at the Evelyn manor, we see Ruth sitting at her office desk while talking on the phone with someone, like the always-spoiled rich bitch she is

Ruth: and then I said "you're fired"

After saying that on the phone, she started laughing like a spoiled royal rich bitch and then then one of Ruth's guards entered the office as she took notice of her guard

Ruth: hold on, I gotta call you back.

she then hung up and stared at her Guard with a stern look on her karen face

Ruth: what is it?

Guard: um, miss Evelyn, ma'am. You got a visitor.

.

.

.

Ruth: well?! bring him in.

Guard: (gulps) but there's something you should know about him, it's about his.... appearance.

Ruth raised an eyebrow at her guard

Ruth: what's that supposed to mean?

The guard didn't say, so he ran out of the room, making Ruth groan in annoyance and sat back down on her seat, facing the wall behind her as she called back her friend

Ruth: (laughs) sorry, it was just my guard telling me I have a-

then she heard the door open again, making Ruth sigh in irritation and hang up on her friend

Ruth: if you wanted to just pull a prank on me about that ''Visitor'', then just drop-

???: oh that Guard was telling the truth alright. you DO have a visitor.

Ruth then felt something off about the man's voice, it almost sounded like it was....filtered mechanically, so she glared and slowly turned her seat around

Ruth: and just who do you think....(wide eyes) you....

she then slowly looked up and see how tall & big her visitor is and needless to say, she's so afraid at seeing that her visitor is..... 

FRANK HORRIGAN!!!!

Frank Horrigan: Hello, Ruth Evelyn.

he greeted in a menacing tone, making Ruth shake in fear

Ruth: who the hell are you!?

Frank Horrigan: my name is Frank Horrigan, and it is such a pleasure to be finally meeting you.

he then leaned towards her face

Frank Horrigan: FACE....to Face (chuckles).

Ruth fell backwards off her seat and scooted to the wall behind her fearfully

Ruth: Why are you here!?

Frank became silent for a few seconds, and then...

Frank Horrigan: WHY?! (Laughs evilly) well, I wish to give you an offer, one that might interest you and that you cannot refuse.

After Frank said that, Ruth stopped being afraid and became interested as she stood up from the floor she was cowering on as she stared at Frank

Ruth: what kind of Offer is it?

Frank Horrigan then pulled out a picture of Joe Biden

Frank Horrigan: as for why I'm showing you YOUR America's current president, it's because... i have an agent from Inside the white house that might get you inside and kill that old fart.

Ruth raised an eyebrow

Frank Horrigan: ever since i got sent here back in the 80s of this Earth, i remained in hiding because of my hulking appearance. i do keep in touch of what's been going on outside of my hiding place and then one day, i heard of the Evelyn family. a Family that's rich, but NOBODY has ever heard of in their lives. (smirks under helmet) am I right about your family?

Ruth: Uh, yeah.

Frank Horrigan: heh, well my offer is very simple. You join forces with me, and I help you get into the white house and kill that disgrace of a president. In doing so, you will gain leadership and soon.... Everyone, everywhere, will know who the Evelyn's are.

After Frank explained his offer to Ruth, she smirked widely and evilly

Ruth: ... well then, I accept.

Frank chuckled and as they were about to shake hands, Ruth pulled her hand back and asked him a question

Ruth: but I have a question, if you don't mind me asking.

Frank sighed and stared at her through his helmet

Frank Horrigan: alright, lay it on me.

Ruth: who do you work for? And what did you mean when you said that Biden is OUR America's president?

Frank Horrigan: ....

he turned around and faces at the American flag that's displayed on Ruth's wall and pointed at it

Frank Horrigan: I serve under a faction that's made up of the remnants of my Earth's US Government and Military. An Earth that's been bombed and most of humanity has been either corrupted by radiation, mutated into horrible abominations, and so on...

he turned around and faces back at Ruth

Frank Horrigan: I am Frank Horrigan, Secret Service Agent of the faction I serve under. I am a member... of The Enclave.

Then the Enclave anthem played in the background behind him, but only he can hear it..... for now

(CAPITAL WASTELAND, THE CITADEL, 2 YEARS LATER)

back at the Citadel, we see Felicity & Leela putting their armor on to get ready for their mission, led by Steven. But after they woke up 3 hours ago, they didn't see Kai sleeping on his bed and were wondering where he even is

now we see Felicity & Leela talking to each other while putting their armor on

Felicity: this armor is badass.

Leela: agreed.

and then they heard the door being knocked on and heard steven's voice through it

Steven: may I come in?

Felicity: yeah, sure thing.

Steven opened the door and smiled at the girls

Steven: before i debrief you on what our mission is, Elder Lyons wanted me to give these to you.

he pulled out two laser rifles out of the duffel bag he was carrying and tossed them to the girls

Steven: your very own standard issue laser rifles.

Felicity: Fuckin' awesome to the max.

Leela: so awesome indeed.

she squealed and hugged it, making Steven chuckle, then frown at remembering what the girls & Kai told him about their world's steven

Steven: you know.... I'm just so glad that you three accepted me as a friend after you got here and joined us. Unlike your world's version of me.

Leela: well, you're way better than our universe's Steven.

Steven: yeah, from what you told me.... he seemed like a real shithead and a complete dick. He shouldn't even deserve to literally be me from a different reality.

Felicity: yeah, that's something we can agree on.

Leela: speaking of ''we'', where's Kai? we didn't see him on his bed after we woke up.

Felicity: yeah, now that you mention it... Where is he anyway?

Steven smiled and walked to the door

Steven: follow me and you'll find out.

Then he walked out of the room as Felicity & Leela stare at each other, shrug their shoulders and began following steven out of their room

Felicity: oh wait, I almost forgot. (Whistles) Fetch!!

after fetch woke up and ran up to Felicity out of their room and they resume to follow steven

(THE CITADEL, POWER ARMOR HANGARS)

we see Steven, the girls & Fetch the hyena enter the T-60 Power Armor hangar, which is all lined up with tones of power armor and see many Brotherhood knights suiting up in their designated power armors

Felicity: oh my God..

Steven: (chuckles) yep, it's awesome.

then they see a Brotherhood Knight approach Steven & the girls as Fetch growled for a bit, but then ran up to him with a smile while his tail was wagging joyfully, making Felicity confused at seeing this not happen before

Leela: that was weird.

Felicity: agreed. That usually never happens to Fetch.

and then, the Brotherhood knight's T-60 visor opened, revealing that it's just Kai wearing the armor the whole time

(Pretend it's Kai's face under the T-60 helmet instead of Maximus')

Kai: hey, how's it going?

Felicity and Leela: Kai!?

Kai spread his arms out while having an impressed smile

Kai: you like what you see?

Felicity smiled widely

Felicity: uh? HELL YEAH!!

Leela: but... how are you wearing this?! shouldn't you be promoted to being a Knight or Sentinel to wear this?

Steven laughed and smirked at her

Steven: That's exactly the point. After Kai helped that vault dweller defeat that Behemoth by handing him the Fat Man launcher last week, i told Elder Lyons what he did and....

Kai smirked

Kai: long story short, Steven told me that Elder Lyons promoted me from Initiate to Knight. HOW COOL IS THAT!!??

Felicity: it's not cool... IT'S AWESOME!!!

Leela: (stars for eyes) so fricken' awesome...

then suddenly, the brotherhood knights started running out of the T-60 Hangar urgently, making the gang worried at not knowing what's going on as Steven stopped a Knight as he looked at Steven

Steven: Knight, what's going on?!

Brotherhood Knight: The Vault dweller came back and brought company with him!

The knight then ran out of the hangar, making Steven & the gang stare at each other in shock at knowing that the Vault Dweller they met came back, but were also wondering why..

Leela: Why did he come back?

Kai: well, we're gonna find out.

Steven nodded in agreement, then the girls & Fetch nodded as they ran out of the T-60 Hangar to meet up with the Vault Dweller and ask why he's here at the Citadel
