Apex POV: Age - 43
I wake up in the middle of the night having a bad feeling that I can't quite explain. I'm supposed to be happy, my son and my niece came back from training and they will stay home now. I may be affected by the storm and the strong rain that is going on tonight. I stretch and sliding my nightgown on I go down the hallway to my son's room and I peek inside. I look at my son sleeping very peacefully in his bed. He's all spread out on the bed, tangled in a mess of blankets and limbs and his really long hair spread all over him and the bed. I sigh and closing the door I go to the kitchen for a snack. As I eat I go around and I just walk and look over the house bored when I see a shadow on the crystal of the front door. I am on guard instantly but I'm also curious or rather, the bad feeling I had before came back but I still go check. I open the door and someone falls inside the front door.
-Wow.
I kneel down to check and I see is a rather young lady. With the flashes of light from the lightning I see that she's bleeding, she's hurt but I can't tell where. I grab her up in my arms and closing the door I set her on the couch in the living room. I treat her as best as I can and she's not that badly hurt, just cuts and bruises. I'm a bit surprised when she wakes and pushes me aside with stunning strength.
??-Who are you? Why are you touching me? Where am I?
She asks a few more questions as she turns to get up but her strength quickly fades as she falls to the floor. I try to help but she grimaces off from me before she faints again. I catch her and I tuck her in the couch with some blankets and a very soft pillow before I go to sleep myself.
Ichigo POV: Age - 22
I wake up very early even before sunrise and hating my guts to the very core I slide a hoodie on and I get up for an early run and as I turn to leave I see a very familiar someone having a snack in the kitchen. I step back and go in the kitchen instead of outside.
-Eva? Evangeline.
E-Ichigo!
She comes to my arms and I hug her gently.
-What happened? I thought you would come in two more weeks. Did I calculated the time difference wrong?
E-No, you're right, I came sooner.
-Why? What happened? There must be a reason why.
E-I just, is just............
-Calm down, come, let's go to my room and you can tell me everything there.
E-We need Scarlett too.
-Easy, rest, calm down and when you're calm we can talk. The three of us, for now, you can take your nap in my bed.
E-But............
-But nothing. Take this small moment to forget everything. Just relax.
E-Would you stay here? Until I fall asleep.
-Of course. I'll stay here, I'll always stay with you.
Giving her a soft kiss I get in the bed with her and I cuddle her in my arms to help her fall asleep. Although I'm curious about why she came sooner I don't read her mind to know why she did but is evident now that I look at her closely. She's wounded, slightly, it doesn't seem like is anything serious but I still worry. She's after all my girlfriend, the woman I love, who I want with me.

I stay with her for a while longer until she wakes up and I smile when she looks at me.
-Hi. Are you feeling better?
E-Still worried but better. Thanks.
-Why?
E-For watching over my dreams.
-I promised I would stay.
E-Things are bad at school.
-What happened?
E-Remember that there are six very powerful persons at school. Three of them are traitors.
-I thought it was only one.
E-Let me start from the beginning.
-Sure.
E-The six most powerful are the director, you and your cousin, the two teachers and the prodigy student that turned bad before you came.
She breathes before she speaks again.
E-The student that went bad is the child of those two powerful teachers. The teachers actually made him bad to get him expelled but they stayed to help him come later and take over everything and everyone. Right now.
-What happens right now?
E-As soon as you and Scarlett left he came back and together with the two teachers they took over the school very quickly with the help of an army. The three of them fought the director and defeated her and now the mother is the director, the father and the kid are the trainers, teachers, torturers and everything else. Is, chaotic.
-How did you came here? How did you escaped?
E-It was easier than I thought. Is a chaos and they are so consumed on keeping the director in check that they didn't notice anything else at all. I saw the animals escaping and I followed them and then I came here to find you and Scarlett.
-I will go but only after you heal.
E-Your dad can watch over me as I heal while you and your cousin rescue the director.
-I don't want to leave you alone.
E-I will be fine and safer.
-But.........
Sca-Ichigo!
I look at my window and then at her and she smiles.
E-Go. It might be important.
-But Eva.....
Sca-ICHIGO!!!!!
E-Go.
-Coming!
I kiss Evangeline lovingly before I turn to leave.

Just going out I trip over something.
-Ow.
I sit up to see a snake anaconda in the doorstep. I step up and I bump into my cousin.
Sca-Took you long enough.
-What's happening here?
Sca-The school animals told me something you should know. The director.............
-Defeated by the kid and their parents the teachers.
Sca-How did you know?
-Evangeline.
She gives me a knowing look before she waves her hand dismissing it.
Sca-Of course she did. Should've known. When did she told you? What else did you do with her? You're such a bad boy.
-She just told me, she's sleeping in my room.
She gives me a knowing look and I sigh.
-We didn't do the nasty.
Sca-Good bad boy.
She pets my head nicely and I can't help but smile at that.
-So, how did the animals came here?
Sca-Alrighty then, charge her for a moment.
I breathe sharply as I feel something on my foot. I look to see the snake I tripped over coming to climb on me and I step back from the snake.
Sca-Easy now, she won't hurt you.
-It feels weird.
Sca-Here, grab her. Or rather, bend down so I can reach.
I see how she's charging her and I get on a knee so she can place the snake on my shoulders and she does but I'm not very comfortable with the snake on me but Scarlett finds it amusing as she giggles softly while she sees me.
-Alright, I charged now grab her away.
Sca-No. She's staying on you. You're her tree.
-Please Scarlett.
Sca-No. You tripped over her.
-Do I get a choice?
Sca-Strangling is your other choice.
I look at the snake and I sigh.
-I will charge her but still, one question.
Sca-Yes?
-Well, two questions. First, is it a girl or a boy?
Sca-Is a she, that's why she's so big.
-Alright then, would she really strangle me?
Sca-Not really. Actually, she likes you, she likes me more but she still likes you because you love me and protect me.
-As an ally.
Sca-She will grow into you as a friend or maybe even as a family. None of these animals will hurt anyone unless I want them hurt or they manage to hurt me.
-Ow.
I groan as something pulls along my hair and then I ask.
-Scarlett. What's on my hair?
She makes a noise that tells me is adorable.
Sca-A lemur. How cute. He climbed by your hair.
-Can you tell him to get off?
Sca-No, help me with them. Let's pet them together.
-I don't really like animals that much. I can't even understand them.
Sca-You don't need to understand them to love them. Let them love you.
-What? Scarlett, what do you mean by that?
Sca-You'll see.
-No wait, Scarlett, baby cousin.
She laughs as she goes away and some of the other smaller animals come towards me and to make everything easier I sit down on the grass as they all turn to me.

I end up with the anaconda on my shoulders, three monkeys on my head and shoulders, a horse and a deer  behind me on both sides so they can both nudge me, a lion, a black panther and a tiger in front of me and I am petting just the snake. In a moment she lies on the grass with her entire body around me and I pet her softly when my cousin calls me out.
Sca-Ichigo! Don't do that.
-What? Don't do what?
Sca-Don't pet her like that.
-Why? What's wrong?
Sca-You're petting her very close to where she does the nasty.
-Oh, can you take them away? I want to go with Eva.
She gives me a look before she turns to the animals.
Sca-Sure. Come on now, leave him alone. Go to my window and room. Go on come on.
The animals get up and go away and so I get up too and giving her a slight kiss on the cheek I go inside the house and towards my room where I find Eva fooling around with my clothes. I can't hold on a laugh that makes her turn to me and be highly embarassed.
E-Ichigo.
-What are you doing?
E-Well, I didn't bring any clothes with me and the ones I was using are dirty so I.......I don't know. They still smell like you.
She inhales deeply and laughing I pull her to me.
-Why smell the clothes if I'm right here.
E-Hmm.
-Well, now you can smell me, see me, touch me and do everything to me.
E-What do you have in mind?
-I was going to take a shower. Scarlett made me pet her animals.
E-They touched my man? How dare they?
-My thoughts exactly but, if you want you can shower with me.
E-Hmm, a really long and hot shower with you. What a good idea.
-Wait for me one moment. There is one thing I want to get you.
E-But I want the shower first. Please, yes, please.
-Alright fine. Let's both forget about everything. Let me close the curtains and everything so no one looks in at us or get in to interrupt us.
She smiles and so I go to the window and as I close it my family gives me a look.
-What? Is getting cold.
Ap-Don't lock them.
I close the window and looking at dad I lock it as I wave mouthing goodbye to them all and so I close the curtains tight and everything with lock before I turn back to my girlfriend.
-Shall we?
I smirk and she walks with me to the bathroom. I only manage to get my hoodie off before they call me again.
Sca-Ichigo! Come here a moment.
I growl but I keep kissing Eva but they keep calling me.
E-Sounds serious. I don't mind waiting for you.
I scoff but going out I barely keep it under control as I speak.
-Now what? What more do you want from me?
I ask angry and barely keeping from screaming.
