Codsworth:

He will panic, saying you need a hospital immediately. When you groaned out you doubt any hospitals still work, or even still exist, he will mumble you have a point before saying luck you, you still have a stimpak left. So while you inject the stimpak into yourself, Codsworth will give you some purified water, saying to drink this and stay hydrated. Then he will guide you back home, saying you will not go on another adventure till that wound is healed.

Preston:

He will let out a curse, shocked you got shot before he hurries to you, helps you up while shooting the enemies. When he got you behind cover, he was choosing whether he should first take down the enemies or help you. He decided to take down the enemies, knowing if he doesn't, they could shoot you again and cause even more damage. When they were down, he wrapped your arm around his shoulders and helped you up, saying he will bring you to a nearby settlement and they should have some medical supplies to help out.

Danse:

He will curse, asking you why you are not behind cover before going in front of you, shooting at the enemies, letting you use him as a shield as you hurried to cover. When all enemies were down, he hurried to you, asking you if you have stimpaks. When you shook your head, saying you used the last one yesterday, he groaned before picking you up bridal style and saying he will bring you to the Prydwen then. After you got patched up, he scolded you and told you to always use cover during fights or this will happen again.

Piper:

She will panic. She likes a battle once in a while, but you getting shot was a part she forgot could happen. In her eyes, you're the best fighter in this whole land, so you getting shot and falling to the floor, clenching the wound, angrily cursing scared her. She almost forgot about the enemies, that was till a bullet flew past her view. You could tell she didn't know what to do, so you shouted her to first kill off the enemies then worry about this. When the fight was over, she ran over, tears in her eyes as she said she doesn't know what to do. But you stayed calm, mostly so she doesn't start panicking and will calm down as you instructed her to pass you your stimpak and you will handle the rest. Piper's whole body was trembling as she hurriedly pulled your stimpak out your bag and handed it to you. While walking back, she insisted on wrapping her arm around your waist and that you lean against her, telling you not to waste energy.

Nick:

He blamed himself. He saw the enemy aiming at you, but he decided to shoot another one, thinking you will probably see the enemy and shoot them yourself. But sadly he failed to notice you were too busy fighting off someone else to even know a gun was pointed at you. So when he heard your scream, he was quick to shoot the enemy before running over, asking what happened. He knew what happened, he just wished that it wasn't true and that you would say just a graze, but sadly the bullet hit you. When you angrily yelled, he told you to calm down before he examined the wound, saying he's no doctor but he thinks a bullet going right through is better than a bullet being stuck so you have that good thing going for you. He helped you up before helping you out the battlefield area. He looted everything he could find, hoping for a stimpak. When he finally found one, he wiped the needle clean with the cleanest part of his sleeve, begging this damn thing doesn't give you some weird disease or something before he pushed it into you, mumbling this will feel weird for a few minutes but then you will be all better.

Hancock:

He shot you... He was very drunk, so when someone suddenly burst in, a gun in their hand, he shot you out of reflex, thinking you were an enemy. When he heard you angrily shouting it's you, he cursed, immediately sobering up before he ran to you. He held your face, asking you if he shot your beautiful face. When you yelled he shot your shoulder, he gave your shoulder a kiss so you softly hit his head, saying the other one idiot. So he kissed the other one, ignoring the blood smearing on his lips as he mumbled drunk apologies.

Cait:

She let out various curses, angrily asking you what you think you're doing before helping you off the ground and dragging you to safety. When safe, she will search your bag, trying not to show how scared she is right now. When you said an enemy is running over, she angrily aimed and shot, shouting she is kind of busy attending to her lover to fight now before focusing on getting some medical supplies out your bag and helping you.

Strong:

He will glance before throwing you over his shoulder, claiming you're a weak one before smashing each enemy that stood in his way, yelling his lover needs medical help and they're in his way. When he spots a stimpak, he will claim he has seen you use these tiny things before picking it up. When at a safe place, he will drop you before handing you the stimpak. When you're better, he will say you're a weak person and he shall train you to become strong.

Maccready:

He was too busy shooting to even notice, that was till blood flew across his view. He glanced, expecting you to have shot someone, but instead he saw you aside him, hissing through gritted teeth in pain, trying to still shoot the enemies. He tried to talk you into running away for your own safety, but you refused, saying they have food and you both need it because neither of you have found any food in miles. He couldn't argue with that, he could even now in this situation feel his stomach growling, aching in hunger. So he decided to hurry the killing, wanting this to be over so he can help you. When it was over, he hurriedly took the food, gave it to you so you can eat while he patches up your wound. He will nervously tell you a story to distract you, mumbling sorry whenever he hurt you by accident while taking care of your wound. When he was done, he stared at it, making sure it's okay for now before he says you should both find some shelter and take a long break, and then can head to Diamond City since it is nearby and rest and eat there.

Deacon:

He will groan, asking if you really have to get shot in the middle of the battlefield before hurrying over, shooting everything that tries to harm you further. He crouched down, wrapped his arm around your chest before dragging you backwards till you both were behind cover. He hurried through his pockets, mumbling he swears you once gave him a stimpak and he never used it. When you groan in pain, he will cringe, not liking the sound of his lover in pain before he happily cheers when he finds the stimpak. He got so excited he kind of just slammed the thing into your skin. When you yelled his name, he nervously laughed, saying he's sorry but it should still work the same. He went back to shooting enemies, keeping you safe till you felt better. Even if he had to wait for an hour, he would wait, not pressuring you to get up or anything, letting you take your time to heal and get better. When you said you can go hit the road again, he nod, helping you up, telling even though you feel better, you should still avoid battles for a day or two.

Curie:

She always carries many medical supplies with her, knowing you can get shot during battle. So when you finally got shot, she gave you a smile, saying she has been prepared for this moment since she joined you before she calmly began taking care of the wound, talking to you about things you like to distract you from the pain. When your wound was finished, she gave you a smile, saying this should be good before advicing you to rest for a few days before you continue and to always check it to make sure it doesn't get infected.

X6-88:

He glanced before he said you seem to be shot. He told you if you don't get a stimpak or medical help, you are most likely to pass out in a few hours. When you said you used your last medical supplies two days ago, he will tell you it's not wise to travel without medical supplies before he suggests looting some nearby buildings in hopes to find medical supplies. When he found a stimpak, he claimed it must be your lucky day before he calmly took the wounded body part and said if you don't get this covered, it will get infected. When you threw your head back, rubbing your face, letting out a sigh, he assured you there is nothing to be afraid of and that he would never let you die.

Dogmeat:

He will whimper, scared and not sure why you're crawling behind cover, a pained expression on your face. When you commanded him to attack, he immediately did. When he finished off every enemy, he nudged you with his nose, as if asking what wrong is so you just chuckled, ruffling his fur, saying it's nothing but just a stupid wound before asking him to go find some stimpak. He was quick to leave, sniffing, trying to smell the scent of a stimpak.

King:

When you came stumbling in, letting out curses, clenching a very bloody body part, he was quick to jump up from his chair and hurry over, asking what the hell happened to you. When you angrily yelled some fucking bastard outside shot you while you had your back turned, he told you to first calm down before wrapping his arm around your waist, saying the Followers will help you. He helped you get to the Followers, where he sat aside you the whole time, assuring you it will be okay and the Followers always patch up his men so he trusts them. When you were patched up, he chuckled and said that will make for a new cool scar and a fun story. He made some of his men guard you every time you walked through Freeside. When you said you don't need them, he frowned and said the last time you didn't have any guards, you got shot.

Butch:

He's all bark and no bite. During battles he's already scared, so if you get shot, he freaks out, shooting anything in sight. When you yell for him to come cover you while you use a stimpak, he will stutter out an "I know that" before hurrying in front of you, shooting anyone that tried to attack you. When you began shooting again, he began feeling confident again, happily cheering to the enemies that you're back in the game so they should run away while they still have the chance.
