Chapter 5 will take place in the Boston Commonwealth 10 years after the events of Fallout 3 back at the Capital Wasteland.

Kai, Felicity, Leela & BOS Steven will be in around their 20s and will arrive in the Commonwealth using this repurposed US Battleship before the Prydwen and Elder Maxon arrive.
