I woke in a darker room, but it was very familiar. I looked around my uniform, looking for the gunshot would I thought I had.

Nothing, not even a scratch.

I looked around the gigantic room, taking in the fact that it looked eerily similar to the one I woke up in a week ago, but it didn't have any overgrowth of vines and weeds, it looked exactly as it did when we had our mission here, there was even evidence of our fight with the joker's goons on the still there wooden crates. I was even wearing my uniform from that night that I left in the future.

I stood up, grief was still there, but I was also sort of relieved that it looked like I was home, which would mean that I had Dickie, safe and unharmed.

I started running, I just ran until I was at Wayne manor.

I slipped through the gate, and pounded on the door.

Alfred appeared through a crack just wide enough for him to see who it was.

Surprise was written on his face, and before I knew it I was wrapped in a hug from my grandfather figure.

"Hi Alfred" my voice a little muffled by his pressed suit.

"Miss daphne what happened? Where did you go?" He asked when he finally released me from his hold.

"I'll fill you all in when we've got everyone, speaking of, where'd everyone go?"

"Master dick is with the young justice team at the cave, I believe, he's been rather moody lately, well everyone has, but everyone else is home, I believe"

I nodded. "Okay meet me in the library in two minutes, I just have to gather everyone"

Alfred nodded, and I went over to the intercom system, typing in the code, and relaying the message. "Calling all the members of the family to the library, immediately" rang through the house. 

I walked calmly to the library, Alfred already patiently waiting in the room.

Minutes later all the boys, minus dickie barreled into the room, when they saw me their eyes widened and I was tackled in a massive bear hug, including my adoptive father and brothers.

"Hey guys" I said when we finally broke apart, future siblings were cool but I missed my baby bros and I'm excited to see them grow up.

"What happened, where were you?" Bruce asked.

"When I was shot, it boosted me into the future, five years, and I saw how all of you grow up, but i missed everything, like dickie and jay graduating, or Timmy's first kiss or Damian getting into high school, so I went with dick" my voice cracked a little bit "and I-I was shot again by the gun, and I woke up where I first disappeared from"

A silence settled over the group, but all I wanted to do was go see dick alive and well.

"H-hey can I go see Dickie?"

"Sure, lets go see dick, just let me get dressed first." Bruce said.

I nodded.

Five minutes later, dad was dressed and we had the coordinations into the zeta beam.

We arrived at the cave with a "Recognized Batman 0-2, Amethyst B0-6"

When we arrived at the cave, and I saw the team running towards us, Wally and dick in the lead.

I ran and met dick half way, hugging him tightly, and he returned the favor.

We broke apart, and I hugged Wally next, and after that the rest of the team.

As a team we grew up, I ended up marrying Kal, and I don't know what it was but the events that led to Dickie dying never happened. He ended marrying Barbara, Wally married Artemis, Connor married M'gann and we see each other on weekends.

We are all still quite close, but I never did tell anyone about the full events of what happened when I was sent to the future and frankly I'm just glad that they didn't end up happening.

What's that saying they say at the end of a fairy tale?

Oh yeah.

And we all lived happily ever after.
