Patton's pov

On the way home nobody really spoke. The walk wasn't far but it felt like it dragged on.

Seeing Virgil so happy to see his friend made me happy. But I had a weird feeling in my chest. It was odd I didn't know how to react to it. It made me feel drained and tired I wanted to sleep. We got back to the apartment and I went and sat on the couch the feeling not to strong but I was still tired.

"Patt?" Virgil sat down next to me.

"Are you ok?" He asked me. I wasn't sure.

"Ya,just tired" I said rolling over on my side.

"Ok" I heard his voice say as he got up from the couch.

Something in me broke then,my chest hurt my stomach was in a twist. And my eyes burned, probably from the tears I was holding back.

What was going on? My body shook as I sniffed my tears away. Logan however took notice and sat next to me looking at me with concern. "Patton,what's wrong" he asked taking my hand. I looked up at him his dark blue navy eyes looking at me with intent. I shook my head not knowing what was wrong.

He just nodded and sat with me not saying anything. That helped oddly enough. Just having someone there. I wasn't sure what was going on. But Logan was definitely helping.
