Jasmine James POV
I wake up one morning and at first I don't want to get up but stretching I still get up. I sigh and going to my closet I tie my hair in a tight braid and I get dressed with a pair of jeans and a high neck sleeveless shirt. I tie my shoelaces and going downstairs I hear that everyone is already awake. I smile and going in I go directly towards my dad.
-Hey dad, morning.
CJ-Morning. Let me serve you breakfast.
-No no no, I'm going to eat out.
CJ-Are you sure? Don't you want me to pack you something and you eat it on the way?
-Dad, I will be fine. I bet he's hungry about now.
I laugh and I hug him tightly.
-I will be just fine dad. I love you and don't worry so much about me.
CJ-I love you too.
He squeezes me a bit harder before he let's go of me.
CJ-Go have fun then.
-Ah, best dad ever.
I laugh and pulling him down I give him a kiss.
-See you later.
CJ-See you.
With that I go away and I go towards my dragon. He tilts his head up nudging me with his head gently and I laugh as I push him off enough to pet him.
-Yes boy. We're going to eat now.
I get up on his back and spreading his wings he takes up to the skies and so we go to the hunting grounds to hunt for our food as always.

Ten years later
Ethan POV
I sit up on the bed but before I can do anything else I get pulled back down on the bed. I laugh as Erik wraps himself around me keeping me down and I cup his cheek in my hand.
Erik-Stay here with me.
-I have to go back home. I'll be back in the night again.
Erik-Then stay a bit more. You can arrive late to that family meeting.
-I could and I want to but..........
I make a face before I groan and I lean completely back on the bed being lazy. He gets up kissing my shoulder, then my neck, along my jawline and then to my lips and I kiss him back.
Erik-Decisions are always hard. I know.
He gives me a quick kiss that I savour even for the second that it lasts.
-I love you.
Erik-I love you too.
With that we make love slowly, gently and just once before he goes to work and I go to my childhood house. I arrive there late for breakfast as is almost time for lunch. I stay in the car a bit and I turn to look at myself in the mirror, I fix my hair back and I tie it in a small ponytail, it has grown longer this last decade and I kind of like it, Erik likes it too and that's more than enough for me to keep it long. I sigh and I get down from the car and I look at the house where I used to live when I was a kid. I look around and I see that Ian and Alexandra's cars are already here. Ian has a black Prius while Alexandra has a red Corvette. I roll my eyes and passing them I go to the front door and I knock a few times. I just stand there and I wait not too long for the door to open and reveal my grandma there. She hugs me and suddenly I feel a bit annoyed at that.
-Yeah, that's enough hugging.
Kida-Sorry but is been so long. Come on in, everyone is here and on the living room already.
-Sure.
She pushes me in and leads me to the living room where I just lean in the doorway and watch them. My dad, my big brother, my little sister and four little kids playing there in the middle with them watching. My gaze turns to the kids, three boys and a girl.
The biggest kid has black hair that's short and spiky, the girl has a beautiful and long reddish curly ponytail, the other big boy has light brown hair short and messy and then I turn to the smallest boy there. I can tell he's just a toddler that's just learning to walk as he tries to get up but fails. He has brown hair and he's a real cutie so I keep watching him and when I realize it he's getting closer to me as he slowly walks towards me reaching out to me.

Small kid-Play.......up up up.
He keeps coming forward and I try to turn him away.
-No, go over there. Play there.
Small kid-River play.
-Turn around child.
He laughs and he reaches me and he clings to my leg tightly. I pat his head hesitating a bit as I look to my siblings who are looking at me knowingly.
Alex-It seems he likes you.
Ian-Play with him.
-Another time, I'm not good company today.
I take the kid up and keeping him at distance I place him back with the other kids.
-There, play with your fellow kids.
I take a nearby toy and give it to him and he forgets about me instantly.
Ian-His name is River and he's three, the one over there is Brad. He's seven
Brad-Hi.
Ian-That other one is Kurt. He's ten.
Kurt-Hey.
Ian-Those are my kids.
-And the girl?
Alex-Mine. Her name's Zuleyka and she's six.
Zuleyka-Hi.
I wave at them and I lean on the wall again.
-Ian has been very busy. Haven't you?
Ian-Very funny.
Alex-And? When will you have your own kids?
-I am considering marriage but kids, not yet.
Ian-You are?
Alex-Who is the lucky girl?
-Wouldn't you want to know. Too bad because I won't tell.
Ian-As secretive as always.
-I am not secretive, I'm just reserved and I like my privacy.
I shrug at them and I turn to sit on the couch.

-When did you married Ian?
Ian-I didn't marry. We are just boyfriend and girlfriend.
-With three kids.
Ian-Is an open and modern love. We live as a married couple and we're happy like that.
-Is your life. Alex, how is your matrimonial life? I know you did married, uh, Ivan.
Alex-I did, nine years ago and he died.
-Sorry.
Alex-Don't worry about it. That was five years ago. Besides, I have other things to worry about.
She looks at her daughter and I smile at her.
-On to other things, why did you named him River?
Ian-Funny story, we were actually driving back home from the park and just as we were crossing the river, the bridge, he was actually born on the car while crossing the bridge. I had to hurry to the hospital to make sure and check they were both healthy and fine. Because he wasn't supposed to be born yet.
-How premature?
Ian-Eight months. Not that soon either but still, we both freaked out.
Yadiel-Kids, lunch time.
The three bigger kids rush to the kitchen and the toddler tries to follow but he falls as he tries to run behind them. I look as Ian picks him up and he goes to the dining room with our sister following close behind and after a moment I go follow them but with other plans.
Yadiel-Sit down to eat Ethan.
-I'm not eating. I'm actually going back to my own home.
Alex-Aww, leaving so soon? Why? Stay a bit longer, please.
-Sorry sis but, I really want to go. It was nice seeing you all together and meeting your kids but I want to go.
Alex-Is there any way to change your mind to stay longer?
-Not really. I'll be back sooner than you think. Maybe even sooner than I think myself.
Ian-Let him go. He will be back.
Alex-I know but, is been so long since we last saw him.
She hugs me and smiling I hug her back resting my chin on her head.
-I promise it won't be that long this time.
I get off from her and I lift her hand to kiss it and she smiles but then as I back away her expression changes and she holds me back.
Alex-What is this?
-What?
She points to the inside of my wrist and I sigh as she's pointing at one of my tattoos.
-That's one of my tattoos.
Alex-Show it to me.
I sigh rolling my eyes and sliding my sleeve up I show her. Is and E, a heart and then another E.
Alex-Ethan loves Emily.
-Almost there.
Alex-Ethan loves Emma?
-Not that one either.
Alex-Eve, Estrella, Estela, Evangeline?
-Not any of those but keep guessing, you will never get it if I don't tell you, which I won't do yet. Eventually I will but not now. Now please, I have to go.
Alex-Alright. Go if you have to.
-Love. Bye. See you later.
With that I kiss her forehead and I go away and back home with Erik.

Aijaz POV
I get up and standing up I go check my kids room. I turn to Eijaz's room and taking a glimpse I see he's sleeping in a horizontal way with his head hanging from the bed as well as an arm. I sigh and going in I get him on the bed again and I tuck him in properly. I sigh and I go to Ruby's room now. Her bed has the curtains closed so I have to go in and move them out of the way. I open one of the side curtains of the bed and I see her sleeping peacefully. I smile and closing the curtain I go back to my own room but instead of going to my own bed I turn and I sneak with Parvaiz on his bed with him. I laugh as even in his sleep he reaches out for me. I smile and pulling him closer I nudge him a bit.
-Parvaiz, wake up.
He shifts a bit and he's almost awake or about to wake up so I keep going. I kiss his neck softly and to his jawline until I kiss slightly on his lips. I smile as he's already awake but he's faking the sleep now. His hands are also a very good sign that he's awake. I smile to myself and sitting on top of him I rest my hand on his chest and I gaze down to kiss him and he kisses me back. Is greedy, deep, passionate and it feels good. I let it travel down his neck and he groans softly.
-See? I knew you were awake.
Parvaiz-I was since you got on the bed. Come here you.
He sits up and grabbing me by the back of the neck he pulls me down with him. We both laugh softly and then we kiss and fall into a bliss of pleasure the rest of the night.

Jasmine James POV
I laugh and scream as my dragon twirls in the sky spinning and enjoying himself. When he stops I laugh and brushing my hair back and out of my face I pet him softly.
Fang-<How was that?>
-<That was good. Thanks.>
Fang-<Are you hungry?>
-<Not really but maybe if we get something I will eat a bite or two.>
Fang-<Well then, let's find something to eat.>
With that he let's out a powerful roar and with that we eat a few fishes. He eats his raw and he cooks mine with his fire breath. Only when we're full is that we both go back home to rest but what we find there puts us more on edge.
