hearted b*tch to a sweet and loving teenager. A lot of it can depend on her mood really. One thing that is consistent is the girl's loyalty. She will stick by anyone through thick and thin, protecting those that she cares about, even if it means that she loses loved ones in the process. She can't really handle losing people though since she lost her parents (despite the fact that she doesn't remember who they are), lost her horse and father figure (during the first curse) and losing the one person that she felt real love for (Peter). She doesn't know how to handle emotions or any of her own problems at all. Needless to say, the girl would just keep herself emotionless if that was at all possible. 

Likes:

Her horse - Aria was on her own for a little bit. During that time, she came in contact (a few times) with a lone horse, and the two just started to look after each other. Aria saw this horse as her only source of happiness, and she's thankful to have found him when she did. Long rides were distractions from life, but it was just nice to have a companion beside her. Someone to just talk to, even if they wouldn't necessarily talk back to her. 

Spending time with Hook - Aria sees Hook as a father figure. He took her in under his wing, and she's been like a partner in crime/child to him. This girl would spend time with him when given the chance; from stargazing at night to drinking whiskey to sailing on the ocean, anything the girl will get to spend time with someone she sees as family. As long as she isn't separated from Hook (this taking place after the first curse) the girl will be fine.

Combat - Both Peter Pan and Hook taught Aria how to fight (sword and hand to hand). For some reason, this girl enjoys doing it though. It's something about the thrill of having to think quickly and having her life on the line. Aria likes to be able to defend herself and not being some damsel in distress, waiting for someone to come rescue her. 

Dislikes:

Good and Evil - Aria never really understood the difference between the two. The teenager understands that people have a darkness within them that can't be controlled. What she really doesn't understand, though, is what makes someone an evil person. This was mainly because Aria saw good sides in both Hook and Pan. This made Aria more lenient to people who were similar to people like Hook and Pan. Aria just doesn't really like how people are so quick to labeling someone as an evil person or as a good person. 

Curses- After the first curse was broken, Aria was upset and angry. Those emotions were mainly towards Regina. She was furious about how this woman took away Aria's life with Hook and her horse, all because Regina didn't get the happy ending that she wanted. With all the constant curses that kept coming their way, one after another, the anger within Aria continued to grow. The girl would just continue to wish that a normal day would occur in Storybrook.

Grown-ups- From living on Neverland for a long time, a small part of Aria grew to dislike grown-ups. She didn't understand what gave them the authority to tell her what she could and couldn't do. Aria believed she was a mature and responsible girl who could make her own decisions. So, whenever Regina, Emma, Mary Margret or Charming try to make Aria do something, this girl will not hesitate to protest and argue with these people.

Background:

Aria's parents remain a complete mystery to her. She doesn't know who they are or if they are dead or alive. Around the age of 10, Aria was raised in an orphanage before running away. She wanted to help herself. She tried teaching herself how to sword fight, only to embarrass herself when the time actually came to do it. Tried to learn how to shoot arrows, was pretty good at it, but not some master, and as for fighting, she might as well not bother trying. Living in the woods, she came upon a horse name Spirit a few times, before finally, the two started to stick together. The girl somehow got to Neverland (still doesn't understand how that exactly happened) and lived there with Peter for a while. She did develop feelings before they went away quickly, learning about another side of him. Aria left that life before joining Hook on the Jolly Rodger and becoming a pirate.  

Other:

- While Aria was swept away by Regina's first curse, Spirit remained with Hook in the Enchanted Forest
