"Y/N, it's be fine. Thomas will make it back." Your friend, Chuck, said, trying to reassure you. You were standing by the walls if the maze waiting for your boyfriend, Thomas, to return.

"I hope Chuck. But the walls are closing in two minutes." You reply.

One minute left. You were starting to get extremely worried when, Thomas game running to the door. He was going as fats as he could.

"C'mon Thomas!!" You and Chuck screamed. "You can make it!!"

He doubled his pace, if that was even possible. At the last second he squeezed through the door into the glade.

"Thomas," you gasp as he stumbles to the ground. He was panting very heavily. "Let's sit here for a few minutes. Look Newt, Gally, and Clint are coming over." He nods.

"How.....was.......your......day?" He gasps.

"Shh. Don't talk it will make you worse." Once again he nods. His head was resting in your shoulder and you were sitting against the wall.

"What happened?" Newt asked.

"He got out of the maze at literally the last minute." You explain. Newt nods.

"You going to be okay, Tommy? Need to stay at the infirmary?" Newt asks Thomas. Thomas shook his head no and tried to stand.

"Woah, wait. You need your breathing and heart rate to go down before you can walk." Clint said. Thomas reluctantly sat back down.

"I can handle him," you tell everyone. They all exchange glances and leave.

"Hey...Y/N?" Thomas whispers.

"Yeah?" You ask.

"Thank you for loving me so much. And for caring. I can't remember if I was in a relationship before, but I'm glad to have this one." Thomas tells you. Afterwords he was out of breath. You feel yourself blush.

"I feel the same Tom." You say. He kisses your cheek. You say by the wall cuddling for a while.
