Powers: he can shoot ice balls from his mouth and breathe ice. He can also claw at enemies with his claws or jab them with his horns

Found: he was found in a tundra as a egg. The egg was being hunted by some wolves so snow's mom had to save it and snow took care of it. After a year it hatched and he came out. Soon later when he got used to snow, he gave his soul to her and it formed inside her necklace. She uses the necklace to call him
