You text Peter, telling him you're on your way. You had challenged him to a game of basketball. You were even allowed to use your powers. Your powers were anti-gravity and speed. You had discovered them a couple years ago. Since then, a lot has happened. You joined the Avengers, learned your best friend was Spiderman, and had learned to control your powers. Tony Stark had taken over as your guardian when your parents had died. You were excellent in hacking, engineering, and annoying the heck out of Tony. But you spent most of your time, especially the school year, with Peter and Ned. They had been your first friends when you came to their school. You loved hanging out with them and you always had a great time.

You look up from your phone and see that you were at the basketball courts. A hand lands on your shoulder. You jump and flip around when laughter explodes behind you. You turn to see Ned and Peter laughing.

"Come on, guys! I thought we agreed not to scare each other!" you say. The last time one of them had scared you, they ended up hanging from your back on top of the ceiling. It had not been a great landing for them.

"Sorry, but I had to do a bet." Peter says. Ned hands him a $5 bill. He takes it. "Now, how about we do that game now." He grabs the ball out of your hand and runs over to a court and makes a lay-up. You come behind him and grab the rebound. You take it up court and dribble, waiting for Peter to come to you. He makes the mistake of grabbing for the ball. You move it out of the way, pivot, and get a clear shot to the basket. You shoot and score.

"Three by Y/n!" you turn to see Ned holding up 3 on one hand, and 2 on the other. He's keeping track of the score. And so far, you lead by 1.

The game continues for 2 hours. The lead changes every 5 minutes. A couple of times, Peter uses his web-shooters and takes away the ball. You quickly get it back though, thanks to your speed. Once, you used your anti-gravity and climb up the basketball hoop and dunk the ball. Peter snatched the ball of the air with his webs a few times, but he could never get past you for a lay-up. He had to trick you and make you sped over (by accident) to the other side of the court. It happened a couple times and you were embarrassed when it happened.

Peter had the ball. The buzzer goes off and he chucks it to the hoop. It rolls in, then out. The final score was 45 – 43, you lead. You had won by a thread. You smirk at Peter and he sticks out his tongue. You were both drenched in sweat, your f/c shirt sticking to your body. You and Peter drink some water and catch your breath. Then your phone buzzed. You check it.

Tony: I need you at the Tower. Got a few upgrades I need to try on your suit.

You reply and turn to Peter. "I have to go, Tony needs me for some upgrades."

"Ok." He says. "Rematch on Tuesday?"

"Sure thing." You reply. "I'll see you tomorrow. Bye, Peter, Ned!" you turn and sped off to the Tower. Once there, you helped Tony with the updates. After, you got some food and watched an episode of f/s. When Tony enters the room, he sees you asleep on the couch. He turns off the TV and places a blanket on you before leaving you in peace. You had had a great day.
