In the Post Apocalyptic of The Former United States of America now nothing more a Hostile place with Bandits, Monsters, Cultist. But the Help of the Minute Men and the General James Von Bismarck (Fallout 4) and they created the Confederates Minute Men. Up north in Virginia the Union of Brotherhood was created with some success.

In the Southern states the Confederacy was founded in North Carolina as some workers were willing to repair the USS North Carolina (BB-55) after years of neglect (roughly a Hundred years before fallout 4 starts) and explorers found a humanoid creature she looked similar to to a Dolphin but was only apart of her tail her skin was a Blue white and she had small blue horns on her head, she also had light blue eyes and white hair, when the research team and a small Confederate minute men squad killed the Cultist who about to kill her for the Sicking ritual of their "god" Thankfully she was alright.

The confederates it became apparent that they discovered a new species that had human like characteristics and a bit of human DNA in them, making them a younger species of the Homosapien species. They called them Anthro because well they didn't have a good name at the moment.

A few months go by and the Generals son Mr. Bismarck comes to power... well not really. Both him and a young man of Jaune Arc a Descendant of Joan of Arc. Both men who acted like brothers to one another cane together as citizens, children or Confederate minute men came together as both made a great speech of rebuilding this great nation.

They came up with the (ironic) name of the Confederate states of America. As ironic as it sounds many of the people didn't know about the former United States History mostly because it was either destroyed or burned, buried after almost 200 years. But hopefully now things would change... for the best or for the worst...
