Dominic stood in the training yard of the school with both arms crossed against his chest

Dominic: Begin when you are ready.

Leaving from tree to tree, Sarada lands on the ground and dashes towards her father, jumping above him and spinning in the air before throwing a kunai at him but he easily caught the blade in between two fingers

Sarada ran back towards Dominic and swung her leg at him, striking him in the face but he didn't even react to the blow. She jumps in the air and threw a punch at him but he caught her fist in his palm and he threw her into a large boulder, demolishing it as she was sent through it. Sarada scrapped across the ground before hitting a tree, stopping her momentum

Dominic: Are you alright?

Sarada:*grunt* Y-yes papa.

???:*scoff* This is what your bloodline has come to?

Turning their heads to the voice, someone steps out of the shadows under a tree behind Sarada and reveals themselves to be the daughter of Nelo Angelo and Cinder Fall, Ember Fall.

Ember: Hello, Dominic.

Dominic: What are you doing here?

Sarada: Papa, who is she?

Ember: What? You never told her about her elder sister? Of course why would you? When you did so much to hide my existence from everyone.

Sarada was taken aback by this revelation. Her father wasn't perfect (understatement of the fucking century) but she didn't think he would ever hide the existence of a child from anyone

Dominic: I won't ask again. Why are you here?

Ember furrowed her brow and walked towards Dominic with her hands beginning to glow as the bottoms of her shoes begin to smoke with every step leaving a charred boot print in the dirt

Ember: I've come for you. After all this time my vengeance will come into fruition.

Dominic: Don't make me laugh. You couldn't hold a candle to the storm that I am.

Ember: Hmph. Again with the metaphors father. But you should already know that you cannot put out a fire like mine with just wind.

Dominic: I know you want something from me as well. Yamato. Just like my other children and myself, it's the key to unlocking your power.

Ember: Hm. You're smarter than I thought for a womanizer. But in the end, I'm leaving with that sword.

Dominic: Hm. Here.

Dominic shockingly, throws Ember the Yamato and catches it in her hands. This act shocks the young woman as this kind of this could never have even crossed her mind

Ember: Y-why...why did you...you think I'm a joke? You think...my mission...A JOKE!?

Dominic: ....

Ember charges at Dominic, unsheathing Yamato and roaring out a warcry. She brought the blade down on him but her swing was stopped mid-air mere inches from his head

Dominic: I understand your anger with my Ember. But you are going through this all wrong.

Ember: Who are you to tell me I am on the wrong path!? You took away my father from me! My mother was so broken she turned from someone of beauty, elegance and power!

Ember: To a vegetable who sits in a chair all day staring off into space! Because of you!! Everything is your fault!

Dominic: Yes. Your life is my fault and I want to help you fix it. But in my attempts, you rejected me.

Ember: You fucking know why!

Dominic: And that reluctance will never allow you to find peace.

Ember: I..will never give you the satisfaction of seeing me be apart of your family.

She spat on his boot and threw the Yamato to the side. Ember looks at Dominic in anger and leaves in a cloud of ash. Sighing, Dominic picked up his sword and put it back at his side

Dominic: Training is over for today. Go home.

Though he didn't show it, Sarada knew her father felt pain for not being able to help his daughter
