Eric Renard X reader

I set about to decorating my home for Halloween,each year I normally help out other people with there decorations. Like last year I helped Monroe put up his decorations and let me tell you it was a load,this year though I'm doing the decorating for myself. Thankfully with no Grimm activity going on I can start work with what I would like to get done. I'm outside my house trying to put up some bat shaped lights,when a black cared pulled up into the driveway. I didn't pay it any attention as I'm trying to not fall.

"Need some help with that small fry?" I hear a man's voice say,I looked down towards the floor and saw none other than Eric Renard standing there
"How many times do have to tell you,don't call me small fry" I tell him,I carefully climb back down the ladder to move it over
"Alright then,do you need some help little Hobbit?" Eric asked,I glared at him
"You aren't that much taller than me Renard" I say" But since you asked,yes I could use the help"
"Good I will get my driver and bodyguard to do it then " Eric said.

"Oh no you don't"I say to the black haired man" You offered to help,so you are going to help me or else" I said
"I'm a prince you know?" Eric said unhappy with the thought of climbing a ladder
"That doesn't count in Portland"I say"As I tell you brother"
"Don't bring Sean into this" Eric said
"You still haven't forgiven him for last Halloween have you?" I asked, heading inside
"How can I forgive him for making a pass at my own girlfriend " Eric said
"To be fair you never told Sean that we are dating " I said.

I walked into my living room to collect more lights to go up,but strangely they weren't where I had left them
"Weird" I say mostly to myself
"I know Sean is" Eric said
"No not that" I say turning to him" These lights I left them on the sofa,so how did they get on the table?"
"Maybe you moved them without realising it"Eric said
"I'm not crazy rich boy" I said
"So what do you need me to do?" Eric asked taking off his no doubt expensive suit jacket and putting on the table.

"Can you go into the backyard and collect the pumpkins please" I tell him
"What am I getting from all this?" Eric asked as he left the room,I filled him as far as the kitchen
"Your my boyfriend,so I'm not paying you"I say as I look around for the biscuits I had baked
"You can pay me in a different kind" Eric said coming back into the kitchen
"I will think on it,so where are my pumpkins?" I asked
"There not out there" Eric said
"What?" I headed out the back door and saw that he is right,there are no pumpkins to be seen"That's odd"

I headed back into the kitchen and then threw to the living room
"First the lights have moved,the my biscuits are gone and now I have no pumpkins,what is going on here?" I ask Eric
"Maybe someone is pranking you" Eric suggested
"Well I know it's not you" I said,I go to the phone pick it up and call Monroe" Monroe is there such thing as a poltergeist Wesen?"
"Not that I'm aware of no,why do you ask?"Monroe asked
"Because someone or something is moving things in my house and I can't think of anything else" I tell him

"I call Nick had we will head to your house shortly,you aren't alone are you?" Monroe asked
"No Eric is here with me" I said
"Ah...right,I'll bring Rosalie as peacekeeper then" Monroe said before hanging up
"So what's going on?" Eric asked
"Monroe is coming over with Rosalie and Nick"I said, I know Nick and Eric haven't got along since Eric sent Nick crazy
"Lovely a visit from the Grimm reaper before Halloween"
