Roxy Morton- Blue (a)

Kingsman One Shot

With crossed arms and a vigilant gaze Merlin turned his back to the strong winds and asked you and Roxy to step forward and onto the white marked line.

"In front of you are a pistol and thirteen targets at staggered intervals, your pistol has thirteen rounds in the clip, each with either a red dye or a blue dye. Red for you Roxanne, blue for you y/n. You will start simultaneously, whoever can take out the most targets will get an advantage in the next round." Roxy stepped forward and planted her feet heavily into the floor as she noted the position of the targets that scattered the field. "Once you are both ready to begin, raise your left hand and start firing once the bell sounds."

Since you had both been recruited into the Kingsman training programme, you and Roxy had a fierce streak of competition against each other, and Merlin only seemed to aggravate this by always pairing you up. She brought the iron sights up to her eyes and zipped her aim from target to target.

"I'm sorry about this." She rolled her shoulders back and rose her hand into the air. "I would go easy on you, but I don't want to. Just try your best and don't feel too bad when I win."

"Y/n, we do not have all day. If you could please get into position, that would be great... thank you."

"I could even just get seven, you can get six and it won't look that bad." You brought your hand slowly up into the air, sat your feet into the freshly cut grass and waited for the ringing bell to signal the start. "I do admire your courage sometimes."

"Focus on the task, no need for schoolyard flirting." Roxy grinned and blushed as the bell echoed through the mostly empty field but before she could let off her first round you wrapped your arm around hers and pulled it behind your back, allowing you ample time to quickly fire a blue splatter in the centre of all thirteen targets. "Merlin never said anything about not interfering with our competitor."

"Well..." Once he made sure nobody was going to shoot again, Merlin stepped forward just to check all the landing shots had come from your gun. "I would normally advocate nothing but teamwork within the Kingsman, but it was effective, and I have to admire the quick thinking. The advantage goes to y/n."

"That was very clever y/n." Roxy sat her gun on the line as did you and you stepped back for the next pair to compete. "But, don't think you'll be able to pull a fast one on me like that again, you merely took me by surprise."

"Perhaps you should work harder on not being surprised, that and your terrible flirting technique."
