Tai let out a tired sigh as he loosen up his tie as he entered his apartment. He set down his suitcase as he took off his blazer and shoes and slip into some comfortable slippers. It was around 10 at night when he arrived and he was sure Paige and his son were sound asleep  He quietly made his way to the kitchen to see a sticky note on the microwave.

"Hey babe, sorry I wasn't able to greet you again. I have to get up early in the morning for my shift. There is some leftover pizza in the microwave. -Love Paige"

Tai gently smiled as he open the microwave and surprise to see it was a heart shape pizza. He reheated his dinner and sat down with his plate in front of him and turn on the TV to watch late night shows. It wasn't long before he heard a small yawn, he turn to see it was his son.

"Dad?"

He said tiredly as he rub his eyes. Tai smiled as he looked back to his son.

"Hey buddy, I thought you were asleep? Was the tv to loud?"

He asked. Tai Jr. shook his head as he made his way to his Dad and sat up on his lap.

"No, I got up to get a drink of water"

"Here then, let's go get you a cup of water"

He said as he carried him in his arms and headed back to the kitchen and sat his son on the counter as he got a cup and filled it with water.

"Why have you and mommy been working late?"

Tai smiled as he handed his son the cup and sat himself up on the counter as well.

"Well work does that a lot and it does take up most of our time"

"But things change"

"What do you mean?"

"I mean you and Mom haven't really seen each other lately. When you come home she's asleep and when she comes home your asleep. Is it going to be like this forever?"

He asked worriedly. Tai chuckled as he wrap his arm around his son's shoulder.

"You don't have to worry about that..."

"But..."

"But me and your mom will always find a way, this is only temporary"

"Are you sure?"

"I'm sure, go back to sleep"

He said with a smile as he kissed the top of his son's wild hair. Tai Jr nodded as he finished his water and went back to his room. Tai went back to finish his dinner and then took a quick shower before heading to bed. As he climb into bed he gently laid down beside his wife. He leans towards her and gave her a peck on the cheek.

"I'm home Paige"

He whispered causing Paige to smile in her sleep. He then spoon her as he cuddle up to sleep.

*In Tai Jr's Bedroom*

"What took you so long?"

Agumon ask sleepily as Tai Jr came back to bed.

"I was talking to Dad about him and Mom not spending time together. I think I may have a plan and Aunt Kari may need to help us out"

He said with a slight smirk. Agumon smiled.

"I want to help"

"Okay but let's keep this a secret"

"I promise"

*Few Days Later*

The days continue the same until one day surprisingly Paige and Tai arrived at the apartment door at the same time. They happily greeted each other, Paige was about to enter but Tai quickly stopped her.

"Paige, wait let's talk, we haven't got a chance too lately"

He said softly. Paige smiled at him.

"I know, our jobs are taking most of our time but I had some good news that I wanted to tell you"

"So do I"

Paige laughs.

"Okay, you go first"

"Oh no ladies first"

He said with a grin.

"Fine, I asked my boss for to change my schedule and he did, now I have time for you and Tai"

Tai smiled as he hugged her, wrapping his arms around her waist.

"So did I, I asked my boss to change my schedule and now I have time for the three important people in my life"

He said as he gave her a eskimo kiss. Paige giggled as Tai released her for he can open the door for her and they came in shock to see a candle light dinner with the lights dim low and soft music playing 'Hey Digimon, Hey Digimon'.

"Did you plan this?"

Paige asked looking to him.

"No and I can't even cook as good as this"

He said taking a sniff of the aroma of the food. Paige saw a note sitting on the case of flowers in the center of the table.

"To Tai and Paige, Tai Jr and Agumon plan this together for the both of you and asked for my help, so you can spend some time together. Don't worry about Tai jr and Agumon, I will bring them back in the morning. Have fun! -Love Kari"

Paige and Tai couldn't help but smile at the thoughtful kindness their son put together along with Agumon.

"He didn't need to do all of this"

Paige said as Tai helped her to her seat as he sat across from her.

"Tai and I talked a few days ago, he was just worried that since our job was taking up our time that we will bother drift apart"

"Well now we have a surprise for him tomorrow, but for now let's focus on us"

She said lowly as she looked to him seductively causing Tai to smirk.

"Sex for first or dinner?"

He asked. Paige gasp with a laugh.

"Are you kidding? Dinner first, I'm eating for two here, I'm starving"

She said before digging in to her plate as Tai laughs and soon starting eating too.

*Next Morning*

"Thank you for watching him, Kari"

Paige said to her sister in law.

"No worries, hope you and Tai had fun"

She said with a laugh as she walked away. Paige blush as she closed the door.

"Did you and Dad had fun?"

He asked.

"Did you like the music?"

Agumon asked. Paige smile.

"We loved it Agumon and plus your father and I have a surprise"

She said bring him to the living room where Tai was.

"We change our schedules and now we have more time for you and Agumon"

He announced causing Tai Jr and Agumon to cheer.
