Thomas's POV

The rain was still pouring,It had been raining for 2 days straight. yaaa...And we didn't have Virgil stop it because people would be really confused as to how rain that has been going for two days suddenly stops. So we just stayed inside not that we could really all go out anyway and played board games and watched TV. "Your turn Logan" I said we were playing monopoly,Logan didn't respond he was thinking as he always was.

"Logan" Roman said tapping him on the shoulder Logan snapped out of his thoughts.

"Sorry I was just thinking...agh it's nothing"

"What is it kiddo" Patton asked looking at Logan with concern.

"Well...I was just thinking about all the rain and...what if.." Logan sighed "what if it's Dolos" he said.

We all looked at each other. "We didn't exactly kill him" Logan said playing with the dice.

"That honestly isn't that far fetched" Virgil said. We all looked at him then back to Logan.

"Why don't we see" Roman suggested "Virgil can't stop Dolos rain. So if he can't stop it then we'll know if it's him" we looked at Virgil he sighed but stood up and walked over to the window. He put his hands up concentrating. But the rain didn't stop.

"Well there's the answer" Roman said "let's go get him" he said standing to his feet.

"We can't do that,we don't know where he is" Virgil said walking back over to us.

"Well then we'll find him" Roman exclaimed.

"Um..guys-" Patton tried to but in.

"Roman we can't just go charging him down" Virgil yelled

"And why not" Roman yelled back.

"Guys"

"Not now Patton" Roman yelled.

"Oh now your going to yell at Patton not on my watch. Princy" Virgil yelled his hands clenching. As he stood tall in front of Roman not backing down.

"GUYS!!" Patton yelled all eyes were drawn to him now. "We won't have to go looking for Dolos" he said pointing to the balcony. And sure enough Dolos stood on my balcony.

He walked over to the door and walked into my apartment. "I'm surprised that Patton was the first to see me" he smirked.

"Ahh" Roman charged Dolos but he teleported away making Roman fall on his face. "Naughty boy" He said we all turned to face him he stood in the kitchen.

Virgil's POV

We stood ready to attack. Logan then teleported behind Dolos grabbing his arms and pushing him towards us. And in Dolos's eyes I saw something that was all to familiar fear but it was a memory type of fear. Like someone had grabbed him from behind before. Logan pushed him down in front of Thomas.

He for once looked...terrified. I walked over to him pushing Thomas out of the way "Virge?" Thomas asked. I ignored him,I crouched down to Dolos he looked up at me and I saw myself just a small boy who was hurt. Who had pain in his life.

"What did he do to you?" I asked he looked at me,tears forming in his eyes. I put a hand on his shoulder.

"It's ok I know how you feel" he leaned into me,crying I thought of my dad,my mom. Did he go through what I had?

"I...I...just wanted to be with my family" he said between heavy breaths.

"What do you mean?" I asked as he leaned up looking at me.

"I...I got kidnaped....tortured..." he said my eyes widened he had been what? I looked to the others who just stood there confused. Patton was almost crying.

"I'm sorry" I said he looked at me his face had a look of aw.

"Wh-What?" He said his voice shaking.

"I'm sorry for what happened to you" I repeated. His eyes lit up with joy.

"No-no one's every said that to me" He said his voice shaky.

"What?" Patton chimed in sitting down next to us. "No one has ever said sorry for that?"

"No,but no one ever knew so" he responded sniffing. Patton then leaned in hugging Dolos and Dolos returned the gesture.

"So you were kidnaped and tortured?" Roman asked sitting down as well. Dolos just nodded.

"That's awful" Roman said

"They tortured you for your powers huh?" Logan asked

"Ya" He said wiping his eyes.

"So when you got out you made them pay" Roman said his wheels turning.

"Ya..I'm not proud of what I've done. But it was the only way I could find to let go of my pain...to cope with it" He explained.

"I can understand that" I said giving him a small smile.

"What's your real name" Thomas asked

"Huh?" Dolos said looking at Thomas

"You can't expect us to believe your name is actually Dolos" he said sitting down.

"No I guess not. My real name is David" he said

"I like that name" Patton said. David gave a small smile.

"You don't have to hurt people anymore" I said "ya know what got rid of my pain?"

"What?" David asked

"These guys" I said looking at everyone. David looked around at them.

"It's been a long time since I've had a family" David said looking at the ground.

"Well there's never a bad time" I said,David looked at me. Then to the others,as they nodded.

"Really? I..I tried to kill you" he said

"Ya but thats in the past" Patton said

"Ah yes the past can hurt but the way I see it. You can either run from it or learn from it" Roman said,Logan rolling his eyes for him quoting The Lion King.

I didn't think we would end up in this situation. But I liked the outcome new member of the family. Then the door opened I looked at Thomas and his eyes just said "oh shit"

"You forgot to lock the door you idiot" I whispered. Thomas just looked at me. Then his friend Talyn walked into the living room there eyes widening by what they saw.

"What the Heck?!?"
