Senshi POV: Age - 43
I arrive to my dad's house after work to pick up my kids and as I get there I see them playing on the garden under dad's careful eye. As I get down from the car they come to me cheerfully.
Santi-Dad.
-Kids.
I get down on my knees welcoming them to my arms in a group hug.
-Hi little ones. How was your day?
Santi-It was good. We had fun.
Soleil-A lot of fun.
Santi-Dinner is being cooked. Can we stay and eat here?
I sigh and giving them each a kiss I speak softly.
-Come on now, let's go eat then.
They cheer as they run inside and I go after them with dad behind me.
Two years later
Koray POV: Age - 21
I wake up one morning and getting ready for work I shower and do so and so I start braiding my hair, I give my nail a retouch and I apply my clear sparkling lip gloss. Is the one I use the most because it doesn't stand out that much. As I get ready that I'm nearly done my phone rings, I suspect what it is because is work but I still answer.
-Hello.
Boss-Hi Koray, remember the problems with the store that's been happening lately?
-Yes.
Boss-Well, it was a tragedy and we lost everything. You can come to me and pick up your last paycheck. Is for the time you worked, I thought of giving you a compensation but I don't have enough money for it so..........
-I understand. Well, it was good while it lasted. I'll pick up the check today. You are at work, right?
Boss-Yeah, I'm picking my stuff up and cleaning up everything.
-Wait for me. I'll be right there.
He makes an agreement sound and hanging up I go with Aibek to go to work.
Two years later
Santiago POV: Age - 14
I sigh and giving up on trying to sleep I get up from bed. I can't forget what happened between my girlfriend and myself last weekend. She hasn't called me since and I haven't done so either but I can't stop thinking about her. Wandering the reasons why I couldn't sexually work with her I come up with the reasoning that I don't love her anymore. I get along with her and we're mostly good friends even though I tried to make it work and I know she tried too. I sigh as I still can't sleep and being restless I get up and I sneak out of my room and to the kitchen for a snack. As I go back to my room after the snack I pass by my dad's study, where he works. I stop and consider going in but as always, is closed. With my mind made up I go to dad's room and I find he's deeply asleep. Good, I only need the key. I sneak it out of his bed table and so I go open the door to his study with the promise that this will be interesting. I smile as I look around and as I sit at his laptop on the desk I tune it up and, of course and as expected, it has a password. I smile as I know what it is and as I browse by his drafts and the ones he has published before I don't find many that get my attention. I try to look for porn that have girls similar to my girlfriend but none of them excite me. That only worries me more as there might be something wrong with me, there has to be. I sigh as I rest my head in my arms.

I got no idea when I fell asleep but I wake up as dad shakes me awake.
-Uh?
Senshi-Wake up. Come on, go to your room.
I look around and rubbing my eyes I stretch.
-I.........I'm..................
I scratch my hair and so I get up to go to my room. Dad follows me as I slide back in the bed.
Senshi-You know you can't go in my study.
-I was curious.
Senshi-Sometimes you're too curious for your own good.
I look at him and I quickly look away as he's looking at me.
-I might have a problem and my curiosity. Is starting to scare me and I'm not sure if is normal or what to do about it and I don't know how to handle it.
Senshi-Does it has to do with you being on the study?
I nod and I fidget my fingers on the silk of the bed as I gather my thoughts.
-Would you help me with that?
Senshi-Sure, just tell me what's the problem.
-Is, maybe I had it from before but I just started noticing last weekend. I went camping with my girlfriend and it almost happened. That was the whole point of the trip or mostly but it could not happen but still, the reason why it didn't happened is, I don't understand it. I just...........I...............
I stammer and dad holds my shoulder gently relaxing me.
Senshi-Calm down, then continue.
I take a few deep breaths before I continue but this time I just blurt it out not looking at him.
-I couldn't get an erection with her. I like her or I thought I did until that time happened.
Senshi-Try if you can see it from another point of view.
-How can perspective help me?
He smiles at me before he speaks.
Senshi-What would you recommend me if I was the one having this problem? I don't get an erection with my lover, what do you recommend?
Suddenly I feel more confident and I am able to think.
-Hmm, maybe you don't like her but something else and oh.............
Senshi-And that's how perspective works.
He pokes my forehead and I chuckle faintly.
-But then, I don't like her.
Senshi-I suspected that relationship was not going to work but sometimes you have to see that yourself and live it. I can tell that you're good friends but for a relationship, that side was not going to work.
-Hmm, you did told me it was too soon and I did it anyway. Sorry, you were right.
Senshi-Is alright. I'm always here to help you.
-Thanks. Now I got to organize my ideas and everything else. See what's my next step.
Senshi-Good luck little one.
I sigh and as dad goes away I lock the door and taking my phone I text my soon to be exgirlfriend.

Later that night I go with her to the lake and we walk by the edge of the water that night. The silence between us is heavy, awkward and tense. The fact that we don't touch is very evident but I still feel bad. I sigh and stopping I speak.
-I'm sorry for what happened.
?-Don't be. You'll be ready eventually and then we can try again.
-No. We can't stay together. We can be friends but nothing more.
?-But but, how? When? Why?
-I'm sorry but I think is best that way. I gave this a lot of thought and I get along with you and is nice being with you but I don't love you. I thought I did but I realized I don't and I'm truly sorry for that.
She sighs in defeat and I follow her lead.
?-Alright, I can't keep you as my boyfriend but maybe we get along better as friends. Can we be friends with benefits? Just for a little bit.
I laugh and poking her forehead I speak.
-No benefits. You know I don't get excited.
?-Then after we figure out the problem.
-Not even then. We're just friends from now on.
?-I'm sorry. I like you and I had to at least try.
I laugh and as I do I see the lake still at our side.
-Do you want to swim a little bit?
?-I would but I don't have a swimsuit.
-So? Skinny dipping then.
She starts complaining but I focus on getting undressed and on the water. As I get back up on the water to breathe I rub my hair back and I wave at her.
-Come on in, or are you afraid of what might be on the water?
?-Of course not.
She gets naked and jumps in the water and she pops up right in front of me.
?-I am not afraid.
-I can see that and you will see this too.
?-Hey.
She stays slightly shocked as I splash her with water and we keep it up until we get sleepy and so we get out of the water. As we finish dressing up I turn to her.
-I can charge you home if you're too sleepy to walk. Or tired.
?-You're way too sweet. I can still walk, now come on, let's go.
I nod and so we go. I let her on her home and then I go to my own house. I go to my bed and directly to sleep.

Koray POV: Age - 23
I wake up early one day and looking at my girlfriend taking the entire blanket by herself I smile. I lean on her and I brush her hair a little.
-Jess, I'm going to work.
J-Hmm, I thought you had free today.
-I did but I still want to buy a few things. Do you want me to bring you something?
J-Not really but you can surprise me if you like.
-Alright. I'll come for you to go out to dinner.
J-Sure. Have a good day. Love you.
-Love you too babe.
I kiss her slightly and then I leave to the streets and I call my cousin Aibek.
Aibek-Hello.
-Hi cousin.
Aibek-Hi, hey, hello, how are you? What have you been doing?
-Hey calm down. Meet me at the usual in an hour.
Aibek-Alright. I'll be right there.
-See you then.
Aibek-See you.
I hang up and so I go to my first destination. The jewelry store. I go in, pick my order and looking at it I smile almost on the verge of tears, happy tears, but I hold them back and I let it out with a deep breath. Being calm and steady I go to meet with my cousin.
I chuckle as he's already there.
-Aibek.
Aibek-Koray.
We laugh as we hug and so we lean on the car and we speak about everything and everyone like we always do. That is until I speak up to him.
-You know, I'm going to change my life today or rather tonight at dinner.
Aibek-Oh come on, how much more changes can you make to your life?
-Wedding engagement and kids.
He looks at me shocked before he smirks.
Aibek-You're proposing to Jessica tonight at dinner?
-So clever. I got the ring. Want to see it?
Aibek-Sure.
-You'll see it soon on her finger.
Aibek-Aw.
He pouts and I sigh.
Aibek-Really?
-Yeah, sorry. I just..........
I am interrupted when my phone rings and looking I smile showing him the phone.
-Is her.
He smiles and so I answer.
-Hi darling. Up yet?
I straighten up as is a guy's voice on her phone.
?-Sir Koray? Am I speaking with Koray?
-Yes, who are you and why do you have this phone?
?-I'm a doctor, Jeffrey Jones, at the general hospital. If you can come as quickly as you can I can brief you in everything.
-I'll be right there.
I hang up and I take a moment to compose myself.
Aibek-Koray? Are you alright? What happened?
-I don't know. Just, just follow me in your car and we'll find out what's  happening together.
Aibek-Stay calm.
I nod and he pats my cheek before he goes to his car and so I go to mine and he follows me to the hospital.
