Imagine...

Team Free Will keeping you safe.

You walked through the aisles of the grocery store, scanning the shelves for your favorite snack. When you finally found it, you snatched it off the shelf and whispered, "Yes!" in victory. You tossed the box into your cart and kept walking down the silent rows of shelves until you felt as if you were being followed. You were suddenly very aware of both the pistol and the angel blade your friend Castiel gave you tucked neatly in the back of your pants, and you clutched your anti possession charm necklace in your hand as you paused for a moment. The footsteps behind you stopped also, before scurrying away. You whirled around, your hand flashing to your angel blade, ready to fight.

"Cas?" You wondered aloud as you let your arms drop to your sides once more, and you stood up straight. The angel looked at you, his expression confused. He then looked back behind him, then at you, then back, then at you. Over and over he did this before he finally spoke.

"I um... I don't believe I was supposed to be seen..." Castiel admitted, scratching the back of his neck. Two deep sighs were heard from the end of the aisle and two more men appeared.

"Dean, Sam? What are you guys doing here?" If you weren't confused enough to see Cas here, you were now. The Winchesters only ever called every now and again ever since you bumped into each other on a hunt. You had all grown close, yet had gone your separate ways when it was all over.

Sam looked to Dean, who looked to Cas, yet he was already looking at Dean. The trench coated angel looked almost as confused as you, but you had learned to get used to that, as he usually was confused at anything human. Dean sighed and turned to you after looking around for anyone listening. "You're in danger. There's a demon after you, and it's mad. Apparently you ganked it's friend and it wants revenge or something, but either way, you need to get somewhere safe. You need to come with us." Dean took a step towards you, looking you in the eyes to show you he was serious. You maintained a serious expression also, scanning each of their faces.

"It's one demon, you guys. Thank you for the heads up, but I've got it. I've got the angel blade Cas gave me, I'll be fine." You assured them, giving them a smile. Dean and Sam both looked to the angel, who was now picking up a load of bread and turning the bag over in his hands. It took him a moment, but he finally looked up.

"What? Did I do something wrong?" He asked worriedly. You couldn't help but grin at his innocence and his constant confusion.

"When did you give Y/N an angel blade?" Sam asked, bewildered. Castiel shoved his hands into the pockets of his trenchcoat, looking between all three of you.

"I check in on her from time to time, and I once went away for quite a while, and I wanted her to be safe. I don't have a demon blade so I gave her an angel blade." He replied simply, turning and putting the bread back. Dean blinked, then looked back at you.

"Anyways... You don't understand. This demon is strong, it's smart, and it's angry. We don't know, it might have some buddies. Just let us take you back to the bunker until we can sort this all out. We'll let you help!" Sam piped up, giving you a warm smile. You looked at him, then Cas, then Dean, before breaking out into a big smile.

"Alright. But only if I'm the one that gets to kill this sucker!"
