•Homeschooled or Public schooled? Your choice. Not everyone has to do the same one.

•Any after school activities? (Ex- Dance, gymnastics, music, baseball, etc.)

•What time are any after school activities, and on what days?

•Any medical issues? (Ex- Diabetes, etc)

•Injuries? How often? (Note: these can happen whenever you want)

•Favorite colors?

•Ideal room description? Don't be too descriptive, as I might not be able to find a good one.
