Charles Xavier [X-Men]*
I'm writing this for a friend who needs some cheering up. I haven't seen the movies in a while, so apologies if I get some things wrong. Anyway, enjoy!

You sat alone in the park, a book in your hands. You were consumed in the words, letting your mind wonder to new places. It was a great distraction from your current issues with your boyfriend, Charles Xavier. The two of you had gotten into a disagreement over the amount he works and doesn't spend time with you. It was really just a couple hours at night before you two went to sleep.
The cold nipped at your skin, your fingers turning numb. As much as you wanted to go home, you wanted to prove a point to your boyfriend. He had the day off today and you were stubborn to prove a point. Make him know what it feels like to be alone all day and work at home.
You sneezed, sniffling as snot tried to drip from your nose. Wishing you had brought a thicker coat, you tucked up the collar round your cheeks. People walked around in thick jackets, seeming like they were mocking you for being cold.
"Please, can you come home?" A familiar voice begged, a man sitting beside you on the bench. You sighed, closing your book and pocketing it. Without replying, you scowled and turned to face your boyfriend.
"You need to know how I feel when I'm abandoned all day." You spit out, stubbornly crossing your arm. Charles moved closer, cautiously wrapping an arm around you. Despite your anger, you let it happen, welcoming the warmth.
"We should talk about this. I sit in front of a computer all day, I can try and work a bit more from home. Or you can come with me and work there, we work together anyway." Charles reasoned, scooting closer, sensing your chills. You didn't move, staring forward at a tree. "Let's go home and warm up, please?"
You turned your head to face him, your noses nearly touching due to how close he was. "Fine." You whisper, your eyes starting to well with tears. You knew it was childish to fight over this and to cry over this. That's what upset you most.
The walk to your shared apartment was silent, his hand laced in yours. You cried the whole time, Charles knowing better than to stop and comfort you. People gave you looks as you took the stairs to your apartment, concerned that something was happening.
"Okay, let's sit down and talk about this. Please." Charles said, sitting down on the couch, his arm open for you to come cuddle by him. Your heart fluttered once you noticed he didn't have a coat on outside, going out without something warm to find you.
"Okay.." You mutter, taking your thin sweater off and grabbing a blanket. You cuddled right beside him, forgiving him for a lot. You felt awful for being so ridiculous and hoped against all that he didn't want to break up over this.
"I love you." He started off, kissing your temple. You wiped your eyes, feeling guilty for all that happened.
"I'm so sorry. Charles, I realized on our walk back that you care and that I was being stupid. I really didn't mean to start a fight and I-" You ramble, tears pouring from your eyes.
"No no, I need to spend more time with you. I allowed myself to get too into my work without any consideration for you. This is just as much my fault, if not all mine." Charles tried to convince you, rubbing your side with his hand on your waist.
You did your best to breathe and calm down, mentally cursing yourself for seeming pathetic. Charles just held you close, making sure you knew he had you.
"Can-can we be even?" You stutter, curling into a ball as his arms wrapped around you tightly.
"Course we can. Wanna just relax for now and talk a little later?" Charles suggested, pressing a kiss to your forehead. You nod, smiling just a little bit. You buried your face into the crook of his neck, feeling your body warm up.
You two remained on the couch, consumed in each others arms. Eventually, you laid down, your body practically on top of his from the small couch. Your lips barely left each others, soft kisses constantly on their minds. He held you close, keeping his arms modestly around your body.
"Let's not do that again, fight I mean. Let's stay like this forever." Charles grinned between the soft, meaningful kisses. You nodded, entangling your legs in his. You stopped kissing, burying your head in the crook of his neck again.
"Forever." You say, drunk on the love you had for this man. He reached into his pocket, pulling out a small, shiny object.
"Will you stay with me forever?" He asked, taking your hand in his. Charles squeezed you closer, closer than you ever thought possible. Tears threatened to spill once you picked up on what he was proposing. He was actually proposing.
"Of-of course. I wouldn't have it any other way." You smile, watching as he slid the ring on your finger. He gently lifted your head, his hand under your chin. He planted a firm kiss on your lips, your heart fluttering with extreme happiness.
"I love you." You two say at the same time, laughing as if he had read your mind. It was a joke you two had when this happened, since he could actually read minds. You had a deal that he would never ever do it to you unless he had permission, which he didn't. So it was a little funny when this happened.
"Okay okay, soon to be Mrs. Xavier, I love you." Charles repeated, gently pulling you into a long kiss to complete the night. All thoughts of the fight were gone, now it was just pure love.
