Bianca and Saito rode their motorcycles to the capital. For an average horseback ride, it will take them hours to get there. On a motorcycle, it took them at least 40 minutes to get there. As they arrived, they hid their motorcycles from the public eye. They took the keys and put them in their pockets. The two began to look around the capital to find these anti-government faction. That was until he overheard someone.

"There is an anti-government rally in an hour, you want to come," a male peasants asked

"Sure thing," the female peasant said 

Saito walked over to the two peasants. The peasants immediately heard the sound of Saito's footsteps. He was wearing black boots and had a serious expression. 

"EDxcuse me, did you say an anti-government rally?" he asked

"Yes" he said

"Mind if I and my partner tag along?" he asked

"No problem. Hell even maybe you might join us"

"That's the point, I'm trying to see how this anti-government works" he said 

"Very well, come along," he said as Saito and Bianca followed him to a commoner bar. Inside the bar, people were getting drunk, and sometimes fights began. The man who lead Saito and Bianca to the anti-government rally, his name is Napoleon and his wife is Sophia. 

"Ah Napoleon, the same as usual?" The Bartender asked

"No...Liberté et démocratie" he said as if it was some type of password. In fact, it is a password to a rally. The Bartender nodded as he opened a secret passage to a back room where people were also drinking and eating food. Napoleon turned his head to Saito.

"I'm sorry I should introduce myself. My name is Napoleon and this is my wife Sophia" he said

"I'm Hiraga Saito and this is my partner Bianca," he said

"Please to meet you," Sophia said "I hope you don't mind if we buy you guys drinks" 

"oh I and Bianca don't drink," Saito said

"Ah" Napoleon nodded

An hour later, the Rally began. The man who happens to be the leader of this anti-government rally went up to the podium and began speaking.

"Good Day everyone, so today, we're going to start off with some recent events and after that we'll begin." he said as he got a list of writing on his paper.

1. Lord Chelenne began raising our taxes from 3% to 5%

2. Even after complaints, the Queen didn't seem to do anything about it

3. A Possible Alliance between the Germanian and the Tristains 

4. According to our statistics, a few noblemen have committed serious crimes, but they got off scot-free due to their nobility

"Booooooo!" the crowd shouted

Saito looked around inspecting the crowd. Noticing how angry they are about the Nobility system. Also blamed religion for gaining a huge influence on their society. 

"I tell you my fellow comrades, this has gone far enough.....The Church and the State must stay separate. The Pope can't tell us how we should live our lives and we should live our lives according to our destiny." 

"But how though, what kind of government system we should adopt?" one of the crowd asked

"I think I can solve that problem" Saito raised his voice causing everyone's attention

"well young man, why don't you come up and tell us what kind of nation your propose" he said 

Saito got up to the podium as the sound of the wooden floors creak. He placed his hands onto the stand

"Greetings, My name is Hiraga Saito. I am 25 years old and I'm proposing something that can work for you all. A new nation. A nation not like Tristian, Gallia, or Germania. I'm talking about something else something new a nation owned by all run by people elected to office...A REPUBLIC"

People were confused. What did they mean by Republic? 

"I understand you may be confused by this unfamiliar term but trust me it's the culmination of freedom you know how unjust it is when a select few people have control over you how unfair is to be cheated out of the rewards of your labor are you willing to pass that injustice on to your children to have them become slaves to a monarchy. IS THAT THE LEGACY YOU WANT TO LEAVE THEM? People were murmuring each other. Seeing he has a lot of good points. Some even cried out.

"He's got a point!!

"I agree"

"I want my children to have a better life than I had" 

"Now......about the church.....he's right, the state and the church must stay separate. Don't let the church control your life. Your life is controlled by each of your own accords. Destroy religion if you have to. Besides religion is nothing but the drug of humanity. Destiny is your religion. Like I said your life and destiny are on your own accord." he said 

Everyone cheered as Saito smiled. The leader of the Anti-Government Party shook his hand

"Let's welcome our two new comrades. Saito Hiraga and Bianca" The leader who goes by the name of Louis said. 

After days of constant charismatic speeches, and gaining dignity and patriotism, Everyone in this party decided to vote on Saito as the new leader of this party. Saito also decided to give this party a new name. He calls it, the "Progressive Revolutionary Eglatarian Party" or in the acronym, the PREP. As days go by, other factions have heard about the newly formed PREP. They attended his rallies and they seem to agree with all of his parties. He was approached by Federalists, anti-religion party, conservatives, and many more. In the end they decide to merge their party into PREP.

"My fellow comrades, if I become leader, I can't promise your almost everything....no....I not promising you...I WILL DO IT! I WILL PROVIDE MORE JOBS, MORE INCOME, LOWER TAXES, AND FAIR LAWS FOR ALL. MORE FOOD, AND FREE EDUCATION FOR ALL" 

People cheered 

"Of course, not only that, more roads to be built and our poverty rate is at an all-time high. at least 25.6%"

"The government has not stated any issues about this. No, they decide to ignore the fact that poverty doesn't exist, but I will recognize them and do everything I can to get back on their feet." he said as people cheered

The rally ended as people began to exit the bar. As they left, Saito and Bianca were one of the last ones to leave. 

"Great Speech Saito" 

"Well see you in a few days"

"Bye Saito" 

"Bye guys," he said as Saito and Bianca headed over to their motorcycles. They started their engine and began driving back to the school. As they got back to the school, students were outside practicing their magic. That was until Bianca and Saito came back to the school with their motorcycles exposed to them. Saito and Bianca took off their helmets. 

"Whoa, what are those things?" 

"It looks like some type of metal horse"

"But what's running it?"

"Some type of magic?" 

Louise walked over to Saito and Bianca. Asking him what are these contractions.

"Saito..what are these things? and where did you go?" she asked

"this Louise is a motorcycle and I was at the capital" 

"The capital? But that takes hours to get there by horse" she said

"Not on these babies. It took me about 40 minutes to get there" Bianca said 

Louise was stunned. With these vehicles, it only took them about 40 minutes to get there. Just how fast are these things. Saito materialized the motorcycle into a pocket dimension after that. Louise followed Saito and Bianca back to the school to get something to eat. As they are about to enter the hall, Siesta stopped Saito for a minute.

"Hey Saito" She said

"Oh Siesta, what's up?" he asked

"Have you eaten yet?" she asked

"No why?" 

"Follow me," she said

Saito was taken to the kitchen of the school. In there they fed him an amazing meal. Everyone was so happy to see him satisfied. The head chef who goes by the name Marteau was feeling more honored to serve their hero.

"Wow this food is delicious," he said 

"Yeah, you deserve our Musketeer. The pride of the peasants," he said

"Musketeer?" he asked

"YEAH! you showed that snobby noble with your musket and where is that lady of yours?" he asked

"Bianca?" he asked

"Yeah to her she is our fist," he said "giving that last blow to him was a satisfying blow," he said 

"Well let me tell you, I despise the nobility, I was sent to this world for a reason," he said 

"Oh" everyone was surprised to hear that

"What is this mission you have?" Marteau asked

"Well I wonder have you heard about the Progressive Revolutionary Eglatarian Party?" Saito asked

"Oh yeah. I heard about it, but I don't know who the leader is" Marteau said

Saito chuckled "You're looking at him" 

Everyone in the room felt surprised to hear that the leader was right in front of him this whole time

"I'm shocked," A chef said 

"He's the leader?" A maid said

"So you do have plans for Halkegenia's future?" A butler asked

"that's right, and that is to abolish the Noble system and overthrow the monarchy unless they wish to join us," he said "But what about you. Are you willing to support my Revolution? Like I said this revolution is going to change not just Tristian, but the entire Halkegenian continent.

Material smiled with pride "Our Musketeer, we are willing to support your cause and your party" 

Then everyone else began to say "I will support you". Siesta on the other hand smiled at him. But in the end, she decided to support Saito's and Bianca's revolution.

Timeskip

The PREP has finally gained popularity in the capital, though the Royal Palace didn't find them threatening because they don't know about their existance. Throughout the days, Saito has been giving out charasmatic speeches, bashing the nobilty, and promoted a new alternative way for the commoners to work for. That is called Science. He tells them about what science is and how science gives people jobs and such. Saito has lots of ideas for a new Halkegenia. That is.

1. Promote Science

2. Build schools for all

3. Dismantle the Nobility

4. overthrow the monarch system

5. Equality for all

6. New Life Style

7. Build better roads.

8 . Advacned their tech level ahead of their time

And so on. 

Saito also managed to find a hidden building located in the outskirts of Tristain so he can began manufacturing for an industrial revolution in Halkegenia. Not only that there are also plans to create Railroads and steam engines for better transportation instead of using old wagons. The factory is called Revolution Factory. It's a small factory, but enough to produce firearms and supplies for the entire year.

Now you maybe wondering where on Earth Saito and Bianca got the resources for this. Well of course he called God, for a yearly supplies of resources and materials. So as a result, God came to them wearing a delivery outfit. 

"Well the factory is done, now maybe we can hire some workers to help with manufacturing" he said

"For now, We should stick to robots. Then I want people to began making their own guns. It will benefit their skills and such." Saito said

"Saito are you sure it's alright to build here? I mean What if they start to get suspicious?" Bianca asked

"No worries, besides. What i heard no one comes to this part of this country. It's all unsettled" he said

"By the way, what power source are you using?" Bianca asked

"Solar, and Wind" Saito said

"So, what 's the next project?" she asked

"We need to to create an airforce" he said "If I remember, they have their own airforce of their own. They use dragons and wyverns as their flight"

 "I see, but I have no expirence with the airforce, Just the ground forces" he said 

"Shit, we'll that's we're stuck with. We need to find someone who can train our airforce" he said "butg we can hold off that for now, right now Bianca I need you to get ready to train our new comerades how to shoot, and how to build a gun" 

Bianca nodded in an agreement.
