"Welcome to the first Initiations of Season 7 of Arrow, Season 5 of Flash, Season 4 of Supergirl and Legends" David R boomed. "Long ago, in season 2 when the Arrowverse first came to be, we held the very first initiations, welcoming Bex Taylor-Klaus to the family by challenging her to a race. She was the first and only one to do it successfully during her first round"

"The relay is simple, you are decided into two teams, but do not be fooled, you may be a part of that team, but you are against each other" Stephen said. "The Relay is simple, you start off with spinning your forehead on the bo-staff 15 times, balancing across the balance boards, do the salmon ladder to the 7th peg, jump down and try to hit an apple off the statue, do not hit the statue you hit it twice your out, another balance board to proceed to the desk where you will put the promotional photos in order of year and show, you fail that you lose one prize, than another balance to the next station where you will rearrange the letters on the white board to make 4 characters from the pilots of the 4 shows, you fail both of those you are Disqualified, got it?"

"But wait, there's more" Emily said, causing the initiation members to look at each other worried. "You only get 4 falls"

"Wait, What?" Ben asked.

"You're only allowed to fall onto the ground 4 times or you're out and you have to wait until the mid-season finale to retry your initiation" Colton said, "Which means you don't get a fancy director chair or the letterman jacket"

"Really?" Diane asked.

"Yep" Stephen nodded.

"I failed 2 rounds, which meant I had to wait for the season finale" I said.

"No one has really done this in their first round since Bex? Why is that?" Nicole asked.

"Because, the salmon ladder part? We only made Bex do 2 because she joined in season 2" Emily said.

"So you go off the season you join in? Wouldn't that mean for me it would only be 5?" Jessica asked.

"Nope, cause Arrow is the king of the Arrowverse, meaning we go off his season" Grant said. "Good luck"

"Wait!" Joseph tried to stop everything but Emily was already counting down and the minute she hit 1, an airhorn blew and Ben and Diane were off.

Diane finished her spins first, but lost one of her falls on the balance board. Ben made it over the balance board with no problem, but failed to get the bar right on the ladder and fell. Diane got to the 3rd peg before falling.

Diane made it to the 7th peg, but already lost 3 of her falls, she was still disoriented from the spin and tripped when she reached the bow and arrow. "Disqualified, Jessica go!" David R said. Caity helped Diane sit down.

Ben had reached the bow and arrow but hit the statue once. Behind him Jessica managed to do her spins, balance board, and salmon ladder in record time and was already caught up to Ben who shot the statue again, "Disqualified, Kat go"

Kat did her spins, but lost a fall on the balance board she did the salmon ladder, but tripped before the bow and arrow station, losing another life. Jessica successfully hit the Apple and made it to the second balance board where she lost her first fall. Kat hit the Apple and joined her on the balance board, but also fell, losing her 3rd fall.

Jessica was slower on the promotional photos, Kat was faster. Though when Kat finished and hit the other balance board and got cocky and fell, "Disqualified with only one prize, Nicole go!"

Nicole did her spins, lost a fall on the balance board, and than a fall on the salmon ladder, hitting the Apple immediately and losing another fall on the balance board.

Jessica had passed the last balance board and started spelling out Oliver Queen, Barry Allen, Alex Danvers, and Ray Palmer. She hit the buzzers and won.

As the initiation race ended, all of the newbies sat down and laughed for a bit while the OG council confided.

"You guys did great" Caity said.

"That was harder than I thought it would be" Nicole said.

"Yea, you really had to do this?" Ben asked.

"Yea, some of us actually trained for it" I said.

"I was not training for it! I simple wanted to get in better shape!" Carlos called our.

"You trained for it" Caity and I called back.

"Alright, the results" David R walked over, Emily and Stephen behind him. "The ultimate losers who will have to retry during the mid-season finale. Ben, Beth, and Joseph. People who get one of the two prizes. Nicole, Kat, Ramona, and Diane. The ultimate winner, for the first time in 6 years, Jessica!"

"Wooohoo!" Jessica cheered, everyone clapped and cheered.

"Congratulations to Jessica, your letterman and directors chair" Colton and Katie C brought out her prizes.

"Thank you guys" Jessica smiled.

"The winners of the one prize, what do you want, your letterman or directors chair?" Emily asked.

"Letterman" Nicole said.

"Directors chair" Kat smiled.

"Letterman" Romona said.

"Letterman" Diane replied.

"Don't worry, you guys will get your chance during the mid-season" Emily told the 'losers'.

"I am so gonna train" Beth said. "To the Arrowcave!"

The three marched off, chanting something about winning. "They're gonna drive themselves insane" Manu said.

"Like they haven't already?"
