"I can't return those feelings for you, because you don't mean them" Baekhyun whispered, tears filling his eyes as he forced his hands away. His heart screaming at his mouth for blurring such wrong words

Chanyeol went to grab them again when Luhan walked in looking for a drink.

"Did I interrupt something?" He asked with a tilted head.

Baekhyun wiped a stray tear as he smiled back at his best friend. "No Lu, we were just talking about the difference between reflex and emotional tears"

Luhan felt his back shiver "Ew Biology I hate it" he gagged, sticking his tongue out in distaste.

Baekhyun looked up at Chanyeol through his eyelashes. "Its not that bad" he said aiming his statement to the both of them, Chanyeol getting the hidden message while Luhan just groaned.

"You do love Biology" he admitted it a nod.

He drew a sigh from his lips as he sat down on the seat at the cafteria. Monday morning, his favourite day of the week. It meant that he would have to face Chanyeol later on for his superhero work out days. But he didn't feel up to it, not after what happened at the beginning of the weekend.

He had been overjoyed when the jocks had claimed that they needed to leave early due to their coach Neeson them at practise on Saturday morning. Baekhyun was just happy to see Chanyeol leave. He hasn't stopped to notice that the boy seemed fine after he had basically just declined his totally false feelings for him.

Baekhyun does in fact have feelings for the taller. Heck he started fallening when he figured out Chanyeol was his teammate, the two of them solving crime together, in spandex suits.

He could just give up and tell the giant that he was the one that he was looking for but he knew that wouldn't solve anything. The fact that Chanyeol had now admitted that he had feeling for him as Byun Baekhyun had make it obvious enough to Baekhyun that it would have been the perfect time to confess. But he didnt. Because he was scared.

"Hey Baekhyun you okay?" Kyungsoo questioned, finally taking a seat at the table, for the past three days he had been asking the boy that question, over and over again that he eventually stopped asking. Right now, wasn't one of those times. His best friend was looking like he had crawled out from the depths of hell and he couldn't allow that. After all he wa s the son of Satan not Baekhyun.

"Byun Baekhyun you are going to sit there and explain to me why the hell you look so upset!" He screamed.

Baekhyun turned to look at him with a shocked expression. His eyes darting around the room, noticing the amount of people he had drawn attention from. His eyes ghosting over to the jock table where one pair of eyes hadn't looked over, instead they lay rested down at the plate on his lunch tray.

"Oh..." he breathed, seeming to get a slight understanding to the situation. Taking a seat once again Kyungsoo reached across the table and tangled his fingers with his best friends. "What happened between you two?"

"He confessed he had feelings for me and I turned him down, I should have just told him I was the one he's looking for but I can't, Kyung it's bad enough you guys already know. You guys are in so much more danger than you think you are and Chanyeol has a very explosive side to him. If I told him and the bad guys found out that we know each other iditenies they wont stop they break us off or turn on each other"

"Baekhyun no offense but that's a dumb reason, Chanyeol showed you who he was and it's began of his explosive side that he would be able to protect you"

"But who would be able to protect him Kyung!"

Baekhyun yelled back, his hand pulling away quickly from his friends, grabbing his bag he stood up and walked out, not before telling him where he was going first.

All eyes watched his as he walked out in an furious walk. Kyungsoo sat stumped in his seat. Finally the other two boys sat down and started directing questions at him.

"What was that about?" Minseok questioned, his fingers filled with Dorito dust.

"Baekhyun cares too much about Chanyeol that he sacrificed his feeling for him to keep him safe"

Minseok and Luhan immediately turned to look at the jock's table. Chanyeol pushed his lunch tray away and glared at the plate on it. His arms wrapped around themselves at his chest.

Luhan let out a sigh, before he stood up and grabbed his tray, he watched his friends do it too before they started walking over to the table.

They were welcomed with confused looks but ignored it as they sat down, heads in their hands. Luhan snuggles into Sehun's embrace, while the younger whispered soft 'Are you alright's' into his ear.

"What happened with Baekhyun?" Kai announced, clearly curious about the scene that had just happened.

"We just realised something that he did to protect someone and now we are feeling bad about it" Minseok kept it brief and tried not to give out much information.

"I hurt his feelings and he told me the truth behind something and now I feel terrible" Kyungsoo confessed, his head hitting the table in defeat.

"It wasn't your faulting sure, besides how was you to know, he wasn't telling you things right?" Chen tried his hardest to comfort the nerdy boys but didn't seem to be getting anywhere.

The announcement bell rang and the sound of a frantic principal's voice boomed throughout the hall.

"Can I have everyone's attention please!" She screamed into the mic, immediately everyone in the hall turned to look up at the speaker connected to the office yet not really interested to what was the topic she was going to say.

"We have received word from an unknown source, that there is a bomb hidden in the school grounds"

Loud screams filled the hall as girls were shocked and boys were too stunned to react.

"I need everyone to go out through the emergency doors on either side of the gymnasium, teachers follow them out also, everyone is to meet in the parking lot immediatly"

As quickly as the conversation was over, the students all rushed to the doors, pushing them open and rushing out, the teachers yelling different profanities.

Chanyeol looked back at the doors that Baekhyun had rushed out of.

"Baekhyun!" Kyungsoo screamed, his body getting forced towards the doors from the rushing students.

Chanyeol turned back at him and searched his eyes. Waiting for an answer.

"The biology lab!" He screamed back.

Chanyeol forced himself through the crowd of people and eventually made it to the door without anyone noticing him leave. He burst through the doors and ran up the two flights of stairs and down all the similar hallways.

"Baekhyun" he screamed slamming open the door. The boy was crouched under one of the tables over by the window. Chanyeol could see him yet Baekhyun couldn't see him.

"Chanyeol?" He whsipwred turning around horror filling his eyes at the man standing behind the tall male.

"CHANYEOL!" He screamed running over to the boy as he slowly fell to the ground, holding his side.

"Hey hey hey look at me"he cried holding onto the boys cheeks, forcing his eyes away from the wound on his side.

"Baekhyun" he whispered, with a cough.

Baekhyun stared down into his chocolate eyes, before gazing out the hall and down the hallway. The black cloak disappearing around the corner.

"We need to get you out of here" Chanyeol muttered, clutching his side as he tried to stand up.

"I need to go and find that guy Chan" just as Baekhyun was about to go and run out the door a hand wrapped around his wrist pulling him back and up against the door.

"I'm not letting you go anywhere" he hissed staring down at the small male before him. "You could get hurt"

"But you already got hurt, look at your side"

Chanyeol glanced down at the blood that was starting to look further up his dark green shirt.

"I'll be alright"

"No you wont, let me treat it"

Baekhyun's eyes were filled with tears yet Chanyeol could see the worry etched into them.

"You dont have to do that" he whispered.

"I want to"

Chanyeol eyes widened as another memory flashed through his mind. Of a similar time to when he got hurt and Spiderman had offered to help him.

"No Baekhyun you quite literally don't have to do that" Chanyeol whispered, looking into the boys eyes "Its deep but it'll heal"

Baekhyun glanced back down at the healed over scar. His smile developed on his lips as the familiar skin was back again. There was no more wound. Chanyeol's body had finally began to heal itself back up again.

The scar on his eye had healed beautifully and Baekhyun was happy to see that it had vanished, although that healing had taken it's time while this one was healed in a moment.

"Oh thank god" he breathed, his head fallening into Chanyeol's chest. "I don't want to know how that happened all I want to do is know you are alright"

Chanyeol circled his arms around Baekhyun's waist, his head cuddling into the smallers neck, his nose filled with the familiar smell, Baekhyun's body naturally held.

"I'll be alright Baekhyun" he whispered feeling the damp patches of his shirt stick to his skin.

"You better be" he hissed back hitting the giant on his shoulder. "You had me worring that you were gonna bleed out!"

"We need to get out of here" Chanyeol announced pulling away. "I need you safe"

Baekhyun's eyebrows furrowed together. What did he mean, why did Chanyeol need him safe? What was happening?

"Chanyeol? What's happening?"

Chanyeol stood looking at the boy in confusion. "Hadn't you heard the announcement?"

"What announcement? I didn't hear any announcement"

"Baekhyun, the principal announced that there is a bomb in the school, she told us all to get out of the school"

Baekhyun's eyes widened. "There was no announcement Chan, I never heard anything"

"Then why were you hiding under a desk?"

"I always hide under a desk when I'm alone, makes me feel better it's weird I know but it helps my mind"

Chanyeol wasn't going to comment on Baekhyun's weird habit, his mind was already filling with thoughts.

"Then why did the principal tell us there was a bomb threat, and you couldn't hear it"

"I have a better question" Baekhyun interrupted, his finger pointing down the hallway "who was that guy who stabbed you?"

Chanyeol pulled Baekhyun closer and hugged him close. "I'm not sure Baek" he whispered, his eyes staring down the hallway again "I have no idea"

"There you two are!" Kai yelled, his heart rate going down now seeing his friend and Baekhyun walking up to them together.

"Oh my gosh Baek!" His friends yelled running ups nd tackling the boy in a hug. Chanyeol had taken it upon himself to step out of the way in time for the boys to reconnect. His friends smiled and hugged him a welcome he were happy with.

"Chanyeol your shirt!" Chen called, pointing down to the blood stain on the giants shirt.

Sehun took off his long black jacket and passed it over to the taller, the boy taking the jacket and tying it around his waist where the stain was.

"You got stabbed again didn't you" Sehun whispered, glancing around the group just in case anyone heard.

Chanyeol nodded, his eyes not taking his eyes off of Baekhyun, who was currently cocooned in arms and heads of his friends.

"Is he alright?"

"He didn't seem shocked about my healing" he admitted "he just said he didn't want to know how it happened, as long as I'm alright now"

"He cares for you" Kai interrupted, wrapping his arm (with difficulty) around his tallest hyungs shoulder.

Baekhyun caught Chanyeol staring at him, their eyes meeting and holding a gaze. Worry was still etched into Baekhyun's eyes yet Chanyeol was happy to see that not alot of it was left. Their staring contest broke when Baekhyun moved and muzzled his head into Kyungsoo's shoulder.

"I'm alright guys" he whispered into their huddle. No matter how many times he said, he was sure that they wouldn't give him up just yet.

A loud BANG filled everyone's eardrumbs. Baekhyun whinced at the loud sound, his ears popping. His noticed his friends and students react the same why, only one didn't.

Chanyeol...

Baekhyun followed the direction the taller's head was looking, the school was aflame, a large creator in the side. Baekhyun's eyes widened as he noticed another reptile standing on the ground, it's scales and shell out for all to see.

"Is that a turtle?!" Sehun yelled over the blaze. Baekhyun's ears popped once again, the pain increasing as the monster let out a loud scream.

"Ahhhh!" The yelled clutching his head and bending lower. His Spidey-sense was hurting him he needed the mask to help sooth the pressure on his head.

Chanyeol was over to him in a second, mouthing a soft "Are you alright?"

He nodded but quickly hissed once another scream come out of the monster. It wasn't as bad to his friemds and classmates as it was for him. His ears were a major part of his Spidey-sense. He usually heard thing alot louder than other people, but this was just too loud.

"Will you stay here for me?" Chanyeol whispered, seeing how bad the screaming was affecting his crush.

"Chanyeol where are you going?" He managed to get out, his teeth gritting against each other.

Minseok already knew what Baekhyun needed, he had it in his hands, but since Chanyeol was still near him he had to hold back.

"I'm going to save you" he whispered.

Baekhyun's eyes widened. Had Chanyeol just technically confess that he was a hero?

If Baekhyun hadn't have been his partner he wouldn't have understood what the taller was trying to say. But since he was Baekhyun knew exactly what he meant.

He couldn't get any words out as Chanyeol's lips claimed his once more. "Stay safe please" he breathed before running away.

Baekhyun watched with tears fallening from his cheeks as Chanyeol's figure slowly grew smaller and smaller.

Now was the time Minseok needed. Together with Kyungsoo and Luhan, they pushed their friend as far away as they could from the zone and Baekhyun was able to catch his breath. The pressure on his head decreasing.

Minseok shoved his friends head into his mask and Baekhyun breathed a sigh or relief. "I'm alright" he breathed rubbing his temples through the mask. "Its helping"

"Stop trying to use your Spidey-sense all the time Baek, you know that whenever you hear a louder noise you'll get hurt, Stop having it on all the time"

Baekhyun hears Minseok's words but didn't quite register them until he's only left in his suit.

"You need to go and help him before he destroys half the town or hurts himself" Kyungsoo explained with a soft voice, Baekhyun could practically feel Kyungsoo shaking from as far as he was to the younger.

"I will" Baekhyun nodded his lips drawing a smile as he gazed at his friends one last time before he let out a spiderweb and flew through the air in the direction of the animal.

His eyes gazed over his partner, he could see the glistening of the boys swords swinging back and forward against the turtles neck.

(I don't even know if a turtle is a reptile but hey let's just say that it is for this story Kay?)

"Alright Chanyeol let's see if we make this one out alive" he grinned landing next to his crush and helping the boy attack the monster.
