3rd person pov

Talyn just stood there in shock at seeing six Thomas's in the living room. "What is happening?.....I'm dreaming right? I must be dreaming"

Thomas slowly stood up "sadly no your not dreaming Talyn, you may want to sit down for the explanation though" He said gesturing to the couch. Talyn reluctantly walked over and sat down.

The rest of gang stood up. Virgil still visibly mad that Thomas for forgetting to lock the door. Then the familiar sound of the door clicking open as Joan walked into the situation playing out before them. Virgil once again glared at Thomas.

Joan looked from Thomas to the rest of them then to Talyn. "Hiiii Thomas?" He said looking back and forth between the others.

"Hi Joan" Patton said waving frantically. Joan gave a small wave back clearly confused.

"Sit down, I'll explain" Thomas said,Joan listened and sat next to Talyn on the couch.

Thomas began to explain the events of the last weekend. Talyn and Joan giving confused looks or a nods every so often. Logan had began pacing the room stressed out. Roman and Patton had continued playing monopoly like nothing was happening. Virgil was still glaring at Thomas for not locking the door. David stayed on the floor putting his head in his knees,not having moved at all from his original position.

As the story ended Thomas let out a big sigh. Bringing everyone back to reality to see his friends reactions. Witch were nothing they just sat there processing the truck load of new information. After a while of silence Logan spoke up.

"Neither of you have anything to say?" They both looked at him

"There's not much to say" Talyn exclaimed.

"There are multiple things you could say" Logan stated "you could say how you feel or what your thinking. Or possibly what your not thinking. Or what your don't understand—-" Virgil cut him off

"Ok we get it Logan you can stop"

"Oh um I was just giving them ideas but ok" Logan huffed.

Thomas sighed "I'm sorry about all this" he said looking at his friends. "I know that this is a lot to take in"

Talyn and Joan looked at each other sadly.

"It's fine Thomas,we're the ones that came in one you" Joan said standing up.

"Ya don't sweat it" Talyn said.

Thomas gave a small smile "thanks guys"

"I just have one thing to say" Joan said.

"What is it" Thomas asked

"It's actually not for you buddy" they said patting Thomas on the back. "It's for you" they said kneeling down next to David who still had his hands in his knees. David looked up at them.

"Me..me?"

"Ya,I just wanted to say I'm sorry for what that man did to you" Joan said giving a smile.

"Thanks Joan,that means a lot"

"Ya same here that was really messed up"Talyn piped in.

David's POV

I had forgotten what it felt like to be happy.

Why?

For what reason?

It didn't benefit any of them!?

And yet they forgave me,just like that. They tossed aside everything I had done to them. I didn't know what to think,I had a family,friends people I could.....that I could trust.

The feeling felt foreign,long forgotten. Like a old memory coming back into focus. It felt odd,strange,like I didn't deserve it.

Because I didn't,Why should me of all people be happy? I have done so much hurt and destroyed entire earths. I didn't deserve this,not one bit.

Talyn and Joan eventually went home leaving me with my new family? But....still I felt out of place.

"You ok kiddo?" I looked up from the floor to see Patton. Love and caring in his eyes.

"Ya I'm fine,I just have a lot of feelings about all this"

"Yaaaa that's a lie" Virgil said sitting next to me. "Trust me I know,you feel out of place,like you still don't belong,you've done to much bad right?" I could tell by his tone of voice Virgil knew where I was coming from.

I looked at the floor I didn't want to admit it but Virgil was right. I just nodded my head in agreement.

"Well that's ok kiddo,feelings are natural especially considering what you've been through" Patton said sitting down on the ground.

"You think?"

"Ya I have lots of emotions,we all do well" Patton put his hand on the side of his mouth blocking it "maybe not Logan"

"I heard that!" Logan called out. Patton hunched his shoulders realizing he and been caught.

"Sorry Logan" he yelled to his friend.

"It's fine Patt" Logan began waking over to us. "I know I'm a little"

"Pigheaded?" Virgil said cutting him off. Logan gave him a glaring look.

"I was going to say serious" Logan continued.

"If anyone's pigheaded here it's you Virgil" Roman said joining us in the living room with a glass of water in hand.

"Hey don't talk about Virgil like that Roman" Patton butted "you can be unrealistic at times" Roman put his hands up in frustration.

"Look David I think what these guys are TRYING to say" Thomas said "is that we all have flaws,we all make mistakes,turn down the wrong path. But,we can always make a change and turn down the right one"

"Ya exactly!" Patton exclaimed.

"Thanks Thomas,thanks to all of you. I..Im honestly still having trouble believing this is all real" I said my mind still racing with questions and doubts.

"Ya I had trouble at first to" Virgil said looking around at everyone. "But when I did come out of my daydream shall we say. I realized that nothing is more important then family"

"Did you just quote Coco Virgil?" Roman asked.

"Maaayyybe" Virgil said with a smile.

"Ah ha I have drawn the dark man out. Into the light of Disney and quoting!!!" Roman exclaimed with excitement. Virgil rolled his eyes.

"Whoa Roman calm down!!" Logan yelled.

"Why?" Roman asked confused.

"Ummm that's why kiddo" Patton said pointing at Romans hands.
