"Owen!" You yelled, running down the driveway to him. Owen had just came back from working at Jurassic World, which had been a terrible disaster.

"Hey, Y/N," he said, pulling you into a hug. It felt nice to have him back, he'd been gone for two months.

"Are you okay?!? I heard what happened, but it wasn't even in detail. Just that a genetically engineered dinosaur escaped. They said all do of people were hurt and killed. I was so worried when you didn't answer my calls or texts and-"

You were cut off by Owen kissing you. You kissed him back and moved his forehead against yours. "I missed you." He muttered.

"I missed you too. C'mon, let's go inside." You mutter back. The two of you walked inside and sat on the couch. You moved close into his arms. His arms wrapped around you.

"So what happened?" You finally ask.

"That genetically altered dinosaur, got loose. We had to use the raptors to try to kill it." He started, telling the short version. You gasped and muttered 'but the raptors.' He nodded. "Turned out it was part raptor and then I wasn't the alpha of them anymore. We realized the T-Rex to take it down, the raptors ended up helping anyway."

"You did this alone?" You ask, astounded.

"No. There was one of the owners, Claire, and her nephews, Zach and Gray." Owen explained.

"I'm just glad you're okay." You say, snuggling in closer.

"Me too. It's feels good to be back." He said, kissing your forehead lightly.
