Dr. Jung, who just came outside the OR, rushed to Seo-Yun and carried her to the ER. As Dr. Kang and Dr. Lee put Jimin in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit).

"I knew that there's something wrong with
Seo-Yun!" Dr. Jung hissed.

He does everything he could, CPR, intubation, and everything. But Seo-Yun seemed that she is not working anymore.

Silence passed them, Dr. Jung finally realizes that he should do it right now.

"Time of death, 10:13 in the evening." He said while panting, and all of the staffs that were close to Seo-Yun were now sobbing hard.

Mrs. Kim, who just arrived in the hospital, was shocked, as Ms. Oh comforted her, sobbing, crying, tears like a waterfalls coming from her eyes.

(2 days later)

Mrs. Kim was sitting beside Jimin's hospital bed, wiping her tears, still can't move on from what just happened.

Then Jimin slowly woke up.

"Mrs. Kim? Is that you?" Jimin said, looking confused.

"Yes, it is me Jimin." She kindly said to her son-in-law, even their wedding was canceled.

"Where is Seo-Yun? Is she alright?" Jimin said, looking so hopeful, his sparkling eyes met Mrs. Kim, hoping that she would burst into the door, surprise him and give him her sweetest hug.

"I am very sorry Jimin but, she's gone."

"Mrs. Kim, that is a very bad joke to say to anybody, I know that you really love joking on us but this is a real situation." Jimin said , not even noticing that there were tears, running down from his eyes.

"I am not Jimin." Mrs. Kim said, her voice trembling.

"Mrs. Kim, please tell me that this is just a dream, please, I beg you, Seo-Yun is just somewhere around here, are you trying to prank me or some stuff-?" Jimin said, his voice is getting shaky, no not this time..

"Jimin, its okay.." Mrs. Kim comforted Jimin.

"Noo!! My wife!! Kim Seo-Yun!!!" Jimin screamed at the top of his lungs, crying out loud, don't know what to do.

The scent of her, the taste of her, the feel of her, the love of her. He always cherish them but now that its gone, He can't do anything, nothing.

Remembering their past, on how they meet, how Jimin's eyes found her beautiful ones, when Jimin first touched Seo-Yun, their first hug, their first kiss. They were each others first love.

Now that she is gone, there will be no four kids that will be roaming around their house, no more good driver, no more good cook, no more sense of his living.

Its like Jimin's soul leaved his body, his heart clutching so tight that he can barely breathe.

"Seo-Yun!! Why you're leaving me all alone!!!" Jimin twice screamed at the top of his lungs.

"Jimin, Seo-Yun wanted me to pick this up for you. I don't know what it is but, you should open it. I'll go get some food and contact your mother and father." And she leaves the room.

It was a parchment and a small parcel.

He opened the parchment first and looked at Seo-Yun's hand-written vows.

"Oh, Good Morning Mr. Park!" A doctor and a Lawyer came to his room.

"What do you want?" He said while his voice are still trembling.

"We were sorry for your fiancé's lost-." The lawyer said

"The whole hospital were really sorry for
Seo-Yun's lost." The doctor bowed.

Jimin was speechless. He can't even control his heart thumping loudly, unable to recognize his surroundings clearly. Everything is blurred for him.

"Seo-Yun left a voice message for you."

"Here it is. We can leave you for a moment." And the two left Jimin's room

Then he heard Seo-Yun's precious voice.

"Mother, Jimin you are the greatest gift that I have ever received in my whole life, remember that I will always love you, I'm gonna stay with you too. Both of you, take care of yourself.
Seo-Yun loves you so much. "

"No matter what happens, I will still love you, My wife, Park Seo-Yun, until we meet again."
